I shop here often and have always had great experiences. Came in twice in a week for an outfit for a photo shoot and had no problems finding my size and I'm curvy. The store was clean and well organized even with homecoming shopping in full swing. The second time that week I went in Lauren was very helpful and remembered me which was nice. I came back in on Friday and it was super busy with a line. My only issue is the way they expect you to wait in line to ask for a shoe size. This creates a longer wait to check out. Most stores do this process more efficiently and I almost walked out. Lauren jumped in action and helped as some moms were getting upset with the wait, she handled the rush well. I think ownership may need to change the operation of shoe sizing for purchases. I've shopped at Windsor for years and I drive out of my way to come to this store. read more

The store is bright and well organized but terribly managed. I was looking for a pair of sandals for an upcoming event and needed to find my shoe size. After asking the lady that appeared to be a manager she instructed me to go to the cashier whom was overwhelmed with checking out customers, getting shoe sizes and opening the dressing room. I thought maybe she didn't understand my request, given that she was just standing in the aisles while this poor girl did everything by herself. It appeared that they were short on staff and only had 2 people working. The manager and another employee. I let her know I just wanted to check to see if the style came in my size, she gladly repeated that I needed to wait in line. After waiting in line for almost 45 minutes, the manager came over and said she can look in the system to see if the shoe size is available. She literally clicked one button within 3 seconds and said "Nope, we don't have your size". Probably because the store was getting closer to closing time and the line was getting longer. Something just didn't feel right about her response as I decided to continue to wait in line. Luckily they're were other patrons waiting in line to see if they're shoe size was also available. I immediately requested if she could also check my size in the 2 style of shoes I had in my hand. To save time and make one less trip. She literally came back with my shoe size in both styles that I needed for my event the next day. read more

I love Windsor. Usually I'm there to purchase clothing for my teenager but this time I was there for myself! I love the wide selection of gowns available. They have casual and formal attire. Isabel, asset to Windsor. One name, Isabel. She exemplifies the ultimate in Customer Service. All companies would be fortunate to have her teaching others the same extraordinary lengths she went to, to help me. I have an almost-impossible-to-fit narrow foot. I found 1 pair of DISCONTINUED shoes at Windsor which I loved. Wrong size, however. Isabel, in her kind, positive, caring way went on the search in the Windsor system, across the U.S. Calls to 5 stores, patiently holding on the line for store employees, resulted in success! One (1) store in PA had my size. Before shipment, Isabel asked for the other store to describe the shoe and it didn't sound right. She asked for pictures and she sent pictures. Isabel's gut was right. The wrong shoe was initially identified. Once the right shoe was found, Isabel initiated calls with the store daily because the normal Fed Ex shipping option was somehow messed up at that location. So instead, Isabel coordinated with the store manager at origin an "internal transfer". How did I know? Isabel called me with updates!!! Always positive, she never gave up. Her attitude was so upbeat, reassuring. She was vowed and determined I was going to get my shoes, and she even correctly guessed at my shoe size! We have been expereinced a very bad customer service by the manager, Laurent. This is happened so many times and by the same person. The manager, Laurent, is very rude and very sarcasm toward customer. We don't think that the way to treat any customers. I suggest all of my friends to write the review and give their bad experiened by this Manager and let the people know how horrible this Manager treats the customers. In contrast, other windsor stores sales and managers are very nice. Windsor management must take action toward their manager Laurent. My kids and I were on vacation, visiting family in Tampa and decided to do a little shopping at the nearby mall. My daughter found this cute little clothing shop named Windsor that we don't have in Virginia. She found so many unique pieces that she had to have. Well, while shopping my daughter lost her phone and could not find it anywhere. The manager of Windsor, Lauren was so amazing! She allowed my daughter to use the computer in the store to use find my iPhone so she could locate it. It happened to be in another store. Lauren was so sweet to my daughter while I tracked her phone as she continued to hit the find my iPhone button to make the alarm go off until I located it. Lauren was a serious lifesaver!!! So I went Black Friday Shopping and Bought The Wrong Pair of Boots in the Wrong Size and I went to the Westshore Mall Windsor because it was Closer to My house and I will never go in there again compared to the Girls at Citrus ..... when I got to citrus Isabel the sales Associate helped me out so well she had no problem helping me with the size I needed she had an amazing attitude with no problem with anything and Lauren the Manager On Dutie She helped and she was awesome everything was no problem..... before when I went to Westshore everything was a problem I walked in the sales Associate had an attitude with calling the citrus store she had a problem with looking up the boot it was ridiculous.... I just stopped in here at this location for the first time the other day. Usually i have a good experience when i go to any Windsor and the girls that work there are usually very helpful and polite. I don't get to get out much lately due to a busy schedule and having a younger one with me all the time. I had an upcoming trip i needed a few outfits for so i stopped in here with my 4 year old. As soon as i walked in there was a lady who i assume was the manager (dark hair, glasses, middle aged). Seemed annoyed at my son right away. He wondered around me while i was shopping and she was quick to tell me to keep him next to me and not to let him touch anything so i did. She continued to stare my son down the whole time. He walked towards the door and i went to grab him to bring him in the store and the buzzard went off and she pretty much caused a scene telling me to hand her the clothes and rushed me to get a dressing room right after that before i was even done looking and continued to argue with me about the difference of a romper and a jumper. Obviously she wanted us to leave. On top of that i tried hanging my clothes up before i gave her some sizes that didn't fit and she questioned me on why i didn't have the same hanger on certain clothes. I was only trying to help her out in the first place... Didn't think too much about which hangers are specifically for what clothing item too much. I always end up spending over $200 when i go in this store and will always go to Windsor to shop but this really bothered me and just made me feel uncomfortable. It ruined my experience there for that day and i just felt it was un needed. read more
