No wonder this is a failing company. Customer service is non existent. We had an exchange that…read moreshould be simple. The item didn't fit my kid. They, refunded the item to the person who gifted it. Then said sorry we can't give you a store credit it's our product now. Then acted like it was some act of kindness that they "ate the cost" the manager had an arrogant attitude that is unacceptable. I'd say I'm not going back but we never shop there anyway.

I started shopping at Bell's when I lived in North Carolina. And was thrilled to see Bell's here in…read moreFlorida. This location has been clean and well organized every time I stop in. I shop mainly in the Men's Big & Tall section. Although the selection is somewhat limited in the store, the area is kept up well. Today was no different. As I have been losing weight and been replacing my clothes as they become too big. Since I am not at my target weight, I do not want to invest a ton of money into these in between clothes. I found the clearance rack and was able to buy a $60 IZOD shirt for $15. Most clearance racks in most stores are a wreck and mislabeled. This rack was sized and organized my style and color. It was easy to find what I wanted. The checkout experience was just as satisfying. It seems this store has very low turnover, as I have seen the same staff at this store over the past 2 years. Each person I have come across has been extremely friendly. They engage in small talk while getting me through the line quickly. They even ask if I want to keep the hanger. Service, selection (both in store and online), and price will keep me coming back again.

Much less is available for Women sized 18-26, and the plus-sized options are harder to locate because they are mixed in with the regular Women's racks. However, I hit the jackpot on size 2X swimsuits. Cute swim skorts and matching t-shirts that don't show cleavage. The t-shirts are branded ReelLegends.com and are made for swimming. Now I can go swimming or biking or shopping or dine out without having to change because the swim fabric is quick dry and SPF30. Besides being 40% off retail, the cashier suggested I sign up for the credit card and I got another 20% off that price! And before you say "Oh no! Not another credit card!", I can pay off my balance in full at any Beall's before I get charged any interest. Since I had 20% off for the day, I looked at every single item in the store. Some Beall's are heavy on the knickknacks and artwork, but this store is heavy on clothing. So I added a bottle of OPI nail polish and a CZ ring that I didn't need. Staff helpfulness: A+ Clothing selection: A Plus-sized clothing selection: B+ Shoes (way overpriced) Housewares, knickknacks, pets: B Towels & Bed linens: A

This Sam's Club still remains our favorite store. The employees are friendly and helpful and the…read morevariety of products is impressive. Today's visit was very nice because they have all their Christmas decorations, gifts and toys out! Started to put us in the holiday spirit. We were able to get all of the items off of our shopping list except for their Avocado oil which was not a big deal. Of course we had several purchases not on our list. Their pork belly was a good deal so we purchased a nice slab to make some homemade bacon and some pork belly recipes. Their sliced cheeses like provolone, Swiss, pepper jack and American cheese are definitely a bargain for the price. Their eggs were also a great deal. Even though they were busy the wait time to get checked out was minimal due to their employees strategically directing people to registers. Very nice, very productive shopping experience and we will go back to purchase some Christmas gifts. Their holiday cookie jars are absolutely adorable and I know our grandchildren would love the jar and the cookies!

They were just absolutely unbelievable. We go to the military commissary. We get better meat and a better price. Although Sam's Club is very neat and clean, everything is fresh and everything was in stock. The prices were just unbelievable! I couldn't believe a small bag of something was double the price of what you would get say at Publix or Walmart. If you have a large family or even a small family and you want to buy large quantities to can or freeze, then I would recommend sam's Club to stock up. But if you need to pick up a few things, forget it you're gonna be paying out the arm. And they don't offer you boxes anymore to put your stuff in so you have to put them in your cart or bring your own bags. There was only cashiers on the floor no one to help us locate things. This was the first time I was actually disappointed in going to Sam's Club. I guess that's why I joined BJ's for a few things and then we go to the commissary for the rest.

Hello all! As a former worker at Walmart, I would like to reveal the truth. There is a lot of…read morecrooked ways that this specific location has, which many of you are unaware of. I'd advise reading this lengthy statement before deciding to either work or shop at Walmart. Asset protection -Walmart has hundreds of cameras. This includes cameras above registers and all around the store. They use this technology to zoom in onto people's phones and look at their personal information. -They will catch people stealing and pick and choose who to arrest or take action against. There are multiple customers who are common shoppers, whom are known for stealing. Yet, Walmart still lets them shop there but will arrest someone else. -Asset protection picks favorites when it comes to employees. You may think they mainly watch customers, but they watch employees too. Employees who have been here for years will go on their phone while on the clock, walk away from their work area and wonder around, and not get in trouble for it. They have connections with members of asset protection. When it is a new associate though, asset protection is quick to get you in trouble. Walmart gift card scam Asset protection -as many of you may know, Walmart has a big issue with the security of Walmart gift cards. There are scammers who find a way to hack into them and access the information. So when you buy the money, it is gone within a few days. Walmart is reluctant to reimburse people who have been scammed. Yet, they have all these cameras and cannot track people down who compromise these gift cards and allow their customers to keep getting scammed. Workers -Many of the workers here are not your friend. They will pretend to like you, but gossip about you heavily. Smile in your faces while degrading you behind your back. And some of them literally complain when you need help with something. If you need assistance with something you do not know how to do, don't bother asking them because they will get pissed off and sometimes even refuse to help you. Not very "team player" of you guys, like you said on the application when you applied to Walmart. Expired foods -Even though Walmart has a net worth of 1 trillion dollars, they cant seem to value the needs of their customers. There is so much food, especially at the grab and gos that are expired . I would see food with expiration dates from months ago that they keep on the shelves. I've founded molded food and much more. There has even been call backs on great value Walmart items due to food quality issues. By the way, they still keep many of these items in the store that are on recall. They wait until you grab it and go ring up to deny you an item that was on the shelf. Benefits -there are not many benefits for working here. Many people have a false misconception that it is, but it is not. They have taken away a lot of benefits that they have had in the past years. They do not even give performance based raises to cashiers. They give a little raise for a few cents, each year. Even when minimum wage goes up, they keep you at the same pay as before. Also, when they give you some benefits, they take away others. For instance, they now allow the 10% discount on most items, but took away the bigger discount we always received for December Christmas shopping. Nepotism -Many people get hired here from connections. There are managers who have their kids working here. There is a family of a mom, dad, and daughter who all work here. This is no coincidence. It should literally be illegal to hire all these family members together. Takes away opportunity from others. Points system -you can literally only get 5 points in a 6 month span. God forbid you get sick for one day or something happens with your kids. Walmart does not care. They will fire you. They have tried to fire people who had hospital notes. Literally in the HOSPITAL. They did not let people stay home from work when they had COVID. It was either come in or get fired. They had sick people working there without a care of who could get affected.
