You can't see what prices are while they're being rung up, and I thought my total sounded high, so I asked for my receipt. They could only text it to me, and sure enough, only 1 out of the 4 accessories I got were discounted. Since I paid cash, I was told my only option was to pick out something else for that exact amount right then and there, which by then I had no interest in doing. Not sure if the pricing is done based on a company wide policy or what, but they have to work on either improving the quality of their inventory or lowering prices because as it stands, I don't think it's worth it to shop there :/ The individuals who work there seem lovely and the issues at hand seem to stem from blanket policies and decisions outside of their control.

They took my kid to the shoe area and measured her right away when we told them what we needed. They grabbed her the tights we needed so quickly I did not even see it. The last pair of tights we purchased from them lasted almost the entire. (The other place we used to go to had tights that we needed to buy every month as they tore or split.) The tights they have in stock are crazy high quality and last even with my kids' super clumsy ways and rough treatment. The pink ballet slippers with pink tights cost about $35.

Even some Goodwill stores have higher prices and Tampa Thrift seems a little more boutique style then it is true thrift so you just have to come in with that mindset, or don't come if you don't like it. What I like that they do here is a lot of big sales. Each day there's a specific tag color that's 50% off, and this is where I found some really great pick ups. They also have one weekend each month where the whole store is 50% off, which is super cool and probably the main time I'll come back. I thought the store was fairly clean overall. They do have a couple dressing rooms if you prefer to try stuff on, and a bathroom. As with most thrift stores, there's at least twice as many women's clothing options then men's. But as a woman I was impressed with the selection and range of brands they had here. They had a good selection of blazers, not only for men but specifically women's too- I found a super nice one almost brand new for $10. There were quite a few shoes as well- sneakers and sandals and in between, I snatched a cute lil pair of heels for like $7. Another nice thing, they had a lot of kids stuff here.
