I dropped off several pieces of clothing for regular cleaning, none of which had any type of damage or stain. Not only did they stain my suit jacket, when I asked to speak with a manager, two different locations told me they had no way to call a manager. I used their own website to attempt to call a different location only for the number on their own website to be disconnected. Once I finally reached a human being that said she was a "general manager", Channely, she consistently argued with me saying I needed to bring my suit jacket in for her to evaluate if there was more that could be done to restore my suit jacket. I asked how could there be more they could do when they had put a note on the hanger saying they did the best they could....she kept attempting to reassure me to give them a chance to "make it right", to bring it in the next business day and ask for her directly. Not only did I reluctantly take it in to be "fixed", Channely refused to come out of her office to speak with me. After reluctantly leaving my suit jacket to be fixed, there was nothing but silence in spite of being told Channely would call as soon as she had evaluated the mess they had created. It was five days, and multiple attempts before finally someone responded and of course it wasn't Channely....it was Ashley, with customer service saying they had improved the stain they put in my suit jacket and she would have it ready for pick up the next day. After picking it up, yes it's better, which is ironic if they "did the best they could the first time" but the stain is still visible. This is a suit jacket that wasn't cheap, almost $300 that has been discontinued and cannot be replaced. I noticed today another suit jacket that was dropped off with that batch of dry cleaning also has the same oil/grease looking stain in it as well.

I used almost every single dryer in the place, because the clothes just wouldn't dry! Each time a dryer stopped and I opened it to check the clothes, the clothes were only warm, twice. So 2 dryers out of maybe 12, actually heat up enough to dry your clothes. The rest just tumble them around for 6 minutes. There was no sink, but it's right next to a bar. That was the only plus.
