I've been wanting to check out a Green wise market for quite some time! I was pleasantly surprised to find one near me in Odessa! I visited on a Sunday and when I arrived around 1:00 they weren't too busy. However, within about half an hour the crowd started pouring in. Apparently Sunday morning may be a less crowded time to go. Staff all seemed helpful and friendly! The employee in the cheeses section was super knowledgeable! I was looking for some specific items to throw together a charcuterie board and she knew all the things! Sadly due to issues with customs, supply issues still from covid, shipments have been stalled and some items are hard to come by to no fault of Grrenwise. I was expertly shown alternatives to what I was looking for. The store is so clean and organized I thought it was new! It's about 2 years old though! It smells amazing when you walk in the door, like essential oils and fresh produce! There's an events calendar hanging on the wall with things like yoga, Zumba, and various classes related to all things health and food. Bonus! There's a charging station for electric cars in case you're wondering. P.S. I think I want to try the charcuterie board class which is typically held the last Saturday off the month! I'm all about charcuterie boards!

WOW just WOW! Never been to a Greenwise Market but hubs saw a place like this on TikTok and we just had to try. Headed here for lunch yesterday and was amazed at the selections within the store. It's a Publix Greenwise grocery store but there are various areas around the store where you can get fresh food --- Asian cuisine (rice bowls, sushi), Pizza, Pasta, Subs, tacos, and Chipotle type bowls....a Pour area where you can get wine, etc. to drink as you shop. They also have prepared food that you can grab and go to then heat up later. They have outdoor seating where you can enjoy your selection --- self checkout areas and utensils, etc. They even have zucchini noodles available at the pasta kiosk. We also browsed the store while here and was amazed at the selection! I was able to find the Marie's salad dressing that I've been looking for in store for years. I love the Chipotle Ranch that Wendy's serves w/their salad but have never had any luck in finding to purchase out in the stores....well, found it here and it was BOGO. Even better :) I got the Sukiyaki Beef bowl from the Asian bowl kiosk with brown rice. O-M-GOSH was it fabulous. SOOO full of flavor. Just delish and fresh. I also had to get a sushi roll -- I got the Crunchy Roll (crab) to have for lunch today. That thing was so good that I scarfed it down in no time. Nom, Nom, Nom! I will definitely be back here!!!

I don't have a Greenwise store by me. This is the first one I've ever been in. Let me tell you... I was BLOWN away. It's like a health food store. They have a wide variety of foods to pick from where you bag how much you need yourself. I don't have anything like that near me but man I wish one of these were closer because of it! The selection of healthy foods is great. All the employees were super friendly. They have ramen and other things you can order in store which is honestly a selling point right there for me. If you want a cool grocery store with healthy variety this is definitely the place to go!

ATTENTION GLUTEN FREE SHOPPERS! this is a HOT SPOT for us!!! I was fortunate enough to attend the grand opening several weeks back and I. Was. IMPRESSED! It reminds me of a smaller and more welcoming Whole Foods. It's part of the Publix brand so you know you're going to be taken care of. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted numerous times, asked if I needed any help, and if I'd like FREE SAMPLES! Uummm DUH! Prices: listen....what do you expect? It's a health food store and we all know good quality often comes with a slighter higher price tag. But to be honest, you're still paying less here at GreenWise than you will at Whole Foods, Earth Fare, etc. Extras: I walked in and immediately went to their little drink cafe. You can drink an alcoholic bevie or coffee while you shop (there's also a cup holder on the cart). Along the back wall hosts an eatery. It was super packed and I was on a time restraint so I didn't experience this feature but it appeared you can take your order outside to eat at their tables. Selection: I probably stood in awe in a gluten free snack isle for 10 minutes. I have NEVER seen so many GF options in one store. I was thoroughly impressed with the selection AND the prices for GF items. The meat section could be bigger but you can get GreenWise meats at regular ole publix so that may be why it wasn't humongous. Location & Parking: massive lot. You'll never have any issues Parking. This location is on the north side of 54 and has a very odd intersection. I'm hoping the city okay's a light at this intersection since they're continuing to build in this area.

I admit to being more than a little excited about a grocery store- but I have heard good things about the Greenwise markets and was happy to finally go to one! We went for $5 Sushi and didn't get it- they were cleaning up and closing down a lot of the pre-made food areas apparently earlier than usual. According to the family. So instead everyone got different meals. My sister and her husband opted for orange chicken and rice bowls, the girls got slices of pizza and I got a pasta bowl. The guy who took my order told me it would be 15 minutes, so I took off to explore the market. I was really taking a look at their potted plants section to see if there was anything I really wanted. Nothing I couldn't live without~ but I did love their little red trucks with the bed filled with various succulents. The seafood section was nearly emptied- but the wine and craft beer section was fantastic. I liked all the Florida made products throughout the store. The food- mine was ok, nothing special. I ordered the citrus chicken with tortellini with spinach alfredo and I was a little disappointed that the spinach wasn't fresh or whole leaves- but instead chopped and in probably in the sauce to begin with. My niece said the pizza was blah. But my sis and her hubs liked their meal. I was shocked that there was no cashiers at all- only the self checkout was open. I avoid the self checkout at Publix every single time I go, so this was a disappointment. I did have a good conversation with a worker while waiting for my 5 year niece to use the restroom, so that made up for it. They also have a beer and wine bar in house. Overall- great. Slightly disappointed in the food and them closing up early.

Ken K (First to Review) covered this location thoroughly; I highly recommend his review. But since I was here & took some pics, I'll do my best... Open since June 2020, I really want to give this location just 3 stars for having 6 self-checkout registers operational (& encouraged) daily, but just 1-2 manned checkouts open. (A staffer explained the checkout situation.) With all the self-checkouts, that's at least four people who weren't hired here. Personal peeves aside, it is a very nice grocery featuring many GMO-free, Gluten-free, organic, vegetarian, vegan, etc items. There are also 3 bars-- burrito, pizza/sandwiches, & Asian. Beer is sold here, along w/ a nice selection of fresh flowers. There's a soup bar & a salad bar. There's a long aisle of bulk grains, nuts, flours, coffees, candy, etc. And cheeses-- lots & lots of cheeses w/ a staffer overseeing the area. More expensive bottles of chilled wines are available (see pic), there's a Grab-N-Go section if you're in need of a quick meal, & very nice covered outside eating areas complete w/ ceiling fans-- located on the Eastside & the Northside. There are even glossy black grocery carts:) Prices are higher here due to all the specialty items/brands, which leaves less room on the shelves for lower-priced ones. (For instance, there was no Hillshire Farms sausage, so I had to buy a more expensive speciality brand for a simple cabbage recipe I planned to make.) Definitely a nice store. Not as upscale as Whole Foods (or w/ as many foreign cheeses), but worth a visit. No plastic bags are provided; you'll receive a paper one w/ handles. Curbside service is available & there's a Rewards Program-- see pic. There appeared to be many members of management on the floor. I was surprised that they were not more friendly to customers. The front end staff; however, was very friendly. I don't reside in the area, but I'll probably stop in again. It's a fun store to browse. If you're having company or a dinner party (or want to run in to grab a quick lunch), this location is a good option.

Over the past ten years grocery stores have evolved to include an organic section and it's popularity has sky rocketed. Enter Publix Greenwise market, a new concept from our friends in Lakeland. Much like whole foods, sprouts, and others Publix enters the full organic scene with a bang. I love the layout, decor and size of this place, it's a great look. It has all you'd expect from a Publix and more. I loved the cheese selection and olive bar. The craft beer selection is awesome and they have a florida section to support local breweries. There is a coffee shop up front that looked kinda busy, i should grab a java next time. I found everything i wanted to craft a great meal and it was market price. Will I keep coming back? Probably not, my normal Publix has all the greenwise I need. Is it a cool, trendy new Publix? Yes. A nice addition to the Lutz/Odessa area.

Publix Greenwise Market finally opened a location in Pasco! I never thought I would see the day although it makes perfect business sense to open a Greenwise Market here to compete with other organic grocery stores in our area like Sprouts in Trinity, Wrights in New Port Richey, Earthfare in Lutz (now closed) and not far away Whole Foods in North Carrollwood The neat thing about the Odessa Publix Greenwise Market at the Suncoast and S.R. 54 is Publix decided to abandon the way it operated other locations like the one in Hyde Park (markets identical to normal Publix stores but with more Greenwise products) and completely changed their concept adding popular staples from its competitors like adding a barista bar that also sells beer. Greenwise added a burrito station, pizza counter with slices or pizzas made to go. They have a salad and soup bar and a counter where customers can order pasta meals and other entrees to bring home.. The sandwich counter now sells items customers might recognize from Sprouts - sandwiches on Ciabotta bread and various other loafs completely adding a different flare to Publix's already excellent sub offerings. The whole store doesn't seem like a Publix although the same products at other locations down the street are offered here with fewer selection. The meat case is mostly Greenwise products but also offers other organic brands. I noticed alternative dairy products in the freezer case like almond milk yogurt, plant based protein drinks and other non-dairy goods. I browsed a soap bar display near the hair and beauty section with alternative items not normally found at Publix stores. Short checkout lines similar to Wholefoods are found near the exit to the market along with a self checkout area. Paper or plastic isn't asked by your Publix bagger because paper groecery bags are customary. Customers can also enjoy outside seating under an overhang with ceiling fans after shopping if they choose. The whole Greenwise Market is a really different experience than a normal Publix store. I think the Odessa location is an excellent addition to our community and a great source for a quick snack, locate organic items or complete your normal Publix grocery trip. I can't wait to see what other businesses decide to accompany the Market in the plaza nearby. Thank you Publix for building this location in Pasco. Currently, Publix Greenwise only has a handful of other locations across the Southeast. In fact the Odeesa location is only their fourth in Florida, so for Publix to a build a Greenwise Market here shows there is a need by consumers for the goods they sell and Publix recognizes it.

Similar to Whole Foods but better price points and what, oh what is this BOGO too, love it! We're intentional on clean eating and eating more plant based,& healthy proteins. We purchased the Seared Tuna and the other night made it for dinner, it was fresh and delicious. We spent half the amount here compared to Whole Foods and left with a whole lot more too.

Veggie pizza with Pesto sauce. It is so greasy it took three paper towel stacks to make it edible.

Decided to get pizza with my husband. The pizza is literally drenched in olive oils. I get that pizzas are greasy, but this is disgusting. There is so much olive oil that I needed a stack of napkins to wipe my hands and the pizza. And now that I took all the olive oil off, it's okay... the cheese isn't really flavorful and the crust is overdone. Just really disappointing. I don't usually get to have pizza and this makes me feel like I wasted my cheat on a gallon of olive oil.

    Nice wide aisles

I am all for competition in the marketplace. I also love seeing communities get built up and grow. So I think Publix Greenwise Market is an excellent addition to this neighborhood and the greater Central Pasco County area. Building off of their growing Greenwise organic brand, I see this as a direct attempt to compete with stores like Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. This future competition will hopefully bring more diversity to products and hopefully help bring down prices a little bit. Regarding the store itself, I love the modern feel and the layout. You kinda find yourself following a clockwise rotation through the store with fresh produce first, deli, etc. the aisles are nice and wide and the items on the shelves are all very reachable. I also love that they have self checkout lines, which makes it a breeze to get in and out of the store. At the moment, if you're looking at diversity of products such as produce, meats, seafood, etc; it's not quite on the scale of the breadth of items offered by Whole Foods and Fresh Market. However, they do offer all of the things most people are looking for, as well as some of the more unique items that you expect to find in a more high end supermarket. Overall, I'm impressed with this market and I hope to see them grow their presence in the Tampa Bay Area :)

I purchased salmon just the other day and both my husband and I became sick to our stomach. It appears it was bad. The pharmacy and bakery are outstanding. The employees that have worked at this location for a long time are still excellent and helpful. Many of the new employees are not as helpful. Paying a premium price is fine when goods and services are great. I am now driving to Livingston or Collier Publix as they are still top notch. I am a fan of Publix and wish our location would work on employee training a bit more. With the increase of housing in this area and the volume of new customers it may account for the difference.
