The shoe area is pretty messy though.

It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

The only good section in the store were shoes . Clothing was so bland that nothing caught my eye which is so disappointing, handbags were 1/5 and no good designer sunglasses. I ended up with a few pairs of great heels but no accessories , clothing etc fir use Service was good abut holy wow if you have to use the bathroom while shopping , run to find someone because the door is only opened with a code. I felt like I was in Chicago ! 3/5 stars

The first time I came here was last May, where I was shopping for clothing suitable (no pun intended) for my sister's wedding. They were patient, humorous, and very helpful to my family. The worker who helped me today, Anna, did a marvelous job in helping me...Especially since today was my first day shopping for formal clothing solo! She was very patient as well, made sure to take measurements, and was super accommodating and helpful when it came to selecting clothing that was both appropriate for the event I was attending and thy could fit me. She was also very knowledgeable in what clothing colors are appropriate for what occasion, and boy am I glad to have had her in my corner today. Thanks to her, I walked out a happy customer able to breathe a sigh of relief that I got what I needed! In general, I've come to find a lot of clothing to be of higher quality and variety than elsewhere in the mall. What really separates them from the rest is just how much the stores accommodates the bigger sizes, including me. Granted, they're rather pricey, but again it's not easy making clothing for people such as myself so I don't hold that against them. The store is clean and is basically divided into halves with men's clothes/items one side and women's clothes on the other with shoes, bedding towards the rear. I have visited this branch more often with my mom since the one in Tampa Palms City Plaza closed down. Since I am a single heterosexual man, I can not clam to be a clothing maestro. However, they have a wide selection of brand names and regular brands and many of the items look nice and are in good condition compared to Ross which always looks like a Category 3 hurricane swept through there. Last Christmas, my cousin from Canada came with me and she was awestruck by the prices and quality. They have those "MK- (Mortal Kombat purses) for prices in the $175-200 range.I believe those are usually in the $250 range. While the men's section does have a good range of products, they don't get me excited as much as items from JC Penney and Kohl's. So I usually find a spot to kill time while others shop. The lines are very long sometimes on weekends, but the cashiers are usually nice. If you want to open a Stein Mart card, the application is long and they send you a plethora of emails. FYI. If you're a woman, increase the rating to 4/5.

She also tries to cover her misdoing by saying she "informed" me that the other item was non exchangable after 3 days when it says no returns not exchanges. Some people only care about making sales, i can buy Polo anywhere its the sales teams that make or break a location and i wont be buying from Cristina from Russia anymore.
