I love the decor at Pottery Barn at Wiregrass mall. This holiday the trees are trimmed with decorations, bedding looks great, dish displays are beautiful and everything is moderately priced. Wish I could bring their decorator to my place. Very festive and fun. read more

Another five star experience at this location, once again with Wendolyn Carp. Today was our fourth meeting with Wendolyn, each and everyone productive! We are in the process of building a new home and furnishing everything all over again. Wendolyn certainly knows her products, what makes sense and has a good sense of design. Not only that, she's a great listener and very patient. As has become the norm, she made great recommendations that made sense. We highly recommend anyone thinking of pottery barn/home furnishings to visit this location and make sure you make an appointment with Wendolyn. You will not be disappointed! read more

I have made numerous purchases from Pottery Barn over the last 20 years. DO NOT buy their furniture! You will give yourself an ulcer waiting for it, speaking to customer service, and trying to set a delivery date! March 29 with split delivery turned into April 6, then it's still on the boat from Europe, then to May 11, then to July because it is not a split delivery, and today part of the order is at the Lakeland Delivery Center but no one will answer the customer service reps' messages, calls, or email. ???!!! read more

I bought the livingston desk collection and spent alot of money on these products so I thought they would look good in my house and hold up well. I liked my sales lady she helped me alot and requested furniture medic to repair but they still have not reached out to me. I waited several months on my delivery and finally got the pieces in the house but delivery guys just wanted to get it done quick so they did not make sure it was level when they screwed in together ,so not it doesn't line up. I want this fixed and hate the way it looks,because of the crooked side and the gaps. I dont pay this much for it to look crappy. RTG furniture delivery seems better then your guys at least they know what is straight. I also paid 3 delivery charges of $150 and have not gotten a refund and still had this crappy work. read more

I would give pottery barn a zero when if comes to having your delivery come in time. It is so upsetting back in January i ordered two chairs and a console table it was suppose to be delivered in late March, the day of my delivery they called me and said one of my chairs was missing, I told them that I wanted all my chairs and console table delivered at the same time, they rescheduled me for the following week, when the delivery guy shows up he tells me that the chair is still missing and the console table is missing a piece. I was furious why come I told the delivery guy to send it back. I refused the order. I called customer service and though they were apologetic they told me that they didn't know when the table will come in and that I will have to wait another 8 weeks. I canceled my order. I was already disappointed and didn't want to wait another 8 weeks. Fast forward two months I decided to order the table again, so that their wasn't any confusion when following up with the order I ordered it under my daughters name and phone number can you believe the same thing happened. Bought a $2,800 mattress from Pottery Barn. 6 mos later the seems were coming apart. while I was still under warranty you can't go back to the store to look at other mattresses. Instead warranty goes through Serta even though it was a Stearns and Foster. they do not issue you the same bed, it's what they think is the closest and there is no longer a 30 day trial to see if you like the bed. Fast forward I've had the new mattress for a couple of months and can already feel the springs poking though. customer service is awful as well. Don't waste your money there. read more

I wanted to visit this Pottery Barn because of the layout of the store. The store located in Hyde Park is congested. I was looking for a round table but, was not planning on spending $1700.00 on the table alone. The chairs would be another price. Staff was readily available for questions. Also, since their furniture comes from overseas I probably will not get until after Christmas. This store has a lot of beautiful items in it which includes everything you need for a home. read more

Bought 2 nightstands and 1 dresser. They gave me an estimate of 3-4 weeks delivery. It took them 6 to deliver the nightstands, which came broken and had to be returned. The final delivery was going to be almost two months after the purchase. No one ever called me to say anything, I called them every time to know about it. I have asked for a refund and after two days the money is not back on my account. Notice, that although all the delivery, they charged my credit card for the amounts way before the supposed delivery date. Terrible experience in buying from them. read more

Excellent! We are always impressed with this Pottery Barn. We have learned this is the preferred local store over Hyde Park and Tampa and Millenia Mall in Orlando. GO TO THIS ONE! This store has excellent service. They are always genuinely happy and enthused to assist and find the best item for you. I only gave the store one star as every other Pottery Barn store is willing to ship an Ottoman to store while this store manager is rude, unprofessional and even the employees at the service number couldn't understand why it is so difficult to even get the manager on the phone, have him ship the Ottoman to store for pick up as other Pottery Barn stores often. We will never go back to this store! Sorry for the employees having to work with such a manager that I assume has the company backing up his behavior. There are plenty of other stores to buy from. We were in a different State at Pottery Barn and they even offered that to us but we didn't have a car with us that would fit the item and were not long enough there to have it shipped. read more

My fiancé and I absolutely love Pottery Barn! With that said, it's important to us that we have a store that we can go to and get advice and see things that we like online before purchasing. I cannot be more happy with the customer service we receive every time we visit this location. Damien has been incredibly helpful in so many ways and honestly is the reason we drive a little further to go this store since there is also one in Hyde Park. He has great design advice, is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about helping you and making your home the home of your dreams.
