I didn't realize that we still hire racist people towards Hispanics , and on top of that make them a team leader. This is for Kailyn(last name, according to her she doesn't have one) my sister and mother said good morning and Ms. Kailyn saw them and with an attitude said hi, after that my sister went to her to ask where are the converse and she started walking away from her. My sister had to say excuse me. That's when Ms.Kailyn decided to turn around and with an attitude she said yes, as my sister is getting closer to ask the question, she starts backing up like as if my sister was going to do something to her, and Ms.Kailyn had the audacity to say that they don't have converse, but my mom ended up finding them. It was not my sister's style so they decided to leave, but before they left a couple walked in, and of course they were white, so Ms. Kailyn all happily and giggly said hello and good morning to them, while with my mom and sister she was very cold and had an attitude towards them. My mom didn't know the full situation until my sister told her and they went back to ask her for her name and last name, which she didn't want to give to them and also started acting like as if my mom was going to do something to her. When my mom asked her, Ms. Kailyn acted like she didn't know what my mom meant. I am very disappointed, it is 2023, we should do better and be nice to people, be kind to each other. They only had a few pairs of boots and the only ankle boots weren't comfortable. The did, however, have about 2 or 3 long aisles of sneakers. I did find a pair of Asics. They really had so many to choose from. The aisles were very clean and organized. I didn't really see too many employees on the floor, but the cashier was very friendly and offered a service to waterproof any shoe. I declined, but it's worth considering with rainy season heading our way. So if you're looking for sneakers and sandals. This is the place to go.

She ignored us and didn't say a word and then there was another employee in the next aisle over who looked at her coworker (without acknowledging us) and said "I just mopped in there, it's probably wet." Again neither of them said anything to us for about a minute until I said "so can he use it?" With my son clearly next to me wiggling in distress and this lady who had not said a single word to me or looked in my direction said "well she just said she mopped it and it's wet" I stood there in disbelief for a second and said "so that's a no?" And neither one of them said anything to us. I walked out saying "wow you guys are really weird for that" I actually usually buy all of my shoes from famous footwear but I will never be stepping in this location and probably no other location ever again. They should not be retail employees.

It was the first day the Tropical Storm Debby was coming through. It hasn't rained yet so why not go to an outside outlet mall. It is covered in some parts. Once I got into this store it started down pouring. It's still covered, but I said hey let's check this out. The back is my first place to go. It's where the clearances are, hello! An orange pair of sandals caught my eye. It's my fave color, & it was my size. I'll try it on not thinking anything of it bc I'm lazy fastening buckles. Oh course I fell in love with these shoes, and they fit my wide awkward feet and they were comfortable. The price was right. It went from 139 to 40 to 20. Can't be beat, I'm taking them. Service was friendly. Since I was walking and didn't think id buy anything, I asked for them to put the shoes aside and I came back with my card. I'm so happy with these orange sandals. I always notice the bright colors let alone orange. It was the only pair. It def had my name on it!
