Very helpful staff. Normal Walmart. Great food selection for a vacation. I mean it's just a normal Walmart who looks at Yelp for it

It isn't a superstore but there are quite a bit of groceries. Pleasant and not so crazy busy as some of the other Walmarts.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the stores are clean and the service is better than the competition. While this store is not completely an exception, it is definitely lacking in a few key areas. First, employees used to greet customers anytime they encounter a customer in the store. That doesn't typically happen. Online orders (sandwiches) would be correct and ready at the requested time. Hasn't been happening. 4 of the last 6 orders I have made, were not ready on time and 2 times the sandwich was not prepared correctly. Then watching the staff make sandwiches is pretty disheartening. They kinda just through the ingredients together. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pride or standard within this department and that also carries over to the attitudes of the people working in that department. More often than not I hear the folks in this department complaining about each other or others. This has been going on for months and nothing is changing. Hopefully, this store will reintroduce the Publix standard and hold start holding there employees accountable. The customers will definitely appreciate it!

She hadn't been herself, but she told us tales of great bargains other customers told her about. Those other customers weren't wrong. As with all discount grocery stores, the items inside vary widely from week to week. The thing to note about Tin Can Pam's is that there is usually a good amount of gluten free and low carb items at radical discounts, which is terrific for people with dietary restrictions who are trying to navigate our current crazy prices. The frozen section can be tempting, but I'd encourage you to know your prices before you head in. Some of the frozen veggies were just average price, and, in fact, I could get a larger quantity for cheaper at Publix. That doesn't mean the quality isn't terrific. It is. Just be aware of all the prices if you're cost cutting. Also, there are really great sales on meat in the frozen section that are clearly restaurant overstock. If you've got a freezer, you could fill it up nicely. There were porterhouse and top sirloin steaks for $7.99 each while we were there, and from their Facebook, steaks make a regular appearance. Something to think about if you have some freezer space to fill. The aisles are very tiny, and the building is older. Be prepared to be patient as you navigate through the store with a cart, as there's a lot of negotiation of space with other carts and customers. Worth it for the bargains, but if you're frustrated easily, maybe try getting there early to avoid a crowd.

I have been a customer of this supermarket for 6 years and I would like to express my frustration…read moreregarding some practices that have been going on for years and I have already noticed that they are not mistakes, but rather a custom allowed and promoted by the company. On many occasions, I find myself with expired merchandise and food, not days past due, but months. And in every supermarket it is supposed to be the responsibility of the employee and the supervisors and managers, that the merchandise is in perfect condition, fresh and in date. For example, these cookies, expired since May and we are at the end of November. And so I have found other items with expired due date, such as sandwich ham, milk, pork rinds, chicken, sauces, etc. It is inconceivable that this supermarket that marks products up to 3 times or more the value, cannot offer the customer fresh merchandise. And it can't be a mistake, because once in a while it happens, it can be understood, but I realized today, for example, that I said that those cookies were all expired and instead of taking them out of the gondola, they put them back for sale, to see if some distracted customer ora customer who didn't check the expiration dates buys them. That is abusive and goes against the health of the customer. This keeps happening because they are the same owners who used to have the Bravo Supermarkets franchise and now have the Key Food Fresh Supermarkets franchise.
