Unfortunately, everything after the purchase was the complete opposite. About a week later, I received a call offering to schedule delivery -- even though I hadn't purchased delivery. I was told the earliest they could bring it was the next day, and I agreed. I stayed home all day waiting. They said I would receive a call or text 30 minutes before arrival, but I never got one. I reached out to the same number that had texted me about delivery, and at first I was told I wasn't on the truck at all. After I explained that I had spoken to someone the day before who scheduled me for that day, the person suddenly changed their answer and said I was on the truck after all. Then I received a call from a woman named Amanda, who claimed to be the office manager. Her attitude was unprofessional from the start. When I asked to speak with someone else or contact the owner, she refused to provide a phone number, email, or any way to reach him -- making it seem "secretive" and that there was no way for me to leave a message. I found that extremely concerning for any business. Instead of helping resolve the confusion created by their own staff, Amanda became increasingly rude and told me I would have to pay the delivery fee or pick it up myself. I had no issue picking it up originally, but I accepted delivery only because they offered it to me multiple times -- by phone, voicemail, and text. I was simply trying to follow the arrangements they themselves made. After hanging up, I called the other store location to speak with Jason. I initially spoke with a front desk employee, but in the middle of the conversation, the call was switched back to Amanda without warning, as if they were trying to be sneaky. She raised her voice and insisted it was "her phone," even though I had called the store line directly. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly dishonest. The only positive part of this purchase was the salesperson in the showroom. Because of the behavior and attitude of the office staff -- especially Amanda -- I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. I hope the couch itself holds up better than the customer service did. The owner Jason should probably be more involved. Still no call back.

She is friendly, attentive, informed and helpful! In a time when Outstanding Customer Service feels like an exception to the rule, Danielle takes us back to a time when working with the public entailed comprehensive Customer Service training. While speaking with Danielle, I noticed a sign on the Customer Service counter that requests from Customers that they please refrain from abusive speech and behavior being directed to the Lowe's staff (paraphrased). I mentioned to Danielle that it's sad that this sign is even needed. Even with this opportunity to complain, Danielle maintained a positive and helpful attitude and smile. She exemplifies outstanding Customer Service, and I suspect it's her normal disposition. I hope she is recognized and rewarded for the important contribution she makes to the Lowe's team and brand!

Called warranty department and they sent a link to schedule appointment, I received a confirmation for an 8am-12pm appointment. At 8am received a message that they cannot make it until between 12pm-5pm. They showed up between 2pm - 2:30pm and said its the main frame board and it will take them 5-7 days to get the part. So Lowes at Ridge and Little is refusing to replace it even though its still under warranty and the warranty department does not care about a family 4 going without a Frig for 5-7 days. Lowes truly do NOT care about their Customers!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a large magnolia tree from them and she bloomed two years in a row and then she hadn't bloomed in two years so I called them and they told me exactly what to do and I did it and within four months my magnolia was blooming beautifully. Most all of my flowering plants, my trees, my shrubs my fruit trees are purchased from Canterbury because they just have quality plants that produce. There are company that knows what they're doing and they take care of their customers. When you enter into the office, they have all kinds of goodies, jellies, jams gifts, and souvenirs and you're always greeted by someone with a smiling face and someone who is very happy to see you and to take care of you. I needed a specific plant identified and I brought a piece of it in and immediately the gentleman I was dealing with told me exactly what it was how it's going to grow and how to take care of it. I had an insect problem I took them a piece of the plant that had the insect problem. They immediately knew exactly what was wrong and told me what to use and I had no problems anymore. I trust them more than I do any of the big box stores. In fact, I'll only buy my vegetables and my vegetable plants from Canterbury Farms. They were very honest company and anytime you look at their plants. They're all clean and weed free and very well taken care of. I've gone to big box stores and see dead plants on display or for sale. It's like big box stores don't care how they display things. But Canterbury farms cares and they're set up is beautiful. They have plenty of parking. Their entrance is accessible by wheelchair or cart. The kids love to go there sometimes they have on Saturdays vendors that come and sell their vegetables and fruits and whatever's in season. They also have classes to help you learn about the plants that you have in your yard and how to take care of them. They'll educate you on fertilization watering and proper practices to keep your plants, healthy, and alive. I highly recommend buying all of your plants from Canterbury farms.

But after you pay and get your furnature they don't seem to give a s_hit. -Our last purchase included a Italian couch & love seat and with what we paid for it having it sag on one side and a large gap in the middle of seat when reclining. We don't even sit on it hoping to get someone to look at it-still waiting. -I've been very polite and understanding through this just trying to get it looked at and fixed. I've called and spoke a few store associates and Dennis. I send pictures of the problem, left messages, and took my valuable time and gas to travel back to the store twice in hopes to get this fixed. Oddly, the store associates seem to know what is wrong with it that may or may not be hard to fix. -We have been told numerous times that Dennis was coming 3 different days and never showed up or called us. Dennis also spoke me on the phone and in person-only because I showed up at store and he was there and promise to come over 2 separate times and never did. -So finally, being so upset with him and the store with being lied to, I sent 3 separate text wanting them to please see our side and said "how would he feel if this happened to him"? We requested him to pick up the loveseat for a full refund knowing we were not getting it fixed. He still hasn't gotten back to us. -We are extremely upset and frustrated with him having an important role with this company and treating his customers this way was so unacceptable.
