They recommended they {she) stop payment on the check. She said no, but let go to the bank. I met her at her bank. The bank told her no check every cleared the bank, that she should stop payment on the check. She said no, it would have to be six month, to besure. Now fourteen months latter and still she has not paid me., contacted me. Its a shame I now am taking her to small claim court. Stay tune.
