Publix always has the best and freshest produce, meats, cheeses and seafood. Very friendly staff. Clean store. Easy to get in and out of.

You gotta love a brand spanking new Publix, new outside and inside design. New employees happy and energetic, and the smell of new stuff wafting everywhere. The existence of this Publix is Crazy. Due to the amount of people who have moved to Trinity/Odessa Florida, Publix built another store less than a mile from the Trinity store. The inside layout is different from almost every other "normal" publix, but i thought it flowed nicely. Everything was easy to find and fully stocked. It has all the things you expect from Publix and I am a fan of Publix. Do yourself a favor and check this Publix out, it's a nice change. read more

One of the newest Publixs in the area and it's GORGEOUS. It looks a lot like the format they're using out in Orlando and it's SO useful. I wish all the stores would look like this. The produce is so organized, they have everything SO neat. The wine is right near by too. This store was busy, but they were the first one to have Toilet Paper that I saw. Color me Impressed. The associates were friendly and helpful, we found exactly what we were looking for and were in and out in minutes. I hope our publix gets a make over to look like this one! read more

This review goes strictly to the Publix Pharmacy at this location. I have been repeatedly disappointed by this pharmacy. From their incompetence with refilling prescriptions in a timely manner, hold times, and then telling you your prescriptions are ready only to find out when you show up that there were issues on their end. But here is where they have now lost my business forever. I am a front line health care worker, and their pharmacist/policies created barriers for receiving the Covid-19 vaccine. The pharmacist then tried to question my health, and then my position as a front line health care worker. Then when she realized that she was wrong for questioning me, she then attempts to shift blame on to Publix Corporate policies. Creating barriers to patients attempting to receive the Covid-19 Vaccine is an act I deem entirely unacceptable. And then blaming corporate policies to wipe away inappropriate treatment and condescension towards customers is just flat out wrong. I will refuse to go to this Publix Pharmacy ever again. Nobody seeking a Covid-19 vaccine should be made to feel stupid, or wrong because they didn't get their first dose at Publix... If I could give zero stars I would... read more

OK so this is one of the three new Publix Super Markets going up in the State Road 54 Corridor.The green wise Publix will open in February 20 20 over by the Suncoast Parkway is the scuttlebutt in the store today. I came to this Publix hoping that they would have a fuller selection of items that are missing in the other stores. And yes they did. I was looking for a few specific things of course you see my Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray soda. Super nice vegetable and fruit selection. And amazingly abundant cheese section.Customer service attentive as Publix can only do it. This shop is close to my house. has the ample parking lot across from all of the new apartments on 54for this Publix was busy busy .busy on the second day of their grand opening. read more

I worked at a high end grocery store bakery back home. They ordered ready made gourmet cakes that tasted fantastic and stayed fresh for days. That is what I expected from Publix bakery. Instead, they make them from scratch! We got German chocolate cake. It was well made(presentation) and tasted amazing! read more

I love this new Publix near Starkey Ranch. The first Publix that I've seen self checkout, so that's fun for introverts like me. This store is laid out differently than the others nearby, so it takes a little bit of exploring to find what you are looking for. They have some new products here that I haven't seen at my "old" regular Publix down the road. I'd definitely recommend checking this out if you're in the area! read more

I am not sure why but this store is different in terms of customer service. This morning I went in for a few items. I am undergoing chemo and it's obvious that I am struggling to walk and I am bald. So when you look at me you know something is going on. I am not asking for special service or empathy. I had paid in the self check out line but did not notice that I needed to return to grocery screen and push pay. I picked up my groceries and the screen started telling me to put them back in the bagging area.. I was very confused. Finally a young girl comes over and pushes the correct button on the grocery screen in a very indignation way and huffs off. I tell her thank you and she just glares at me. Everytime I go into this store something like this happens. I always feel like I am bothering the employees by shopping here. I know that sounds weird but that is exactly how I feel when I am in this store. There is another Publix 1/2 mile up the road that I always feel welcome at and the employees are helpful happy people. I will drive by this one in the future. read more

I really like this Publix. The layout is cool, they have products that aren't available in all stores and it's not overly crowded either (it's a new store). The only bad thing is they put hot-case and salad bar stuff away early or at random. Sometimes it's there when I stop by after work and sometimes it isn't. read more

This is only for the pharmacy only!made a appt for covid booster and when I went there it was taking a little long so i got up to see if there was a problem,I told them I have to go to work thats why I made a appt. as I work for a homebuilder in the area .the pharmacist told me to sit down in a in a very rude way,I was shocked to say the least and did not sit down.,and when I didnt sit down she called me a 4 year old .Then she refused to give me and another customer the covid 19 booster.Im shocked that a pharmacist acts so rude and calls customers names she is ill mannered and thinks she owns publix,She denied me service!Hopefully the pharmacist gets a training program for civility.If she doesnt want to serve the public she shouldnt work with the public!!Very disappointed with Service!no service at all! read more

I call this my secret Publix because it's newer and only a mile further than the other location in my area but well worth the drive. Since it's on the newer side so it's rarely too busy and it's always clean and stocked. I've never had to wait in line more than a few minutes but usually there is no wait at all. I am greeted usually by about five employees each visit. I also really appreciate the self checkout option. I've been meaning to leave a good review for this store for quite some time but now especially I feel the store and it's employees are owed the recognition of a job well done. Also a special shout out to Mary who works in the liquor store section who is always really friendly and helpful. Easily my favorite grocery store to shop at of all time! Thank you! read more
