I finally broke down and tried some on and I really liked how the jeans fit and the way the T-shirts looked on me. I'm not want to try on clothes but I had to make sure that they fit appropriately they are very pricey and I wouldn't want to get something that I couldn't wear. The staff didn't appear to be very helpful at first I had questions and I approach them to ask my questions and get answers and upon paying for my purchase I had a 25% Off coupon that was applied to one of the logo or priced items that I bought which was a shirt instead of the high end jeans that were over $100 for one pair it made no sense luckily I looked at my receipt and brought it to the register to the gentleman's attention and he called the manager over she came to correct it but didn't seem very happy that she was giving me a discount on the jeans versus a T-shirt.It kind of made me mad but as long as it was correct it that's all that mattered to me. I like the clothing, but customer service is "EVERYTHING! And when someone in charge is not very customer service friendly shall I say...it doesn't give you the desire to return. Just sayin... I'll give this store one star just because she adjusted my discount... and I really hope corporate sees this!

This place and product is awful. Spent $100on a pair of jeans,in two weeks fell apart. Management is awful, no kind of customer service. Faulty products from a faulty store. I should of just went to buckle like I always do, their product are amazing, and buckle has amazing customer service and stands by their product. Just bought 2 more pairs of jeans at buckle today bc I can't wear the stupid flawed outlet true religion jeans. Crap products from crap outlets, with crap policies and employees.

I'm very neutral about Old Navy, my daughter loves them- which is why I end up shopping here…read more Crystin managed to find matching Christmas pj's for the family- very cute. I even snagged some leggings that matched for myself. I perused the rest of the store- I do enjoy the kids section, but there isn't a lot in the women's clothing that entices me. When I do find something I like for myself it is over priced and not on sale- and I am frugal- I prefer shopping sales or clearance.

I rarely go to Old Navy because I'm not a big clothes shopper…read more Technically, the Citrus Park location is closer by 5 miles, but I was running some errands so I decided to go here. This store is well organized with generally friendly employees. Despite being a big guy, I can usually find clothes in my size easily. This is subjective, but I really find their jeans to look nice and last a good while. Also, they are usually moderate or cheap. They are generally $25-35. You know inflation is crazy when Levis are $80 MSRP. Also, they seem to have "stealth" sales quite often even in "regular time". I was expecting to pay $75 for two items and it ended up being only $45. Always ask prices at the cashier; It doesn't hurt. There really aren't any glaring negatives. I think the store is best for kids - middle aged folks, but not really older peeps. Since it's in the Grove, theoretically parking is plentiful, but it is generally difficult on weekends and holidays.
