I have been charged different prices at different times, even being asked to pay more to get my items back in a timely manner. Also, the actual dry cleaning is not good. My suits have been returned with odors and puffed out collars. I do not even care about recovery, free dry cleaning for a year still would keep me from using Quality Plus Cleaners. Do not use this place, save yourself the money, time, and frustration.

I used almost every single dryer in the place, because the clothes just wouldn't dry! Each time a dryer stopped and I opened it to check the clothes, the clothes were only warm, twice. So 2 dryers out of maybe 12, actually heat up enough to dry your clothes. The rest just tumble them around for 6 minutes. There was no sink, but it's right next to a bar. That was the only plus.
