Unfortunately, the Brandon location has been a complete disappointment. I brought in an investment piece I wear as a corporate trainer. The dress and matching belt are the same fabric and color and were cleaned together to maintain a consistent, rich black. Due to the Brandon location's boiler being down for several weeks, my items were transported to another location for cleaning. When they were returned, my matching belt was missing. I went back multiple times. They were unable to locate it. There was no resolution, no replacement, and no meaningful accountability. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are trusting you with high-quality, expensive clothing. The difference between the Sarasota and Brandon locations is stark. If you value your wardrobe, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Brandon Tide Cleaners and choosing a different location or a different cleaner altogether.

When I finally picked up the clothes later and asked if any consideration could be made after I was just told none was going to be given on my $36 bill, the owner, told me in a condescending tone, "Oh no sir, let me take care of that for you but do me a favor and never come back." When I picked up the suit, I was told there wasn't enough material in the jacket to loosened it so they just fixed the pants. I wear these pants with different shoes i need them where i ask. Recently, i went for some pants to be tailored and cover the heel, i saw her pin them to cover the heel but got the jean jumpsuit back and they are high-waters when worn with the heels i had them tailored to. she only accepts cash, which is quite inconvenient and after this last instance where she wouldn't give me my clothes unless i paid for then all at once. I won't be back. If I want to pay for 2 of the 3 pants i and hemmed, why can I not if I have the money. She wanted to hold them hostage unless I paid for them all. If I had all the CASH to pay for them all, I would've. After one or two visits, her service and kindness leaves. I think my main problem is that you should listen to the customer. As a young individual who enjoys fashion, my standards are not going to be the same as an older woman and i enjoy the style and length that i like and request for.
