I love coming to 5 Belows because they always seem to have some affordable t-shirts in my size and they often have Harry Potter stuff. I recently lost a lot of weight and hardly any of my clothes fit, so it's great to be able to buy some fun tshirts that fit that won't make me go broke. Also, a week ago I had to have foot surgery so I had to shop around on a scooter and there was a wonderfully helpful gentleman who offered to help ring me out and help me bag up my items. Please know that Jim is a treasure and I am super thankful for his help and upbeat personality. He was like a ray of sunshine after being cooped up all week. Thanks for being awesome, Jim!!

However, I was a little disappointed to find that shelves in a lot of areas were sparse. Also, it is no fault of this dollar tree in particular, but I have noticed that they have quietly raise the prices to $1.50 on a lot of items and it is hard to be able to tell how much everything costs individually. Balloons, card, candies. I'm so sad I forgot to take a picture. Some of my items where damaged when i got the check out and the cashier was so nice she noticed for me and walked me all around the store to ensure I had perfectly items for the basket. My girlfriend loved the basket! She said it was exactly what she wanted and it almost made her cry :)

The car was off and the dogs were panting heavily. I went into the store to see if they could make an announcement telling the owner of the vehicle to go to her car before I called 911. They refused and said, THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! In this state it's against the LAW to leave pets in a hot car! So, they care about shoplifters because it affects their bottom line, but couldn't care less if animal abuse is happening on their property!!! I'm so disgusted with the managers of this location. When I went to the self checkout and it rang up at $16.00. I called over the employee and pointed out the price difference. She looked at me and said.... Hmmm that does not seem right. And that's the wrong sticker on that item. Are you sure about that? I told her yes. And there are more over there with the same tag. She said.... I'll let it slide this time. But I can't do that for you again. It's the wrong sticker. Excuse me??? That is not the same conversation I heard her have with the lady next to me. She was more than happy to adjust the price. Plus, the prices are better than in other stores. The location is great, as it's in a well-situated plaza with a huge parking lot. The staff has always been very kind and courteous. I stopped by this Publix to pick up a bunch of ice to fill up some coolers, and it was such an…read moreawesome experience. It was early in the morning and the lady working the checkout greeted me as I walked in and I asked where the ice was and she pointed me to Aisle 14. The freezers were loaded with small bags and big bags so I loaded up the cart and went to checkout. I went to the self checkout and another lady greeted me and she was even friendlier than the first. She helped me ring them up so I didn't have to take them out of the cart. I was in and out and on my way quickly. This Publix location seemed super huge in comparison to others. It had multiple entrances that were spread apart, kind of like a Walmart Supercenter. I didn't explore the store much, but based on the staff here, I may drive here from Orlando just to shop. It's worth a 2 hour drive, right?

More selection and face to face interaction with those working in the bakery. I asked their opinion about the mango passion fruit bar cake and they gave me their honest opinion. Some liked it and some did not. They said if I didn't like it, it could always be returned. We did love it! They are so friendly here! Love that. I do have a new Publix by my house and this use to be my GoTo Publix. They are still great with the best customer service and the Passion fruit cake bar was great. It's seasonal so check it out asap before it's gone.
