The reason for my 4 star rating is due to the AMAZING store associate that helped me. Chrissy was helpful, insightful and patient. She went all over the store picking different items out for me. She explained all the current deals. Even gave me suggestions on other places to go in the area. As I am not from here. I have been to over 10 Torrid stores in Chicago and Dallas. This is by far the best associate I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Thank you again.

It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

The Shops at Wiregrass and I have a very practical relationship: my EV needs a charge, and…read moreapparently I need somewhere interesting to wait. EVgo makes this an easy stop because I can charge the car while wandering around the outdoor shopping center, use a clean air conditioned bathroom, grab refreshments or a quick bite and browse the stores. I especially like stopping at 3Natives for a healthier option, with wraps and bowls that make much more sense to me than the usual mall food. I always check Macy's Last Act too, because I refuse to pay full retail when patience usually pays off. One thing I found particularly interesting was how culturally diverse the crowd felt. I noticed a strong South Asian and Middle Eastern presence, along with a mix of families and shoppers that gave the center more character than I expected from a suburban shopping destination. I enjoy that kind of people watching because you get a little glimpse into how different communities are living, shopping and spending their time. I'm still mostly browsing rather than buying, but between the EV charging, good food options and people watching, Wiregrass has turned out to be a surprisingly useful stop for me.

No cash refunds, only a store credit?! Seriously?! And returns must be made within 15 days. Laughable. The only reason I've even walked into this store is because I have a teenage daughter who has no idea what "quality" clothing is. I understand that it's supposedly "company policy" about the dressing rooms but the rude girls working today need to relay to them that people are walking out without making a purchase due to their ridiculous rules.
