Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark. If you value your wardrobe, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Brandon Tide Cleaners and choosing a different location or a different cleaner altogether.

The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm so impressed with the efforts and product these folks provide that I want to tell them to charge more as they are definitely worth it!
