She wanted me to hang back so she could feel like a big kid and shop. She and her friend grabbed a few things to try on. They politely asked a female employee (black hair, black top, tattoos) if they can please have a fitting room. The employee told them that "she doesn't have time for this little kid shit" and walked away. I was about to approach the employee and realized that it would be a pointless conversation seeing as she already swore at my child. Needless to say she spent her Christmas money elsewhere.

It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

I went to JCPenney and they said they do not carry that product. Come to find out that this is a practice that the fragrance people there do all the time. I will not be back to Macy's. What a dishonest practice I purchased so many items from Macy's for Christmas and I'm sure hoping that none of my family have the same issue. I own my own business for 18 years and that's probably why that Macy's will be going out of business.

I'm talking over an inch in the front. But I could only notice it when I got home and pulled my hair back into a ponytail. AND, all of the highlights are different shades. She SWORE there'd be no orange color in my hair. Yikes! The whole top was filled with awful orange highlights.The back? Super light highlights. None of them are evenly distributed and some of them are wide strips. I've never had a worse dye job and in 52 I think my NON-stylist sister could've done it better. So now I'm out $240 and it's absolutely AWFUL and I'm so embarrassed. I have events coming up and I don't even want to go to any of them. Sorry, but no one should go to Jes. It look her 4 hours for my to totally trash my hair. I'm so sad.

This mall is well maintained and pedestrian friendly. Lots of restaurants and specialty stores to satisfy your food cravings. We didn't purchase anything this outing but enjoyed the stroll among the shops.

The only reason I've even walked into this store is because I have a teenage daughter who has no idea what "quality" clothing is. I understand that it's supposedly "company policy" about the dressing rooms but the rude girls working today need to relay to them that people are walking out without making a purchase due to their ridiculous rules.
