Love this "At Home" store way more than the one in St. Petersburg I usually go to. The one near moi house in St Pete is smaller & the service there is not very good. The inventory is not as good as this location either. When I was here last time they signed me up for the rewards program where they send you discounts on your Birthday & some holidays etc., Anyhoo, it was recently moi birthday & they sent me a 15% off discount for moi Birthday! yay!!! :)) Last time I was here I got so many cool things for moi new home. I keep getting lots of compliments on everything I have purchased here. When I was here last, I saw a pot i liked a lot, but I thought it was way too small for the price. I came back to get some other things & a second Bee rug & saw the pot was still here so I got it this time. I was able to use moi 15% Birthday discount so it was a much better value. Huge store with a variety of selections, outdoor furniture, decorative items and holiday decorations. I really like all the fake plants they have, and loved the Easter decorations. The prices are reasonable and have good value. I've seen more expensive stores that had similar items that were more pricey. The lady at the checkout was very nice and helpful. This is like a Bed Bath and Beyond but better. They have all sorts of home stuff. Patio chairs, furniture, decor, kitchen appliances and cookware. The place HUGE! Prices seemed reasonable. I found an outdoor rocking chair that I really wanted for $60. Couldn't get because we were in the hubs car. But he did tell me I could go back and get it lol. Didn't have any expectations as I didn't know what the store was. Walking in, it was like a big home goods warehouse. There is a mix of indoor and outdoor items galore. There is a large selection, too large to be honest if you are just looking. Prices seemed to be ok and there were some good dals that I did see on the floor. If you are looking for something specific, might be a good palce to hit up. I did not see any employees on the floor (only at the register when we were walking out). I'll need to make another review once I am specifially looking for home products and can better leverage the store. I had a purchase of $120.00 stolen from a shopping cart in the parking lot of the Land O Lakes store. A lady Debbie was helpful and said to tell Alex "are you a manger?,one of them" Alex. So Debbie tells Alex about the theft from the shopping cart and was there anything At Home could do for me about the theft of my purchase in their parking lot. " No one items have gone out the door At Home is not responsible for any theft in the parking lot 50 feet from the front door. I tried getting through to customer service on line NO PHONE NUMBER. this place is horrible. I took six bags of clothes to sell not a six bags. They took three items. There was approximately 12 shirts that were brand new with tags on them and they use the same excuse every single time we have too much inventory or it's not the style we're looking for, the kids that were going through my stuff we're distracted and talking to each other as I'm watching them they're barely looking at anything and just throwing in them not taking bins. This is been the experience. I've had every single time $36. It's ridiculous. They are overpriced. They have a pair of shoes in there that they're selling for 50 and they're only 65 brand new. Super excited that this store has opened right beside Costco and the Outlet Mall. It reminds me of a combination of Home Goods and Hobby Lobby. Everything is so organized. You will find tons of pic frames and wall art on one side, tons of kitchen items in the other, bathroom accessories, accent chairs and tables, small couches, kitchen island stools, back yard accessories and holiday seasonal area. The options in each category seem endless. Love it and the prices are for all budgets so I like that a lot. I will definitely come back here over and over! read more

This store reminds me of a very large Hobby Lobby/Home Goods. It's conveniently located by the outlets. It's a huge warehouse with tons of decorating items for the home. When we were there it was extremely organized and it took awhile to take it all in. I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. As I walked in, there was all the Christmas decorations right up front. I guess the front will be the seasonal section. There were pictures, frames, every kind of decorative item, lamps and tons of lamp shades! They had isles & isles of household kitchen & bath items, bar stools, decorative pillows, all kinds of wall hangings, tables, chairs and even outdoor furniture. This store is GIGANTIC!! Today was my first visit to an At Home store. When we pulled up I was really surprised at the size of the store. It's about as big as my neighborhood Lowe's with the garden center included. I went in today because their indoor/outdoor pots were on sale 40% off and I love to save money. This is just like what you would expect of a home store plus more. I would compare it to Old Time Pottery mixed with a furniture store. They have some high prices but this is a great store to go during a sale, or if you have a coupon (for my fellow cheapies). They also had TONS of clearance wall decor. I wasn't shopping for that today but if I wasn't with my husband and kids I would spend hours here shopping!! If you haven't gone yet, check them out! This store looks great!!!!! After making some purchases this morning here I went home and unpacked all of my things. Every single item had a price tag on it. The price they charged me and the price on each item was increased!!! (For my marked 9.99 item , I was charged 11.99) When I called to inquire she merely said oh, our prices have gone up. But there was no sign informing that prices on each item have increased, and they were not willing to do anything about it. Very poor customer service. This place is a cross between Home Goods and Costco. It is enormous. There are aisles and aisles of everything for the home. From pictures and wall decorations to bed and bath items. From tables, chairs and lighting to backyard furniture. I am talking hundreds of items in each category to choose from. If you cannot find it here, it probably does not exist! There is a large section for seasonal items. When I went it was Christmas decorations. The store is well organized. Plan to spend about 2 hours to walk thru the entire store on your first visit. There is plenty of parking as the store is located next to the Tampa Premium Outlets center. read more

I am going to have to see if there is one of these stores closer to home- it's like HomeGoods on steroids! At least that was what I thought as I was going through aisles and aisles of home decor, furniture, kitchen essentials, rugs, outdoor accessories and more! Hmm- but it is organized way better! My sister was disappointed because the shelves weren't fully stocked and there were aisles that were near empty. Consumerism has been up and getting inventory is slow for most companies. I was thrilled to find copper kitchen canister to replace the glass ones I have had since....the 90's. I've been thinking since the move that the glass ones just aren't my style anymore! Plus I found a little table for $20 that could be used as an end table & a cute outdoor bell. Waiting to check out was lengthy- I don't know if the customers were going slow or the cashiers. I've been a fan of At Home for a while now. I'm a huge lover of all things décor and At Home is like a warehouse sized Homegoods -a dream. Whenever I think of a "look" I want to create pr complete, I know At Home will have it. Certain things are well priced there, but the smaller home decor items are a bit on the pricey side. I received an email about their clearance sale and very disappointed. After a few experiences, I've realized this a couple of things: For one, the clearance selection isn't that much. Second, you have to get there the second the sale starts because it will be ravaged through by noon! But I was able to find the wall painting I was on a mission for (pictured), at only $7O at original price. Typically a wall painting of that size is over $100, so I was very pleased with my purchase. Their furniture is also well priced, but I can't vouch for the quality because I haven't purchased furniture from At Home before, but not to say I wouldn't! I died about 5 times over some pieces that I couldn't bring home! However, I do have plans to return soon for a gorgeous console table I can't stop thinking about. But this store has everything from party goods, outdoor/ garden furniture and supplies, kitchen goods, bath & bedding....everything! I really mean that! As an avid shopper I was thrilled when at Home opened. My first visit was horrible so I decided to give the store some time to settle in before reviewing. Tonight was my 2nd and likely last visit. It's incomprehensible how so much merch is on the ground and not on the shelves. Kinda like a toddlers toy room after a full day of play. It's not even the weekend. Visited on. Tuesday night. My brain can't process that much chaos. They stock all the traditional categories one would expect from a home store. I really like this store, I cant wait till they open the Miami store. I was visiting family in Tampa and they brought me here. I absolutely loved it. Its basically a huge warehouse for the home. They have a great selection on so many things. I gave it a 4 star because staff was very difficult to find and when we asked for something their response instead of looking was if its not out then its sold out, no effort. They have clever kitchen items, like silly kitchen towels, that can be great gifts. The cons, however, outweigh the benefits at this store. At a recent trip a week after Christmas, the store looked like a pack of wild dogs had gone through the the aisles, flinging cushions, rugs, and other items willy nilly. We only saw two associates in the aisles cleaning and restocking. The prices are also extraordinary. The Christmas gift bags were on sale for 50% off, for example. One bag was exactly the same as one that was on sale at Publix the day before. At Home=$3.99 with 50% off. Publix=$1.29 with 50% off. That says nothing of the very high prices on their furniture. Less than Ikea quality for more than triple the price. I have hopes that the store will settle into a better pricing rhythm eventually, as I've heard good things about the store from friends in other cities. It is a huge home goods style warehouse that reminds me of a Tuesday Morning. Everything is all over and it is totally overwhelming. It's great if you know what you're looking for but I went in blindly and was totally intimidated. There's something for everything, a cover for a cover... a lamp light for a lamp shade with a platform to put it on. It's NOT a discount store even though there are clearance items. A lot of the items are very expensive compared to similar stores and online prices. I'm glad i went it because I've been wondering about this place since it opened. read more

Products that were purchased had different prices underneath when opened. It happened twice on the same shopping experience. When I went back to the store to point this out to the manager, I was told that it is corporate policy to only honor prices that are scanned and it is due to inflation. However, if I showed the discrepancy while I was in the store they would price adjust. In other words, open up everything you purchase including rugs and wall decor. read more

Well the holidays plus COVId. It's a large store therefore no need to pile up in the isles people. There was no one available on the floor to assist with questions. They usually have a lovely faux floral department however it was consumed By Xmas decor. There were some great deals. Line was extremely long. Over a half hour wait on a Sunday afternoon. Wish there was assistance on the floor to better assist people and support social distancing. Will be back on a less busier time. read more

A bunch of young kids that refuse to help and the manager is worthless. Not sure how she has her job, she is unprofessional and lazy. I was there an hour before closing the manager gets on the loud speaker announcing the store will be closing. Seriously an hour before closing then she proceeds to announce every 5 minutes that the store will be closing. Who does that, I get everyone wants to go home on time but every 5 mins announcing the store will be closing for a full hour. So I rush to the register thinking maybe I looked at the closing time wrong or their hours change. Nope she was just trying to chase ppl out the store. I asked the cashier to call the manager to look 3 bar stools I was purchasing because they had stains or crack and I wanted a discount. She comes to the register the cashier tells her the situation and she punched something in the register and walks away. No eye contact with me nor did she say a word to me. Even the poor cashier was like I think she gave you 10% off. So i said I don't want them unless she gives me a better deal. The cashier tells the manager what I said in the little mic they all carry, her response was tell her to leave it. Seriously so unprofessional to her customers and employees. I end up taking the bar stools because I really like them and I can probably fix them up. So upon checking out the cashier needed an override and calls the manager back to the register. Here comes the manager dragging her feet and acting like the cashier was bugging her. Here I am trying to carry all 3 bar stools to my car. As i walk out the door the manager and another employee is joking about how strong I am to carry all 3 bar stools instead of trying to assist me. I had high hopes for At Home when I saw it being built and the Coming Soon signs. My hopes were all that were good about this store. The parking lot was full of trash and the inside matched. Empty shelves, merchandise all over the floor, and opened boxes missing items were among the highlights of our visit. Actually saw other customers (well I wasn't even a customer because I didn't want to waste my money) putting things back on the shelf to clear a pathway to walk. Don't waste your time. read more

It's very hard to find quality at this store. A lot of their items are falling apart on the shelves and when you do purchase an item it falls apart from what we've gotten. Today was my anniversary so I figured let me get something nice for myself. My goal was to go to the premium outlets in the same area until I entered and saw this beauty, AT HOME. I've heard alot of people talking about the store, especially on youtube decor videos. I saw the store and I said, "yes this is it I am going in to see what they have to offer." First of all the store is humongous, which is a plus [more options] , very organized, and clean. There are items priced for individual budget so there is something for everyone. I didnt end up going to the outlets. I know, how sad. Now I found my new go to place for decor items. Homegoods and other similar stores cannot compare in my eyes. Homegoods for instance is very compact and they have a lot to look at, so it's hard to find items you really want. At home is so spacious and organized everything is right in your face. At home! My son, new at college drove 40 minutes to pick out stuff for his dorm. He was getting pillows, pictures, lamps and a night stand. He spent 1 1/2 hours picking out stuff carefully. When he went to check out they would not take Apple Pay even though Google has them accepting it. Not a problem. I told him to go speak to the manager and ask if I could FaceTime with them to take a credit card over FaceTime and I would give them my Driver's License for verification. He was told no. So the $290 will be spent elsewhere. Please take your business somewhere that is actually willing to help out people. Cheaper versions of stylish quality items. Examples would include mirrored furniture that looks swanky from afar but are paper thin with drawers that don't close. Or large resin pots made so scantily they barely stay together. The items are more like stage props. It's like a Chinese factory clearance vault. Reading the reviews I can understand why people came and complained... they came the first week of opening and the staff was slammed that they hired 3x more staff that same week to assist with the complaining patrons and trashy people who leave things on the floor. This store is one of the most poorly managed places I have ever shopped. I have been here 3 times trying to give it a fair shot, and every time the shelves look like Irma just blew through, there is never anyone around to help and there are only 1-2 people ringing customer up so it takes about 29 minutes to check out. Any shopper dream! I am not sure why some of the reviews are negative. The store opened right before the busiest time of the year. The opening was being anticipated for a while and it is a new store in the area so, of course, it has been taken under assault by customers. If the shelves are empty is because customers are buying the wonderful items, if the aisles are messy is because us customers make them that way by acting "crazy". Please give the workers a break there is only so much they can do to clean up the store after us. I am not sure why some people act like vandals and then they complain about the mess, would they act like that in their own homes? I hate to give this place two stars, because their merchandise is reasonably priced and the decor is stylish. The awesome prices don't outweigh the piss poor customer service this place offers. They have 2-3 cashiers up front who can't seem to offer any assistance in locating items, even when given the SKU numbers. The website may say they have "x" amount of something in stock, but the manager told me herself that the website shows a lack in updating, and they may not have any in stock at all. Further, they have 1-2 employees working the floor to assist customers in retrieving items on high racks or heavy items. Aka... bring your own ladder or wear tennis shoes so you can chase down an employee. I'm not one to hold a grudge, but after a couple times shopping here, I'll stick to frequenting Hobby Lobby and Home Goods across the street. 10x better service at either of those stores. read more
