I'm a Publix shopper but this location seems overpriced and limited in their selection. The service is hit or miss in the deli. I partake in the grab and go frequently and it is average for Publix. The service has changed at this location. One example, The young man at the register kept one hand in his pants pocket and tossed my items to the bagger. He never said hello or anything else. The bagger was fine. I went to the service desk to find out where capers were and she said to find someone in the aisle to find them! The last several times I have tried to purchase Lactose 2% gallon of milk there was none. Plenty of 1% and nonfat each time. Someone may want to look into the quantity being ordered. I purchased salmon just the other day and both my husband and I became sick to our stomach. It appears it was bad. The pharmacy and bakery are outstanding. The employees that have worked at this location for a long time are still excellent and helpful. Many of the new employees are not as helpful. Paying a premium price is fine when goods and services are great. I am now driving to Livingston or Collier Publix as they are still top notch. I am a fan of Publix and wish our location would work on employee training a bit more. With the increase of housing in this area and the volume of new customers it may account for the difference. read more

They have a great selection of products and the service is always great and nice. I have always loved the company and everything they do in the communities I've lived in over the years. I have always been a lover of Publix since as a kid and all the growth over the years. Much love to the staff. I typically love Publix and only shop there for the most part so its pretty upsetting even putting a bad review but clearly the workers here don't care to do their job very well. We bought tea from there and it was expired, we didn't check the date because why would we, and we poured some into our cup and realized there was mold floating around in our glasses. We inspected the bottle further to realize the entire bottle had mold and the expiration date was 11/2/23 mind you we bought this yesterday 11/15/23... honestly drive the couple extra minutes and go to the Connerton Publix, staff is much nicer and you won't be buying expired product. This is a very busy store, they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping the shelves stocked. It seems like inexpensive items like ramen are often out of stock while the more expensive options are in stock. My only complaint about this store is that they stock the shelves continually throughout the day and while they are doing it they will not step aside and let you get something off the shelf. They will not yield to you, so I tell them now please step aside or hand me X off the shelf there. I recently had a produce guy blocking the entire broccoli display, he could see I was trying to get some but made no move to move his cart or himself out of my way. While I was picking other produce I noticed/was inconvenieced by all the bags being out. So I asked him to step aside and when he grunted at me I suggested he go fill the 6 empty bag dispensers and allow me to pick out my broccoli. He never moved so I pushed his cart a couple feet and got my broccoli. I dont really mind the extremely high prices, I probably spend over $15k per year here so I would just like a little respect from the employees in exchange for my business. read more

Where do I start.... let's just say we're here pretty much every day. We buy our dinners fresh daily, the store is always well kept, stocked and clean. The entire floor management staff is hands down the best. The cashiers are my favorite, from the energy to the efficient and fast checkout. I have been coming to this Publix weekly for my grocery needs since they opened in 2008. The location is very convenient to my home and I was so ecstatic when they finally opened this location to serve my area. The store is always clean and well kept, which is no surprise for any Publix I have ever visited. The one thing to mention si that the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The best, the friendliest, the cleanest and why would you shop anywhere else. They go out of their way to help in every aspect and have a good coupon policy for those looking. Deli and Sub line is long during peak hours and the meat area has a great selection. They even have ordered fish in just for me when I asked about if they carry it. I would agree the store portion is great. After reading some of the other pharmacy reviews, I would love to hear who YOU dealt with. The service at the pharmacy has gone from bad to worse. I had never had any issues with prescriptions at Walgreens. Publix finally has that portion fixed. But 5 people working there and no one ever waits on you. I waited in line for 5 minutes-back behind the sign, then somebody (a customer) walks up to the counter and they wait on him first. These people are incompetent and have no idea what customer service is. I am switching back to Walgreens. I get irate every time I need to pick up a prescription because their service is soooooo awful!! read more

You can usually count on Publix for great service, but somehow this Publix really goes above and beyond! My husband and I are in here a few times a week, and the staff constantly exceeds our expectations. From the deli to the bakery, and even to the butcher who greets us and helps find items, everyone is so cheerful. I always go to that Publix I love going there but last night around 9:30pm I had a really bad experience, the people that work at the Deli are very lazy. I was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to take care of me, when I first got there, there was 3 young men standing there talking as soon as they saw me they all walked away and one of them his name was Donald was like how may I help you? He took my order and instead of making it, he started cleaning the slicer and left me there waiting for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous and very rude. I can't believe Publix has someone like that working for them, they are always #1 in customer service. This guy Donald definitely made me change my ways and I'll NEVER go back to that Publix again. You should never treat anyone like that. I shop at Publix exclusively, but this store disappoints. When I really have to have something, they don't have it. The stock answer is, "The truck hasn't come in yet." Their aisles are too crowded with displays. It's like shopping at a Pakistani convenience store inside the grand canyon. Publix used to be customer friendly with wide aisles. Not here. read more

The Super Market is great! Great employees who are always ready to help and excellent Customer Service. My problem is with the Pharmacy inside the Super Market. I've had to deal with them several times for prescriptions for my kids. They are just plain rude and lazy. Every time I've been there they treat the customer like a piece of trash. They appear to be busy but are actually doing nothing behind the counter. When they finally address you their attitude is so condescending I have to maintain a calm facade and just go through the process. Publix is a Florida mainstay that I would hate to be without. Some of the other reviews state that the sub line is too slow. Well, I found that for the most part all Publix stores have a somewhat slow line, and the reason for that is that their subs are superior to other stores and or sub shops, so as with anything that is good, there is high demand. They do offer on-line ordering for the deli, and I have never had a problem with it. My order is always there on time, as promised. As for the workers there, they are all very friendly and helpful. Another department that is very good and I recommend is their bakery. It can compete with any bakery out there in terms of quality and taste. I have seen from time to time that their produce department is sometimes short of inventory, but quickly replenished. Not enough to keep me away from shopping there. The store is a bit pricey, but for what you get: very clean store, helpful and friendly service and great food, it's in line. I would recommend this store to anyone. read more

I have been going to Publix ever since I was barely able to walk and have been a loyal customer since. My favorite part of going to Publix has always been going to the bakery and asking for a cookie. Today my heart was torn out. When I approached the counter and asked for a cookie the lady said that the cookies were only for children 12 and under. I am 17 years old and go to Publix at least once a week and I have never heard of such an outrageous, cruel, and unusual rule. This is unconstitutional, wrong, and must stop immediately. read more
