The business restructured THE, the atmosphere and also the displays differently in that store when you walk in at least you can have a big space to walk in as people come in with big bags and not knock out other clothes that are on hangings and it's very structured. It's very very like it goes by sizes. Everything is in its place. It's actually very structured wise. It's beautiful when I walked in there. I was surprised the last time I walked in there before that it was I was trying to dodge the places where you hang your clothes and it was right more into the place where you enter the store and now this time is really taking interest in the safety of their customers by not knocking everything over. Main tip: Don't waste your time trying to sell your clothes to them. Complete waste of time, they don't text you when the offer is ready and most clothing is rejected. What they do offer is maybe 10% of what they then mark it for sale. Several pieces I've purchased from them years ago have been rejected when I tried to sell them back. They do have some good sales, which is the best time to buy. They also have some items with original tags on them. Make sure you check your items for stains and holes. You can often find brand new clothes at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross at prices below what Uptown marks their used clothes at, so you might do better elsewhere. Goodwill and Salvation Army are also usually lower priced. I haven't given up on this store yet.... read more

The employee said they were going to ban me from the event, not the store. They were so disrespectful & rude to me. They had no authority to do that because they didn't work at the organization that y'all gave your fake, b.s. generosity/charity to. They were also not a manager at your store as far as I know, so they were just being rude & deceptive & presumptuous just because. The person that actually worked at Metro (Prin Ocea or however you spell their name) at the event told me there were plus size clothes after I specifically asked if they had my size before I left, when there was, in reality, nothing in my size, so I was appalled that not only I wasted my time & gas to go there, but apparently Prinn & your employee expected me to be a mind reader and not sell the only clothes there in order to actually have funds to buy something that actually fit me. I don't know the name of this employee, only that I think they were trans, as this was an LGBTQIA+ event held at Metro. This was completely disappointing to say the least as I am also a part the LGBTQIA+ community. It was humiliating to have your employee treat me that way in front of the whole store. Crimson is obviously not my real last name if that's what you tried to put in your system. It happened at your store as that is the only store I've been to of yours & that person still worked there the last time I was there. It's been almost 3 years since I've shopped at your store & gone to any Metro events because this ordeal has traumatized me. Way to take zero accountability for what goes on in your business. I was excited to find a new thrift store! I saw the billboard in Brandon/Wesley Chapel. I found a few things and spent about $70. The brunette who waited on me was very pleasant (receipt says Emma) and I signed up for the rewards program. The manager, a taller brunette with glasses was very helpful when I was looking for sports gear. On the other hand, the small blonde working the end of the counter near the dressing rooms really had an attitude! She really was nasty. But seemed to be fine helping the college girls (!) If I come back to this location, I will avoid her like the plague. Haha...If only I knew her name. Anyway, cool store! Could use some organizing in jeans, as the sizes don't match the labels that tell size breakdowns on the bar. Also, next time I'll bring my own bag, as they are bagless. It's clean and well lit.
