Thanks to Good Feet I finally found a wide width shoe, after almost giving up the search since apparently all the major department and retail shoe stores I visited in Tampa Bay no longer carry wide widths. So I bought two pairs only after receiving great traditional customer service. First your foot print is taken to determine one's pressure points and measured so knowledge is power. Then, recommendations are made. Here's a store where one can actually sit comfortably while trying on various pairs of shoes until the correct fit is chosen. What a concept! No pressure sales persons. Instead easy intelligent conversation like you'd have with a family member who you'd depend on honest advice to compare selections. And the best part my shoes were on sale so having savings, selection, a quality shoe which actually fits with a company which will stand behind their product, well I'm sold. In fact, I was actually headed to the Lutz Premier outlet mall for one final desperate attempt to find a wide width show which fits when I decided to go across the street to have lunch at Zukku- San sushi bar which I found on Yelp. Upon leaving the restaurant I noticed that Good Feet was a few doors away so I thought I'd give this a look since I was about out of options. Are you're feet in pain and you're looking for a professional to help guide you through the process? CHOOSE ANOTHER BUSINESS. Here's my experience: I work/stand on my feet atleast 10-12 hours per day on a hard tile floor and my feet have been in constant pain. I visited this location and talked to an "expert" about where my feet were hurting and my activity levels. I was given a few different pairs of shoes to try on and decided upon 1 that was felt good in the moment for the price of $150. My first day of work I used the new shoes and after 2 hours the pain was unbearable that I left work to go home and change my shoes with my old ones. Looking back I realized the shoes felt good in the store because the floor is carpeted compared to my works floor being a tile. I took the shoes back to the store hoping to return or exchange for something else. However, I was informed from an employee that the are considered "personal care" and cannot be returned or exchanged. She also stated that a new shoe wouldn't be the solution to foot pain and that I should buy some type of arch supports... why was this never mentioned as an option during my first visit? I have lost my confidence as a customer to trust their service and I recommend anyone reading this to be cautious about any recommendations. I can buy shoes at any mall or online, but I visited your location for service and that's the reason I won't be back and will discourage others to go elsewhere also. read more

I went to Good Feet to see if they could help me with fixing my feet, knees, back and hips. I was greeted at the door. Very friendly. Her name was Suzanne. She explained to me in what type I would need, and how long to wear them. Can get confusing to what color you wear, when and how long. I will let you know in a few weeks to see if they are worth the 1200+ dollars it will cost you. They might want to start out with the price of all of them before they get started. I love Happy Feet & driving by, I had to check out this store. The service was prompt & friendly. The stock was very, very limited & the prices were quite high. There wasn't even anything to try on. I understand many of the shoes are customized & made to order, but there should be samples to look at. A disappointing experience & waste of time. What's a girl to do? Did not feel pressure to buy and sales rep was very courteous. Bought all 3 insoles. I decided later the same day not to keep one of the arch supports. I called the next day and was told they do not honor refunds and only do exchanges. They do not state this any where (receipt/website/time of purchase) that there is no refund even when the product is not opened/used. Knowing this would have changed my decision to purchase all 3. After being told about this policy by 3 different individuals at the store including my sales rep), I did some further investigation and their refund policy is the biggest complaint on the Better Business Bureau site. The price is outrageous for what you get. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275. 1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert. I ended up making 2 visits to a Chiropractor for adjustments to relieve the pain. Also, since there is only one pair of each you are constantly moving the inserts of one shoe to another. I would advise anyone not to go a Good Feet store. When you first enter and ask the price, they tell you $425.00. It's not until they spent a half hour with you, and you are about to check out that they tell you the $425 is for 1 of the three pairs of inserts you need. Check out the Better Business Bureau page for Good Feet. There are many complaints about their products. Also, you can't return them for your money back, because of the Good Feet does not accept returns if you are not satisfied. read more

Mark could not have been more friendly, attentive, and helpful in working with me to get a good assessment of where my pressure points were with my walk. He thoroughly covered the physiology of what ideally can happen when your feet have the right support and are in the right shoes. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. I made my husband an appointment with Jasmine M. at the Good Feet Store in Tampa. It was a very informative visit. My husband has had feet, knee, hip and lower back pain forever, and he has done nothing but take naproxen and ibuprofen for it. I figured something else had to be better than all those chemicals. So a trip to Tampa, an appointment with Jasmine and three types of insoles later he has reduced his pain tremendously! Today is the first day, can't wait to see how they work over time. Jason Ray helped us today and so far we are very hopeful that these inserts will solve our back pain issues. My boyfriend works in a hospital, sometimes doing 24 hour shifts, and walks miles on hard cold surfaces. So in a few weeks we will have put these inserts to the test.
