The overwhelmingly glowing 5 star ratings do not warrant this laundromat any justice. Although it can be storming outside, when you're inside, it's like sunshine with a friendly bubbly stuff. I had a busy week shopping for investment properties and needed a break. Since we were in central Florida, our options were either going to a theme park or to the beach. I choose the beach and of course naturally covering myself in sand by the time I left. I hauled everything (including my week's worth of laundry) over to Sunny Bubbles since I didn't want to deal with the inconvenience of attempting to get the sand out. I was welcomed as immediately as I arrived at the building. My first impressions were of the space's cleanliness and the machines' apparent state of maintenance. The floors are pristine, and there is plenty of illumination. I was asked if I would require their drop-off service by a staff member. Please take note that I have only ever used a drop-off service once, and I did not enjoy it at all. But I was aware that I needed to get ready for the following week and that employing their service would save me time. My two laundry bags were dropped off, and the final bill was shockingly inexpensive. I was advised my laundry may take at least a day to complete, which wasn't a concern. But a few hours later, I received a phone call alerting me that everything was finished that day. When I arrived to get my bags, I noticed that they had provided me an extra bag into which they had separated the beach blanket. I observed that everything was arranged neatly inside my other laundry bags. So that they wouldn't fall out as you carry your bag back home, small items such as socks were bundled up together in smaller bags. The manager and staff are very accommodating and willing to help. This laundromat has climbed to the top of my list due to the excellent service and staff. Can they possibly be more convenient? Yes, you can use their amenities and pay for services immediately from your phone using their own app. read more

Terrible experience. Don't waste your time here. If I could give 0 starts I would. The female attendant was very rude and always starts kicking people out by 8:30p. Please don't falsely advertise on multiple signs that the last wash is at 9pm when it is way before that. Update signs, retrain your staff, or schedule someone that can stay the designated hours. I use to go to sunny bubbles often and loved it. I am truly disappointed in how terrible it has gotten. read more

When I come to Tampa this is the place to take ur clothes Karen at Sunny Bubbles delivers on the promise of clean clothes, folded, hung the same day.  She takes good care of your clothes as well. Prices are reasonable. If you have delicate garments u can separate that and let them know. The facility is very clean but if u use the bathroom make sure to ask front desk for soap because they don't leave it in the out cuz people still it. everyone is extremely nice. Kissimmee Loc.: WATER SMELLS SULFURIC. Washed my bedding, and it came out smelling sulfuric. It was really strong too, my bedding REAKED. Completely unacceptable. This is a problem with the water in Kissimmee, it smells sulfuric in homes, etc. I had to spray it down with a mix of rubbing alcohol + fragrance pellets to try and get the odor out. It's a real shame to because I really loved the facility. Firstly, the excellent customer service. The attendant was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Helped me choose which machine to use for my bedding, showed me how to use it. I didn't bring up the smell to her because the damage had been done, what could she do? It wasn't her fault. Also, facility is bright and clean. The machines are modern with the app function which worked flawlessly. It also had all the laundry necessities you need (diff't size machines, folding tables, rolling carts, vending machines, sink, etc.) I still want to give this company my business, so I'm going to see if they have another location up in Orlando proper (as in Orange county the water doesn't smell up there.) read more

Absolutely fantastic experience. Yeah I know who says that about a laundromat right? We are in town for a few weeks working a major event in the area. We work 12 - 16 hours a day and our hotel was unfortunately switched to a hotel with extremely minimimal laundering services. After a long day we set out to do laundry given we had exhausted the last of our supplies, and the TWO machines in the entire hotel were occupied. We would have to wait over two hours for the occupied machines and the other guests ahead in line of us. We immediately looked up local laundromat and settled on Sunny Bubbles on our way to dinner. After being completely tired and frustrated the owner Scott met us at the door and offered to walk us through the process of the newly updated laundry machines with digital displays. He could tell I didnt want to deal with setting up the app on my phone and quickly offered to ring me up with my card at the counter. Not thay these machines would have been hard to use, but the simplicity this man provided almost made my worries of the previous hours go away. We will be back before our trip ends.
