When he came home and I saw he had new shoes I said why didn't you tell me because I need a new pair. So we returned to the store and the cashiers who works extremely friendly remembered him and he said I should've brought my wife here he said by chance, can we get the shoes for her at the 50% off price and I said sure not a problem. And I showed him the shoes that I was wearing that I've had for years. I said I'd like a pair just like this. The salesman took me right to the shoe and I was able to pick out what I wanted and he checked off to make sure everything was OK if I needed help. He's very friendly very helpful. I bought a new pair of shoes went to the cash register got them for 50% off. Got my husband's military ID discount and I signed up for their email and got another 10% off. So in the end instead of paying almost $100 for a pair of shoes I only paid $32. I'm extremely pleased and I will go back.

There were three employees and only one of them seemed to be doing anything at all. The others were doing laps around the store without talking to any customers. I noticed an elderly lady who really needed some help just walk out After trying on many different shoes for an hour, I settled on an expensive pair of sandals. When I went to pay for them, an employee let me know they had a buy-one-get-half off.....so I went to search for a second pair of shoes. He insisted I leave the sandals I picked out up front so I didn't have to carry them. When I went back to pay, he tried to charge me for the box of shoes at the counter...which were not mine. If not for the female employee who was paying attention, the cashier would have sold me another persons shoes! The sandals I selected were gone (prolly sold to another customer by accident!). After 90 minutes of no service by any of the employees....my time was utterly wasted. While the sandals were nice, they were not worth this frustration. I will never, ever, ever go back to ANY skechers. This experience is a really great example of why brick and mortar stores are failing. Its not the economy....its the subpar service that alienates customers.

Unfortunately, everything after the purchase was the complete opposite. About a week later, I received a call offering to schedule delivery -- even though I hadn't purchased delivery. I was told the earliest they could bring it was the next day, and I agreed. I stayed home all day waiting. They said I would receive a call or text 30 minutes before arrival, but I never got one. I reached out to the same number that had texted me about delivery, and at first I was told I wasn't on the truck at all. After I explained that I had spoken to someone the day before who scheduled me for that day, the person suddenly changed their answer and said I was on the truck after all. Then I received a call from a woman named Amanda, who claimed to be the office manager. Her attitude was unprofessional from the start. When I asked to speak with someone else or contact the owner, she refused to provide a phone number, email, or any way to reach him -- making it seem "secretive" and that there was no way for me to leave a message. I found that extremely concerning for any business. Instead of helping resolve the confusion created by their own staff, Amanda became increasingly rude and told me I would have to pay the delivery fee or pick it up myself. I had no issue picking it up originally, but I accepted delivery only because they offered it to me multiple times -- by phone, voicemail, and text. I was simply trying to follow the arrangements they themselves made. After hanging up, I called the other store location to speak with Jason. I initially spoke with a front desk employee, but in the middle of the conversation, the call was switched back to Amanda without warning, as if they were trying to be sneaky. She raised her voice and insisted it was "her phone," even though I had called the store line directly. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly dishonest. The only positive part of this purchase was the salesperson in the showroom. Because of the behavior and attitude of the office staff -- especially Amanda -- I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. I hope the couch itself holds up better than the customer service did. The owner Jason should probably be more involved. Still no call back.

I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. His girlfriend tried to stop him and he was being threatening. I will never shop at this store again as it's clearly not even safe.

They have a good knowledge of all the items for sale and are quick to help. I also noticed they deal with a lot of less than likable people which is hard I'm sure. Got a killer deal on a nice EDC that I greatly appreciate so good looking out. Very helpful staff that's cool to converse with. Word of advice to customers is to be cool and kind when in the place.
