She was kind, apologetic, and explained that the Amazon Returns operation is managed separately from the Whole Foods grocery team. Even though it wasn't her department, she took the time to make things right and provided outstanding customer service. But as they are pretty small, they are not a full supermarket, so do not expect to be able to do all your shopping here. There's almost no fresh produce. This is a place to get dry or canned goods.
