Instead of sending me on my way, the manager actually sat with me and waited for corporate customer service to answer the phone and fix the issue with my order. The manager absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to go above and beyond to help me out. I completely forgot to get her name, but I know she has purple-ish red kind of hair. Now, the prices here are definitely lofty (punny and meaning not ideal). On a normal I'm most likely not buying clothes I like, but I try to time my visits when sales are going on. Loft can really make up for their higher prices with having awesome sales. In example, I visited a few weeks ago when they had a 40% off your entire purchase deal- how can you argue that steal! I've always had good experiences at this location in Lakeland as well- the workers are super sweet and helpful without hovering. If you can't find quite the right size, they'll also happily order you the correct fit online that you can pick up in the store later or have shipped straight to you! Donna Nelson was a God send! I was in so much pain in my feet from arthritis I was in tears. After…read moregoing to a podiatrist 5 days earlier and purchasing $50 inserts, my feet had gotten worse instead of better. After working several hours and hurting, I decided, to hell with the podiatrist I needed to go try Happy Feet Plus in Wesley Chapel Florida, a 40 minute drive from the house. I walked in the store and was greeted by Donna. Donna explained the scanning process and revealed my true show size (8 EE), she placed the correct inserts in my old tennis shoes, my feet were 100% better! I haven't had relief in so long that I thought I was going to be forever crippled with pain and in a wheel chair. Donna then recommended a pair of sandals, since they didn't have any work or casual shoes in my size in the store, I put them on and what relief, to be able to walk again without the sharp pain radiating from my feet. After spending quality time with Donna, I walked out with two pairs of shoes and inserts for my old shoes. Donna spent a lot of time with me and I am so grateful for her understanding and her help. I've always had wide feet and had a hard time finding shoes that fit growing up. When I had to shop for shoes before, I would pass the Happy Feet Plus stores thinking it had "old people shoes" BOY I was wrong. I am now a permanent customer forever! I will say the shoes were a little pricey but they are high quality and I would had paid any price for the relief from the pain. Thank you Donna!
