Store is clean and organized. They are always putting out new items and lines move fast!

I love this store! And come here often just to get my HG therapy. lol. I can typically find awesome tea and flavors for the tea here. I've been on the hunt for some skinny girl peach flavor for my tea although I can't seem to find anywhere. HG shelves have been rather bare lately although I keep checking back. read more

Homegoods is a great place to find cute, eclectic things for your home. This location is fairly small compared to other HG, but it gets the job done. The size of it does limit their selection, and their stock has been hit pretty hard from the Great Redecorating wave of Covid, but I still enjoy it. It has indoor decor, some outdoor, pillows, bedding, curtains, rugs, art, lamps, furniture, kitchen items, pot and pans and a good selection of seasonal items. I especially appreciate that they were an early supporter of the mask requirement, it shows they care about safety and health of their customers and employees. read more

Homegoods, so much fun stuff. Any theme of your house is here, and they organize it so well. This homegoods has two aisles of dog stuff, what a surprise. There decs for the wall are plentiful too. I have so much fun checking this place out whenever they go. There are also nearby restaurants in this plaza too! read more

Please clean your bathrooms- 2 hours after opening-ladies' room is disgusting and clearly was not cleaned the night before. No toilet paper, two trash cans overflowing... ugh! read more

Bought a 12 pack of shower curtain hooks. Way overpriced. Turns out there's only 11 in the package. It was all tightly sealed. Worthless trash. Not worth my time or money and this isn't the first time we bought something and found defects. Not worth the travel time returning since gas is so high. Quality control is important. read more

This morning at 7:30 the store opened for a reward card customer event and I was there Walked in to a lovely breakfast table and very cheery staff Received a $10 shopping card and a shopping bag The store was spruced up with additional spring sale items and all the shelves were well stocked and neat Grabbed a coffee and shopped for candles and throw pillows Great shopping experience. read more

Why 4 stars? Love me some Home Goods! Great items, good selection, decent pricing and mostly friendly staff. The only down side is there is so much that sometimes it gets out of control. Stuff packed in a small space or stacked on top of others. The items are also limited in qty sometimes. Need 2 lamps and only find one of the color you like. We are here way to much getting items we most likely don't need. But we keep coming back! read more

I needed a retail moment--I love Home Goods. There was not a lot of merchandise on the shelves as there used to be. But, then again just like everywhere I have been lately the stock is low. I did find a few items to meet that retail moment. There were individuals stocking the shelves. Because this is such a large store it will take time to make it feel whole again. read more

If you like to decorate, and do want to decorate, then go here and buy something! Basically, this is like the "home furnishings" section of Marshals or TJ Maxx, only MUCH nicer, and way more expanded. If you need something nice, pretty, funny, iconic, or anything having to do with cooking or kitchen, then this is your place. See, the best part, is that it is all discounted by a lot; hence the Marshals/TJ Maxx talk from before. Whenever I need a great picture, or a decorative box to put stuff in, or a set of nice sheets, or that ever necessary statue of Buddha, I head out to Home Goods, because I know that this is where I can find it, and find it cheap. Seriously, do yourself a favor and check this place out. If you need it, they probably have it. Finally, they have lots of rugs and lamps too, I just thought I would throw that in there, because I forgot to mention it, since I have never bought a rug or a lamp here... but I totally would if I needed one in the future. read more

I love this Homegoods. Even though there is so much inventory, the store is always clean and well laid out. It's employees are helpful without being absurdly annoying and following you around. I've found so many awesome gifts for my friends/family here and really don't go anywhere else for my own home decor. I love finding a wool rug for 70% off of what I'd pay online and it being good quality as opposed to something I hadn't seen in person yet. A brilliant asset to the Lutz area:) read more

Great prices, great selections and ease of shopping all give this store a two thumbs up and five oh so coveted stars. I'd much rather shop here for home decor than a mall or box type of store as they really do seem to have it all. Furniture, home decor, kitchen, bath, bed, rugs, and even supplies for pets! I was on a mission to get curtains that all other stores only carried limited sizes and lo and behold, they had the actual size I needed here. Not a huge selection, but all I needed was one. YAY! Love, love this store. It lost a star for poor staffing and staffs lack of knowledge. This store is a cooks dream. They have all the old gadgets and most of the new ones. The one thing I haven't been able to find is muffin top tins. The store Carries Palm dinnerware and serving pieces, as well as specific chefs and name brands. This store is a virtual cornicopia of all great things for your home. Homegoods is not limited to kitchen items, they also carry gourmet foods, area and room rugs, furniture, all bed and bath essentials as well as lighting, pictures, knick knacks and about anything you can imagine for you home or patio. Prices are usually better than a department store and if you catch a sale, you are looking at some major savings. I go in this store and just get lost for at least 3 hours. My latest unique purchase is a painted wrought iron painter's easel. I have a beautiful picture displayed on this item. I love to find different items that you won't find in a friends home. What's a girl to do? Keep shopping those sales and looking for unique treasures. read more

Store manager absolutely horrible!!!! Refuses to accept returns of damaged products- Need new mgmt before I ever return.

The store hours are posted as 7:00am for opening online, but when I arrived there, they were not going to open until 9:45am. These hours need to be corrected from their website. This is misleading and a waste of time for having to drive all the way over to the store, just to find out it's closed. This store has lost business because of this. read more

Visited this store for the 1st time. This was actually my 1st time at Homegoods at all. I gave a 4 and not a 5 based on the fact that the store was overwhelming. The staff was nice helped me to my car. I don't feel like the manager was very attentive. He watched me standing there waiting for the person that was called to help me to my car and never said a word. No hi, thank you for shopping, sorry for the wait nothing. It was like I wasn't even patronizing his store. The stuff is pricey but nice. read more
