The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

The dress and matching belt are the same fabric and color and were cleaned together to maintain a consistent, rich black. Due to the Brandon location's boiler being down for several weeks, my items were transported to another location for cleaning. When they were returned, my matching belt was missing. I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark. If you value your wardrobe, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Brandon Tide Cleaners and choosing a different location or a different cleaner altogether.

When I finally picked up the clothes later and asked if any consideration could be made after I was just told none was going to be given on my $36 bill, the owner, told me in a condescending tone, "Oh no sir, let me take care of that for you but do me a favor and never come back." He said this in front of other customers. I assured him I would never step foot in this business again. Maintenance issues happen, but the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect was appalling. Tide Cleaners lost not just me, but my family as customers, over how this was handled.
