This is a review for online purchases only. I'm making this review because I wasn't sure if this website was legit and while searching I found pics of the physical store on Yelp and felt more comfortable with my order. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT A SCAM! This is a legit place to purchase returns, open box and blemish tools. The key is you don't get to see the damage and there are no returns. I ordered a few items and my experience varied. I got some channel locks that just had damage to the packaging and were a great deal for a new tool. A few other items did have mild cosmetic blemishes but worked fine (they are tools). Finally, one small item I ordered was omitted with no explanation, but my credit card was refunded that amount. All in all I will totally buy more from them - they have great prices for name brand tools. read more

I tried to return a hand tool my daughter purchased for me in October. She gave it to me as a Christmas gift. This company did not return an email requesting a return that I sent days after Christmas. When I called them January 8 to follow up the agent said "we do not accept returns after 30 days", also "we are a small business and you will pay a 30% restocking fee plus postage." 'I would have gladly accepted an exchange or some compromise. I support small business, evidently these guys are too small to help out a customer. TT read more

I completed the purchase including setting up an account, entering all shipping details, providing payment details, reading and agreeing to shipping policies and I received an email confirmation of my order. Order Confirmation (#86636) The following day, I received a cancellation of the order. The cancellation email said in part, "...there has been a price increase on this item". Further, "Sorry about the price issue, we dont find these things out until we order the product. Thank you www.toolsandmore.us" Orders made in good faith, at their website and according to their terms are not necessarily sufficient to ensure they will follow through with their part of the sales agreement. We bought a black and decker hand held vac. This product is a disaster. You MUST empty the vac. every time it is used AND clean the air vent. It gets clogged every time it is used and clogs up. this is because there is no screen to keep the fan motor clear of dirt. DON'T BUY ANY BLACK AND DECKER PRODUCTS. read more

They advertised: Porter Cable 5140110-41 Manifold Assy They sent email telling me Porter Cable 5140110-41 Manifold Assy has shipped. Opened the box, with a single strip of paper stating 5140110-41 part is being placed by N082939SV with no instructions other than release air pressure before removing. Tried to replace and found it incompatible. Found other websites that confirmed this. Called toolsandmore.us, and they were adamant the part is no longer made and this is the correct replacement part. They would only accept sending it back at my own shipping costs. Called Porter-Cable. They confirmed the parts were incompatable and sent me what I needed free of charge. Surprise, surprise! That part is still made. read more
