I pretty much live here, I'm here at least twice a week. It's always kept clean and the staff is super friendly. There are some days (I feel like it's Sunday) that sometimes they are out of some items that I'm looking for, but overall they have the majority of the items. They have Starbucks inside the store as well as a pharmacy and a grab and go area with a separate self pay terminal. Sometimes when I only have a few items, I run over there to checkout instead of the usual longer line of the self check out line. read more

Stopped in here to get out of traffic on a busy Friday afternoon. This was a different format of a Target than my local Target, but that's fine, I could easily find what I needed, or what wasn't really needed and what was really just an impulse buy. I spent about an hour here, looking and eventually buying the black yoga pants I came in for. I'm always happy to find exactly what I came in for. Target is good for that. read more

This is by far one of my favorites stores on earth. I mean who doesn't like "TarJay". Your one stop shop for all of your needs from food, pharmacy, clothing, pet, electronics, furniture, kitchen bath and bedroom all in one place. Also be aware that sometimes Target tells you what you need. You go in for two things and walk out with a whole cart of stuff for each room of the house. You've been warned! Lol read more

Came here for a pick up order as this was the only nearby location that had the item I wanted in stock. The store is huge!! They had some cones in the parking lot due to some construction at the time. This store is very very busy. The pickup area was a bit chaotic! They have signage that says Order Pickup on the left side and Returns CustomerService on the other but it's really only 1 line. Staff is running all over the place and it's a bit messy with carts of stuff and items on the floor from returns. Maybe it was just a really busy day but I was glad that this is not my typical store to shop at. read more

This is the biggest target I've been to in my entire life. It was amazing like a dream come true a hike in a candy store type experiences

You might be wondering why I gave this place a 5 star rating? Seems like a standard SuperTarget. It's clean, has groceries, decent customer service yadda yadda, blah blah Chill. I need to build up to the moment. I dont give it up that easy like a midwest girl after 3 PBR's. 1) There is a Starbucks inside which is cool. It seems commonplace for newer or renovated Targets. 2) They have select Einstein Bagels cream cheese/bagels in their bakery section. Is this in all Targets or just this one? 3) There seem to be a lot of young MILFs in this store. Target generally has prettier chicks than Walmart, but for this subset, good eye candy for the gents I guess. However those are all the warm up act to Drumroll...... GENERATIONS TRANSFORMERS SON!! (Women and men over 40 can stop reading ..) Out of 2 Targets (this and University) , and 2 walmarts(New Tampa and Mos Eisley spaceport errr Fletcher Walmart), THIS Target updates its toy stock (or TF at least) pretty frequently. IT is the BEST physical place to get Transformers in New Tampa area. Case in point: This store was the only one I found Legends Cosmos, Swerve.Rattrap, and Tankor BALLING SON. WOW!!! I just visited this store last night and man! It's like Target on steroids! It's HUGE! It's clean. It has a Starbucks which isn't uncommon, but everything was bigger and nicer. It is visually stunning which I never thought I would say about a department store. The displays are clean, new, big and eye catching. The office supplies section was bigger than most and I found some unique journals, sketch books, and notebooks. I found the small notebooks to be overpriced, for however. I bought 5 and they were $5.99 and were made from all recycled material. They were nice, but I can't understand why they cost so much! Maybe $3.99 would be more fair. I also saw some magazine/file organizers. I really wanted to get a few for my white bookshelf because they matched, but I think $12.99 each is RIDICULOUS!!! For such a large Target I was excited to visit the art supply section, the pet section, and the beauty section. Sadly the art supply section was a let down. I didn't see any supplies for sketching unless I missed it, but I don't think I did. I wanted to buy some black sketch pencils that never seem to be in stock at my Ocala Target. The pet section was another let down. Same toys and same amount of toys as any other Target and while I'm on that, Target, PLEASE! Bring us some new toys for our fur babies and safer ones. The only toy I was interested in had glue visible upon closer inspection and they smell awful. My dog deserves better. Make them safe and make them excellent quality. It's not just you Target, but I expect better from you. The beauty section was not a disappointment. It was HUGE. Overwhelmingly so, but that's ok! No complaints. I looked for luggage and travel accessories and didn't see any. The electronics section, while stunning didn't seem to offer much. Same old thing. I didn't do any food shopping so I cannot comment on that other than the grocery section did look big! Like most places they are pushing self checkout. I didn't feel like it tonight so I went to a cashier. Only two lines were open, but a new line opened and the gentleman called me over. I was so relieved! Checkout from that point on was quick and friendly. I wish I never had to go to Walmart again, but unfortunately my county doesn't have a Target. Yeah, that's right. We're probably the last place ever to not have a Target! That's just evil! But we are getting two Wawa stores so anything is possible! Overall this Target is pretty awesome! Was referred from a phone "tech" at a different Target when inquiring about Consumer Cellular. Was told "See Avi" at Wesley Chapel Target for better deal with better service....with Total Wireless; uses Verizon towers.And Consumer Cellular uses T Mobile and AT&T SIM cards which evidently are constantly failing and being replaced for additional cost! Because Sprint and T Mobile have horrible cell reception in my neighborhood and my house.....I was relieved that Verizon towers delivered! Or maybe it was new better Samsung Galaxy? Even got a few rebates; bought two phones and initiated two cell cards. Was "sold" Unlimited data--4G for 1st gig....then 2G---which fit fine since only data I use is google Voice and Directions. However, I used my fast data, and instead of slower reception....I have NO DATA CONNECTION! Total Wireless customer care idiots (overseas) say this "service" is not as "reliable"....and my smart phone is too new and smart to recognize older 2G systems! Honestly! My phone works with 2G, 3G, and 4G...not reliable REALLY is NON EXISTENT! So the plan should be represented and sold as 1G of faster data only! Target and Marketsource (tech company) need to be crystal clear about FACTS! The price is okay; the cell reception very good; that's it! Have had to make 4 or 5 trips back to Target for set-up and service issues. And today Avi texted back he isn't a personal consultatant; any future dealings to be Total Wireless techs. Seems "Target customer service" stops after purchase! And I mailed one phone to pacific northwest to a family semi-disabled member....out there, there are NO TARGET TECHS! I like coming to this Super Target. Parking is never hard to find, just be careful of drivers who don't pay attention to the stop signs. Since this is a Super Target it has everything from groceries, household supplies, electronics, toys, a pharmacy, clothing & shoes, and even a Starbucks. The staff at the Pharmacy are always super nice and always helpful. My prescriptions were always ready within the time frame or sometimes even earlier. I love looking at the clearance items. The other day I found a pack of onsies for only $2.48 and a pack of baby night gowns for $3.48, and also Monster High shoes for my daughter at $5, original price was $20. How awesome is that? TIP: Download the "cartwheel" app from your phone to receive savings. I was able to purchase an item on sale, use the discount on the app, and plus a coupon! Also, when going to Starbucks they accept the Starbucks "gold card" (or you can pay by the Starbucks app on your phone) and you can also load money onto your gold card. read more

I was looking for some baseball card sleeves in a very short aisle between register 19 and self checkout when an outside vendor approached me and told me very rudely that the aisle was closed. At this point I wasn't in the aisle any longer. I stated to him that there wasn't any barricades or signage indicating that the aisle was closed. He ask me if I wanted him to call security. I told him he could call anyone he wanted. He turned to a cashier manager and ask her if she could call security, She looked at me and smiled and said "I would love too" like she was going to enjoy the opportunity. She didn't ask what the problem was or anything. I related to her the actions of the vendor and the fact that there was nothing indicating that the aisle was closed and that I was not in the aisle at all but had just walked through it. She defended the vendor. I then went to customer service with my complaint and spoke with another manager and she also defended the manager and the vendor. What amazes me is that the OUTSIDE vendor is not even an employee of Target but can say and do what ever he wants to a customer and be defended by the establishment. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right" and just good customer service. When I asked why there was not any notice to customers about the aisle being closed I was told that it was a safety hazard and against store policy. That was just plain laughable. I have never in my 50+ yrs of shopping anywhere been threatened with security for any reason. It was a terrible experience and grossly uncalled for. I won't be going back to Target in Wesley Chapel to say the least and hope other shoppers never have to go through such a dramatic situation as this at any retail store. read more

We just can't with this Target. The employees are amazing and the clothes and food is a delicacy. But the TELEVISIONS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. A few days ago we but a 4K 75'' Element TV, but when we got home it was broken! The screen was cracked and the pixel line were messed up. We got another of the same type of TV ONLY TO FIND ANOTHER BROKEN SCREEN. Please Target fix this problem. As far as Targets go, this one is pretty consistent with the others. Great selection and helpful staff. I have a little girl, and love their line of clothes for her, Cat and Jack. Modern and fit well. I don't buy my groceries here, but kind of nice when I'm there and realize there are 1 or 2 things I need to grab. Recently, I bought a new booster seat and they were awesome and let me bring the models out to my car to check that they'd fit well in the back seat! Super helpful. My only complaint is that i often feel like they don't have enough registers open. read more

I live in Plant City, Fl. there is no target here sadly. only Wal-Mart. I drive 20 -30 minutes to go to a Target. By far the Brandon Target is my favorite, much of the staff even know me now because I go so often. To me it is worth the drive. The store is clean, staff friendly, better prices than the PC Wal-mart, and they listen. Once I mentioned in a survey about an issue with their restroom the next time I went in it had been fixed. Also, who can beat their kids clothes guarantee if you buy their inexpensive clothes brand it is guaranteed for a year! With 8 grandbabies I am always finding something cute! Lastly, coffee while you shop, Starbucks, YES! This is the best Starbucks by far. Often they are short-staffed but I still wait less time than my Plant City SB which has a full staff (in my opinion over staffed). Lakeland Targets are also great my second choice of places to shop. read more

So i glad i drove an extra 2 miles to get passed Wal-Mart. This is by far the biggest Target I ever been in. And there customer service is outstanding!!!!!!! Came in to pick up some dinner to cook and by surprise they have a deli section with hot and fresh foods ready to eat. I was greeted by J.T and he saw me looking at there 8pc fried chicken yes i said it "fried chicken" i never saw a Target with fried chicken. So guess what i had tried it. And i must say it was pretty good for the most part. Chicken had a good crisp to it and a decent flavor but for $6.49 you can't beat that. So after i left the deli section i decided to browse the store, didnt buy anything else but i must say the store is very well stocked and well kept. Floors were spotless!!! I have always loved Target. And, hopefully will again soon. But their renovation is just this side of ridiculous. There has to be some common sense way to renovate and still have items available. I say common sense as most companies and upper level management have done away with this practice. I used to work retail and there were ALWAYS ways around this type of mess. As my local target, I get to shop here quite often. The store itself is very nice, very clean, and there is always an employee within a few aisles if I ever need assistance. They keep most products in stock pretty well, and also have a pretty diverse stock. So much so that I come here almost weekly but still find myself looking around for 30 minutes at all of the new things. However, they have not been doing the best with online pick up orders. I have ordered about three or four orders for pick up, and with every single order there has been at least one or more items that they said were available, but ended up not being in stock. I can understand if this happens maybe once or twice, but with every single order this has happened, and they said that they had multiple of those items in stock. I understand that it is probably a lot to keep track of, but I think they could do just a little bit of a better job because It can lead to some frustration when I look to get something within the same day and then find out that I can't get it unless I go to another location an hour away. Target is the world's most awesome everything-under-one-roof store, and this particular version of the brand is a SUPER Target, meaning that you can buy your groceries here too, in addition to all of your household supplies, health & beauty items, pharmacy (including flu shots for people like Erin!), clothing, electronics, sporting goods, electronics, books, music, dvd's, toys, and even automotive supplies. I had just finished a client lunch at the nearby Panera Bread, and was in search of some super-important and highly-classified gag gifts for that evening's going-away dinner for my friend, Eric C. Target of Wesley Chapel seemed like the perfect place to find the items on my shopping list. So I grabbed a cart and started wandering up and down the aisles, loading up on toilet paper, Kleenex, laundry detergent, Aleve, toothpaste, shampoo........wait.....why did I walk in here? .... oh yes, then down to the menswear department in search of a winter hat, scarf, and something memorable for that evening's festivities. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for, but the extremely friendly clerk told me that I'd need to go to JC Penney at Wiregrass as she had seen their winter weather gear already set out on the shelves. So $78 later, I walked out of Target with all kinds of things which I needed at home, but unfortunately without the gag gifts for which I was searching. 4 starts for being so clean, well-organized, and having such a friendly and helpful staff! read more

Really don't like the new remodel. There are more self check out lanes than ones with cashiers which is a pain if you are grocery shopping. When a Super Target offers grocery shopping....I expect to be able to do my shopping and not have to do my own checkout and bagging.....on a Monday afternoon at 1:30pm! 3 cash registers open in the entire building and one of those was an express lane.....so I go to self checkout - rather than stand 4-5 deep at the remaining two lanes only to find that 2 of the 4 self checkout are not working either. It will not happen again.....I will spend my $187.00 at a store that clues my money, that actually acts like a real grocery shopping not pretend like this particular store does. Because that is what it was like - a pretend grocery store with the capacity of a convenience store when it is time for checking out! I have become a Target fan in the last few years. I especially like this location. It is a Super Target, so it also has a grocery section, as well as the usual clothing, toys, beauty, home sections. I really like that this store has a Starbucks inside! I always stop to get a coffee while I am shopping, as it helps me get energy for shopping :) This Target is much larger and cleaner than the one closest to me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I also utilize the Cartwheel app, which has different weekly deals on select products. While I have gotten clothes at Target, I do wish there was a wider selection of shirts that were not really expensive. read more

I can only give this store three stars because the employees were fantastic and well... I love target. The issue is this store need some repairs. The changing rooms need paint and new carpet and currently there are red bins all over the store to catch water from roof leaks (you can see in the picture I added). As much as I prefer shopping at Target over other big box stores, I have to say the layout of this Target is a little odd. And I can only describe it as a very big place that doesn't really sell much of what I'm looking for. It's almost hard to describe, maybe local residents have a different preference than I (I'm sure there are long exhaustive marketing studies performed) and they're just catering to the "locals". But whenever I'm looking for one thing in particular, they don't have it and when I'm looking for more than one item, they only have one, it's kinda frustrating... When you first walk in, it kind of lures you to do a giant loop around the store where as other Targets don't seem to follow that concept too much. During my normal loop, I end up skipping over what I would consider a very large clothing area, its almost borderline "Rainbow" like... That's in reference to a clothing store found up North where all you see are slightly below eye level racks of clothing, none of which is displayed very pleasingly or aesthetically. Then you kind of pass through the bathroom stuff and some furniture aisles. Then you hit the frozen foods/grocery area and then BAM ! I see exits... Which then makes me think long and hard what I'm missing and then I purposely walk through the middle of the store looking for something I know is missing from my cart, only to not find it... read more

Here with my mom who is recovering from surgery for her daily small outing for groceries. Waited and waited for a pickup at customer service, but you had only one employee working both pickup and returns. She was nice but slow. The line was long when we arrived and stayed long as we moved to the front. No manager or backup ever came to help her. There are no benches in the area for elderly guests or guests with disabilities- how do you wait in a long line when you cannot stand for long periods of time? Please add benches, and be mindful of staffing in this busy area. I've been going to this TARGET since it opened, my sister and several of her friends used to work there at grand opening. Oh Target, how I love thee. You are so much cooler than your closest competitor and I enjoy shopping at your establishment. I admit, I an sometimes annoyed at how much I spend here, but I just can't help myself. So much variety and selection! This location is a super Target, which means it offers groceries in addition to everything else you'd expect. While I so occasionally pick up grocery items, I never do all my shopping as the prices and selection don't seem too competitive. It is convenient for grabbing a gallon of milk or random odds and ends instead if making a separate trip to the grocery store. Clothing, accessories, jewelry, electronics, books, seasonal items, sporting goods, toys, household items, decorative goods, you name it...they have it. They also have a Starbucks...and a little cafe where you can get fresh salads and pizza hut and ice cream and slushies. Checkout is much smoother than Wally world and they always have several registers running. Love it. read more

So not to long ago my friend decided to get a 55inch VIZO TV, Not only am I profoundly upset I am demoralized by the shear incompetence of the worker handling the product also not offering the warranty is the first mistake before even checking if the box was previously opened he just rung it up not giving any details prior from purchase the box looked battered up already, and in opening up the contents of the box slowly and carefully with him, the TV was cracked and damaged it's not like people enjoy wasting there money you know, so by far this is the worst experience ever, I am appalled by the situation and this is not the a state a TV should be in. read more

Terrible service every time. If you have an issue & ask for a manager they will call another sales associate who is not a manager. This has happened twice. I will say once the manager comes he was very helpful and I got done what I needed done which was told to me by 2 associates that couldn't be done.
