You'll miss it if you aren't looking for it, as the shop is upstairs and the street-level access is a door (right next to The White Heron Tea room) that immediately opens into a staircase. This hidden gem in the heart of Downtown New Port Richey has room after room of treasures, from fairy themed gifts to cute accessories and boutique clothing to Disney inspired everything. Everywhere I turned, I found something more adorable and interesting than the last, and every item in the boutique was so unique and whimsical. I fell in love with their felt bird feeders shaped like a carriage and the spinning organizers filled with whimsical earrings to match every niche interest you could have. And the prices aren't bad at all. Many earrings I saw were between $15-20 and they had great sales on their boutique clothing. I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. If you're a bigger woman, you know the plight of finding clothes that are stylish and inexpensive. Often you get bored with your wardrobe. Thats why Curv is so important. The concept is simple, You take your recent, decent clothes up for exchange, They take what they want and give you 1/2 the cost they'd sell the clothes for in store credit, so that you can shop there. It's a FANTASTIC thing. Now you don't have to do that, you can just buy the things out right. I found some amazing things for my trip, and I know that I need to do a closet purge, so I'll be happy to trade out my old stuff for some newer stuff soon! Trade days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The store credit can only be used at the store its issued at. Be careful and don't re-buy your own clothes.

I purchased two pair of shoes, they had a sale for buy one pair at full price get the 2nd one for 1/2 off three weeks ago. One of the shoes had a manufacture's defect and the right shoe in the toe area was ripping. These sneakers were $104.99. I took them to a shoe repair shop and I was told basically it was a entailed repair and it would cost $30.00. Since the shoes were less than a month old I called the store this morning and spoke to Heather, the store manager. She was helpful on the phone. She checked to see if they had the same shoe in the store and found it and put it aside for me. I was initial impressed with her. BUT, it didn't last. When I arrived at the store I found the same sneakers in black and wanted to additional purchase them as well as exchange the defective pair. There are two huge signs in the window buy the first pair at regular price and get the second one at half price. I asked Heather if I could purchase the additional pair at half off. She said yes! Then when we got to the register and she looked at my receipt she changed her mind and said I had already purchased a pair at half off at the time of the initial transaction. I was in SHOCK! Where is the customer service!?! I was again purchasing a new pair of shoes at full price!!!! I should have been allowed to buy the second pair at half off. I was a very happy customer of this location. I have bought all my families sneakers at this store since they opened it. I will never be back again. I will drive to any other location. After all the money I've spent in that store to not be given the slightest customer service gesture is absolutely unacceptable. And lets' not forget that the whole reason this happened was I purchased a pair of shoes for over $100.00 that were defective! I didn't have time to return it Sunday and the store was closed Mondays and that's the day I went home to Jacksonville. I called the store Tuesday and the owner was willing to work with me. I mailed the shirt to the store and she gave me a store credit that I could use online. That is exceptional customer service! Which was much appreciated as the shirt was $26!
