An amazing choice of products were well presented. We ended up purchasing a beautiful tile for our downstairs that looks stunning!! Also the vanity is good quality and perfect for our half bath. The sales rep was very helpful! Since we needed a product that was a clearance it took awhile for them to find the quantity we needed and deliver it but that was ok. The price was worth it. They could really change what happens when people walk in the door. In a large place like that there needs to be friendly and smiling people making you feel at home immediately. Instead ( and I've been there three times ) the people up front ignored you and jabbered amongst themselves instead of greeting you so you had to approach them in order to get directions to what you were looking for. I will start with the positives! This store is HUGE, clean and plenty of parking. However it's impossible to get an employee on the phone to confirm orders are ready OR anything else. My husband is a carpenter and more. We went in to look at vanities with sinks because my husband is remodeling our bathrooms. The store is huge and clean. As a carpenter my husband knows exactly what to look for in quality. He cannot say anything bad except he simply did not like the options and the only one we liked turned out to be a designer piece you have to order and it was expensive. No customer service. No one asked if they could help and then on our way out a gentleman said something and that's when we had to chance to ask about the one piece we did like. Driving by- my daughter exclaims how she just went into that store recently- pointing and gushing about Floor & Décor. I started laughing- that's the same store that I got my fireplace brick and my soon to be backsplash Spanish tiles from! In fact- I have an order in right now for more of those tiles that is the bottom of inventory (discontinued now) that is getting pulled from various stores. BUT- when I was hunting more of the tiles- this store, the Wesley Chapel location was said to have 17 pieces. So we popped in to check them out. My daughter is having a new house built and house projects are plentiful no matter how old or new the house is. John and I have been researching complete vanity sets for the spare bath and this location had numerous displays and models- much more than our store in Jax. In fact- I think this store had a better layout. I don't know if it was actually bigger- but they had more than our home store. We spent an hour in the store- no they didn't have my tiles, but that's ok. They gave us plenty to think about for the bathroom! read more

I walked around the store for about 20 minutes and no one came to help me. I saw employees go into a back room in the northwest corner of the store and disappear. I wanted to buy tile and get information for installers. I walked around the store about 2 times and finally in pinned down someone and asked some questions. When I asked about installers he said that I needed to get a pamphlet from the front by the cashier. I asked the cashier for a pamphlet and she said she did not have any. Luckily another employee was standing up there and said, here they are, right next to her and he gave me one. When you have almost as many people working in the store as you have customers and nobody offers to help you or you have to track someone down for help, the manager needs to start training people or get a new crew. read more

I came to them with a project in mind and a thousand questions. Chuck and Tom (on different days) were enormously helpful; patient, considerate and knowledgeable. My tiling came out great, I'm thrilled; my wife is happy-what else is there? But I just want to be clear that these two employees were honest, decent, ethical; knew what they were talking about and conveyed that to me without making me feel stupid. THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING $20+K F&D AND ESPECIALLY INSTALLATIONS MADE EASY--"TRUSTED PARTNER"(1.5 OUT OF 5 STARS ON BBB). Please see the pictures first, see what I ordered and see what is still on my floor!!! Then ask your self if this is what you want your house to look like for weeks with no help or end in sight! September 9th we decided to use Floor and Decor with Installations Made Easy. Use the big people with a large fancy showroom who should have no issues with product or quality installation. So I signed up for the 20k+ job start to finish, the tile should be 7-10 days out, we are excited. We purchased the day before we went out of town for a week. Returned home to check the status of the tile and they said now its 6 weeks out. So I said that is unacceptable(also no courtesy phone call for delay) and I would like to find another store/supplier who can make this happen before then as we have thanksgiving/family visits coming soon to our new home. So, I inquired about how to cancel and what my next steps were. I called early the next morning to cancel the Order and move in a different direction, then I was told the tile will be there this weekend or monday. I called back and made sure this was the case and was assured the tile will be there(I assume someone pieced together an order with mismatched dye lots just to make the sale/commission). So we move forward, Install day is now October 5th using Installations Made Easy, I happily made my payment as the finish line for the tile is less than 2 weeks. October 12, Grout Day. Grout day is exciting as baseboards are tomorrow and they will be done. However, there are multiple areas of mis-colored tile(see pics!). How is this happening!?? So I call and they tell me to check for boxes of tile, but the boxes were all thrown away as the job is almost done. However, there were a handful of boxes left in the garage with Dye lot 1, Dye lot 5 and I assume another dye lot as there are/were clearly 3 different tiles on the floor. Floor and decor Immediately sent over more tile to fix the issue as they realized they were in error. However, the installer said there are different colored tiles in these boxes and withdrew his men after removing roughly 1/3 of the tile from my home. Tile removal is very dusty, my brand new fixtures, painted walls couches, cabinets etc. are still sitting around wrapped in plastic covered in dust. I STILL walk on concrete floors everyday! INSTALLATIONS MADE EASY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. THEY WERE COMPLETELY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME AND MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER... AMANDA(MANDY) AND BETH. AFTER A LITTLE RESEARCH, THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE ARE LESS THAN A MILE AWAY AND BASICALLY THE SAME ROAD!!! THEY ARE THE SAME, BLAMING ONE ANOTHER FOR WHO IS RESPONSIBLE. SEE THE SCREENSHOT OF THEIR PUBLICLY LISTED CORPORATE OFFICES. Hopefully you never have to speak with them. Their installers put in the wrong tiles. F&D delivered the wrong tile. IME wont answer or help. IME backs the installers, its the installers contractual agreement that they are to check each and every box before laying the tile down. Therefore the installer through IME is at fault for the install of the wrong product. Today, November 1st about 4 weeks after they started and my house has been a complete mess since October 12th. There is no end in sight. All we wanted was a nice white tile floor like the one in the Floor and Decor Showroom. But we are now told now that can not be guaranteed by the store manager. Our house is now completely dusty, furniture in different rooms with plastic and we walk on concrete every third step. We had to cancel one family vacation to visit us as well as put on hold, carpet, furniture and now most likely thanksgiving. Please think twice about using F&D and IME. They are too big to care about you!!! F&D are making efforts, IME is not. If you want to spend good money and get the runaround, I would chose F&D and definitely work with IME. read more

Hubby and I stopped by to review the bathroom tile selections in this location because we were familiar with the company from where we lived before in Jacksonville. I got the feeling however that stock is down quite a bit - everything didn't look fully stocked and there was a lot of empty items. A salesperson told me that orders can be placed, but I have already been deceived by this statement before. If you can find the tile to complete your project without having to wait weeks to arrive, this might be the place for you. read more

Made the mistake of trying again. One cashier, taking way too long. After about ten people gathered in line, open another register, this person commented that the first cashier can't add. By this time three customers dropped what they had and left. Instead of hurrying to cash out the line, they held up someone with 2 tiles to create a profile. If I could put zero stars I would am sooo angry at this place . A couple weeks ago we came multiple times to do and choose the material for our house remodeling we had to order our stair nose so put in a special order because they did not have the color we wanted that matched our floor the seller told us 7-10 days it would be here . We called multiple times to check on the order and make sure it had arrived and everything went well everytime we called they said it was on the store waiting for pick up and that it was ready . We had paid full price ahead and did everything on time as planned . NEVER IN MY MIND did I think that when I went to pick up the materials as scheduled WE CALLED in the morning to triple check that we could come pick it up and they gave us our appointment . After an hour of waiting . All we get is a we can't find your order there's nothing on our computer special orders take 5 weeks . FUNNY why would we buy something from u if it would take 5WEEKS when they told us 7-10 days . Like where is the common sense and logic in this place ? DO you teach people to lie to your costumers ? I absolutely love this store. I had an idea of what I wanted to remodel my bathroom but really needed direction. Designer, Victoria Gallego, is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and we chose beautiful tile to match an existing floor and my bathroom is gorgeous! Everyone at this store is so amazing.
