Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

She made it clear to me that the dehumanization of any person, regardless of background, history and more - was really not worthy of any consideration or respect, even for basic needs. It was clean and machines were working and it had tons of games and room for everyone to sit while doing their laundry. Our washer broke so we decided to come here since it was nearby. I felt safe and it took a total of 45 minutes to do two big loads of laundry. They had all sizes of washers and dryers for your use. $6.50 for a wash and $1.50 for drying was a good deal. I would definitely go back if needed. It's also open 24 hours so can't beat that!

I took a star away because each time I'm here, there are loud and very rude customers! Taking up multiple washers/dryers/tables as if They are the only ones in the place. Screaming across the laundrymat at their kids or relatives. Only other con is that there is a lack of seats for people to use while waiting for their laundry to finish. I come here a few times a month to clean bedding, and every time I'm here there has been a few customers that make my time here very annoying (and who needs that on laundry day??) Staff has always been friendly and kind, facilities are clean and I have only seen a few dryers out of order last visit, but were fixed by this visit. I wish they had some authority to encourage customers to be mindful of other people and to not scream while here.

Laundry supplies are available for purchase if you didn't bring your own. Washers take dollar coins; dryers take the same or quarters. There are change machines at the back that can handle various denominators of bills. No need to go begging at the nearby businesses for change. A huge folding area (also very clean) as well as a large number of rolling laundry baskets with arms to accommodate hanging items. A single restroom -- also tidy. Old style video games or a tv on some sort of true crime channel if you get bored. There is also a laundry service available if you don't want to do it yourself. Cons: - It's not staffed. If you have problems, there's a number to call. - Very limited selection of snacks -- most of the vending machine space is taken up by liquid laundry supplies. And what there is -- well, when was the last time you saw a machine that dispensed pop tarts? (A separate machine for beverages.) - apparently there's a "guest wi-fi", but no way to access it? This is the second time I've had to use this place to launder my duvets and I'll definitely use it again should the need arise.
