Great location, large parking lot, only one entrance/exit to the store. I visited the day after Christmas and it was fairly in order and organized. I was able to go in, grab what I needed and leave. Best Target for miles and miles. Great alternative to the always crowded Walmart right around the corner. I'm happy to pay the extra couple bucks overall for the enjoyable shopping trip. For a Target, this store left me a bit cold. I was looking for art to put up on the walls at my Mom's house and we opted to go to this location... What a bad decision. Apparently this is the redheaded step child of the chain as they had less than no selection. Beware if you're a Funko Pop collector! Employees take out the valuable and rare chase pops in the back before they even hit the store floor! Then they lie and tell you that the company made a mistake and sent 5 instead of 6(chases are one out of 6)! Someone told me they put the chases on eBay! This has happen multiple times when I knew for a fact they just have received the new shipment of pops. I'll already contacted corporate to resolve this issue! read more

Love this store! Especially our favorite Sheri. She's an absolute hoot. We've never had a bad experience, and everyone is always helpful. Yes, at times, they lack open lanes to check out but remedy the situation fairly quickly. Some of the customers are rude to them, and that shows more about their character than the Target employees. They have to deal with cranky people daily; I couldn't handle that. Exactly why I haven't worked in retail for many moons. My family and I have been shopping at this location for over two years and its the best Target experience we've ever had, and we've lived in a lot of different places. read more

I was in line with my basket and put it on the conveyor belt. Kimberley decided to pick up the basket and dump everything out without checking to see if anything was broken. And the lady behind was emptying out her basket and very loud, Kimberley goes thanks for emptying out your basket sweetie. It was an awkward check out. I went to target today with a group of friends, we were walking around and having fun as teens do. As we were checking out in self checkout, we were being watched unnecessarily by an older woman even though there was other people in self checkout too. We left after PAYING for our items, when one of us goes back in to buy a drink that they forgot to get. While in there, she overhears the lady talking to loss prevention about us and claiming we "definitely were stealing and acting weird". With how closely she was watching us, she should've seen how we payed for all of our things and didn't steal a thing. She even made the man check the cameras at our register!! We gave no reason for this woman to think we would steal, and she even helped one of my friends with some item scanning!! Just because some teens enter your store and may be having some fun with eachother, does not mean they are up to no good. I am very displeased with the service there. read more

One of the things I miss most about living in the city is how difficult it is to access my beloved Target. This particular store has been a staple of my childhood since the store was built. Yes, it's just your typical Target store, but now that I live in a place where I can't easily get to a Target, I have learned not to take it for granted. What do I miss the most about Target? Is it the always well-stocked music and dvd section? The fun assortment of women's clothes? The toy section I made my christmas list from every year as a child? Amazing appliances and home goods sections that have everything you would ever need to furnish a beautiful apartment? The fact that I can get it all for cheap, without being overwhelmed by the giant-ness of some of the bigger discount stores like Wal-Mart or Sam's Club? Yes, I think that's it. read more

Awful store! People bring their (non-service) dogs in here and the store employees just look the other way. So much for those of us who have allergies or asthma. Also, they do not honor their own prices, posted on the item shelves! When I questioned them about trying to charge me $40 MORE for an item, the tried to make me wait in the customer service line just to CHECK OUT!! NO THANKS! I bought the same item on Amazon! Hated this target. Not sure how a target could go wrong, but this one does. Horrible selection in every department. No good sales and on anything at all which is usually expected of target, clearance sections are poorly chosen and sized. Never had a problem shopping at this store. Any experience with employees is a two way street. The grocery department is expanding all the time. Store brands the same quality the name brands. And check out the new lines of clothing. If they don't have your size in the store, take a photo of the label, order online and pickup at the store. Target has reinvented itself-good job. PS-use your red card and cartwheel to save even more and it makes any return a snap. read more

If I could give a minus star, I would. Shari at guest services was horrible. The cartwheel is pure discrimination against people who don't have a smart phone, computer or printer. Cartwheel ruins the nice shopping experience I used to enjoy at Target. Lots of retirees in Spring Hill; they did not do the demographics. Please come up with a simple and nice experience for the customer to track spending. I will boycott Target until Cartwheel is eliminated as there are lots of other choices. Reviews online confirm my feelings even though guest services at the store stated there have been no complaints. She so lied to my face, as I heard other people in the store complaining about it. read more

Both my disabled brother And elderly grandfather have gotten ripped off @ Spring Hill Target (customer 'service' DNGF if it's past a month, even when they've obviously overcharged). Used to enjoy searching for deals here, and Cashiers & personnel are still mostly friendly- but lost trust sours the experience anymore. read more
