Sacs OFF 5TH sells the same brand names you'll find at Sacs Fifth Avenue, but the items here are "missing some embellishments and are made from less pricey fabrics." (Tampa Bay Times 2012) The first Sacs OFF 5TH opened its doors in 1990; there are 102 locations in the U.S. & Canada. This location opened in late Oct 2015 during the Tampa Premium Outlets' grand opening. Designers include (but are not limited to): Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Coach, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Donna Karen, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Hermes, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Lacoste, Liz Claiborne, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Tiny Kids, Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino, VEJA, Versace, & Yves Saint Laurent (to name very few). On my latest visit, I purchased a pair of Doctor Scholl's burnt orange "faux suede" shoes @ 60% off & a comfortable pair of initialed Michael Kors' black flats @ 36% off-- SEE PIC. Not a fan of pimping designer brands (especially for free:), the flats will be perfect for casual dinners in Vegas in late November. Customers have 30 days to return or exchange any item w/ a store receipt w/ the exception of Final Sale items (distinguished by that yellow dot). Non Final Sale items purchased online may be returned via mail or taken to any Sacs OFF 5TH location. Sacs OFF 5TH will price match the following competitors, providing the items are "not on promotion" nor are they "deeply marked down": Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Macy's, & The Outnet. The customer must present a current ad. Numerous women's shoes lined the side wall & took up A LOT of floor space. Men's footwear lined the opposing wall. Each pair that interested me was in the correct size section & price marked. I saw LOTS of baby/children's clothing & shoes. Prices varied, but many were @ large discounts. This is where I'll visit should I ever need a baby shower or child's birthday gift. I saw some truly gorgeous outfits! This very large open store also has an active wear and a sleepwear section; men's & women's clothing sections; purses, handbags, & backpacks (lots of gorgeous top designer bags); bathroom & kitchen sections; an area for designer perfumes & colognes; beauty products & jewelry; & additional sections I've likely omitted. Oh, clearance! MANY racks of clearance clothing. Unfortunately, almost every clothing item I touched was misfiled within the racks. There were a few items not on shelves or hangers (due to customers), but that's to be expected in a busy store as large as this. The store was clean & organized upon my visits. Thrice I've accompanied friends, yet I (we) have yet to encounter a friendly floor or front-end staffer. The word "sour" comes to mind. Hence, it's the reason this store did not earn five stars-- a definite managerial issue. Be sure to join Sacs OFF 5TH REWARDS, an incentive program I just read about online-- not one cashier had mentioned it. (Currently, online customers can earn $10 for every order of $100; it may be the same for in-person shopping.) UPDATE: Upon a return visit, Staffer Dominique was INCREDIBLE! She should be used to train staff. In late July of 2022, Sacs OFF 5TH "teamed up with Rent the Runway to sell pre-owned designer clothing at discounted prices...to draw in young luxury consumers." I'll return soon, & hopefully I'll find a quality fall jacket @ a decent price. A self-described "Shoe Wh###," I'll also happily revisit the LARGE shoe section:)

As soon as I walked in the door, a helpful young woman offered to help me find sizes and colors to start my fitting. Then it was time for her to leave, so Dawn took over, helped me go through a couple of sizes, loaned me a tester shirt, and took videos so I could coordinate with my advisor. I was able to get two suits for the less than the price of one due to the outlet prices and a Labor Day weekend sale. Woohoo!

Buyer beware! You'd better call ahead of time because their sales change awfully fast! It wasn't like that before I don't know what happened....

The store was clean and organized, and the staff was abundant and helpful, without constantly asking if we needed anything (like another popular jean store). There seemed to be a good variety of sizes too, although every style of jeans was not available in every size (understandable). The only issue I had with the store was the prices - they were comparable to department store prices and did not seem to reflect any discount like customers expect from an outlet. Since it was during the holiday season I would have expected even better deals, but unfortunately, this was not the case. For this reason, I could only give them 4 stars - the store itself and staff were great, but the prices (the reason customers go to outlets) were not what you would expect from an outlet.

But the prices were nothing remarkable. $39.99 each if you buy two. That's no "outlet mall" price. But the shelves were well stocked and they had nearly all the right sizes.
