Very clean and well organized location when comparing to others. Employees that I encountered were very friendly and attentive. I had multiple things in my hand and I was asked twice by two different persons if I needed a cart. One employee decided to bring me a cart. BRING BACK OLD MANAGEMENT!! I used to love it here, now I don't even want to go back. The new manager has 0 customer service skills, she lied to my face about their return policy and refused my return when I had the receipt, tag and product. For context, I bought a mini fridge a while back and it just stopped working for no apparent reason, must've been why it ended up there. I had everything I needed for the return and she refused it at first saying "we don't take returns after 30 days". I know the policy I've shopped here far before she was there. So when I corrected her on her own return policy she changed the reason to "well because it doesn't work anymore". Yeah.. that's why I'm bringing it back. When I asked to speak to other members in leadership that I knew would not LIE about the policy, she followed up with she was higher up than them.. I really didn't care about that or ask I just wanted to speak with someone with integrity. I was looking for store credit not my money back, We're in a time where PRIDE matters more than running your business well, It was way too personal for her. that isn't what business is about, or running a store. This T.J. Maxx store is great! The store is clean and huge, and I love how it's located in a plaza that has a Ross, a grocery store, Hibachi takeout, and Panera - very convenient to get all your errands done in one area. I like how I can find things I need here at this location where sometimes I can't find at different locations. For example, this T.J. Maxx always has this Alba Botanica face product that I love getting, and it seems to always be available at this location but I can rarely find this product at a different T.J. Maxx location. This T.J. Maxx store has their aisles and shelves fully loaded with inventory. They have so many good beauty products here for a good price - I take what seems like an eternity sometimes to get through that section of the store. After escaping those aisles, my other favorite section is their home goods. This store has a lot to offer when it comes to what you need to decorate for your restroom, bedroom, kitchen and personal space. The employees here are really nice and helpful. I like how there are two employees in the front of the store making sure that customers get sanitized carts and when customers are leaving, they make sure to retrieve carts right away to wipe them down clean. I appreciate them for doing that to make sure we have a safe shopping experience. read more

I frequently shop at TJ Maxx and normally don't have any issues. Today I went in to purchase a workout outfit. It was labeled as 2 piece with a separate tag stating 2 piece. (The total outfit was labeled $9.99. At the counter the sales associate rang up the item and just before totaling me out pulled the item back out of the bag to double check the tag. She took it to the lead sales associate who stated someone miss-tagged the item and it was supposed to be $24. They would not honor the tag they had on the item. I waited in line for several minutes. There was no apology, and they acted as if I made a mistake because they mislabeled it. They were very unprofessional and no sale was made. I WILL NOT go back to this store. read more

I have been going to this store since I moved to Zhills in 2019. Tonight my daughters and I were approached by a rude employee named Laura. She approached us and said, Don't spray the perfumes. I believe she was upset because it was 1 hour til close and she did not want us to touch anything. My daughter told her to have a good night and she started again to say don't spray the perfumes at this time we are like what is going on we are sniffing them. She then rolled her eyes at us and started to arrange the bottles as she huffed and puffed like we were annoying her. We tried to continue our shopping, but as she got closer to us while shifting bottles around we got uncomfortable as she began to follow us around as if we were thieves. She was literally pushing us away from the fixture by making us uncomfortable. We had a total of 6 bottles of perfume we were going to buy but we put every last one back. I love TJ Maxx and would love to continue to shop here but not as long as this rude lady is employed there. I asked another associate what her name was because I was going to speak to the manager, but I was so distraught I just left the store. read more

T,J, Maxx is "THE" store for anything and everything from household articles to beddings, women, children ,men's wear, etc. . I have never been disappointed. Staff and especially the manager are always very helpful and friendly . No store will do for me. Christmas is coming up and I know I will not be disappointed , I will find everything I need decorating my Christmas tree and gifts for my family and friends . I'm a frequent shopper at this store. Today as I was trying on clothes and juggling children my car keys went missing. I searched the store along with my girlfriends high and low! Both Managers Ira and Douglas were very helpful and gave a helping hand. After waiting for tripe A, having lunch at Panera, I went into the store one last time and spoke to both of the managers. Ira was helping me once again (also helping other customers, reorganizing shelfs and putting out new inventory) and a sweet lady happen to come in with a cart from outside, Douglas walks over looks in the cart and fines my keys. The funny thing is, Ira was just asking if I had checked carts outside. We found them!!! What a blessing and I'm very thankful for your courtesy staff. It's not easy shopping with kids but my experience today was incredible. Both men should be recognized!! Thanks again. read more

Every single time I come in here, which is a few times a month ONLY BECAUSE it's one of the only 3 clothing store options available in town, I never find junior clothes. They have a juniors section, although it seems they think junior means the small sizes from the women's clothes. They are very confused here and ALSO sometimes they follow you around as if they suspect you of stealing. I was in the purse section looking at an amazingly beautiful rainbow duffle bag I couldn't find the price tag, so this women that had no implication that she even worked there comes over and kneels down right next to me and starts ruffling through purses on the lower level and then looks at me and say "Can I help you with something?" In my head I thought IM OBVIOUSLY HERE TO SHOP! Maybe it was because I had a black jacket on but it was pouring rain outside lady excuse me! Plus the duffle bag I was looking at wasnt going to fit on my person so that was idiotic to think I was stealing. I moved on to other sections just browsing and she got the manager and they both followed me around while I looks for attractive clothing which I didn't find and proceeded to leave. They did not stop me but as I was leaving the woman from the beginning told the manager to "come check this out" and when right to the duffle bag I was looking at and I can only assume she's telling the manager I must have taking the price tag off because there isn't one. I can't believe I even come in here as much as I do, I'm just looking for nice clothes dude. read more

This is one of my favorite TJ Maxx stores. They always have great stuff and the customer service is great.

Love this store lots of discounted items. Every time I shop here there are different items on sale. They built a ROSS'S next to this store and it can't compare in quility. I would recommend shopping here to everyone, this is one of my favorite store's in the entire USA. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful, I can't wait to get back to Florida and see what new items they will have. so. if you are shopping for yourself or buying a gift,this is the place to go in Zephyrhills. read more
