Nancy was very helpful in helping us locate and educate us on the right freezer, and Robert was quick to be sure one was in stock, so we could take it right away. We did not have time to have it delivered. Thankfully, within 2 hours of learning our freezer at home needed replacing...we selected, loaded (with Robert's help), and had the emergency resolved.
