I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I ordered several pieces for my wedding and…read moreone of the packages that contained my bridal bouquet did not arrive until 5 weeks after my wedding date. Initially, Anastasia was professional and responsive. However, once I reported the missing package, the communication and customer service changed completely. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she insisted that she had fulfilled her obligation because she had photos of the completed items and a shipping label with tracking. She eventually stopped responding altogether. I understand that shipping problems can happen, but what matters is how an issue is handled. I was left without my wedding bouquet on my wedding day and felt dismissed rather than supported. While my experience started positively, the lack of communication and unwillingness to help once a serious issue arose was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.

But that's no reflection on this company. I've been a shopper of DG since living in another state north of here, and it's an affordable place to shop. I don't shop in places in person anymore due to a variety of factors but my partner does and he finds this location helpful and satisfactory.

She is very mean towards her customers and is very condescending. I don't think I have ever seen her happy or nice. It's not really comforting walking into that store if she is there. You don't feel welcome. Just makes it a bad atmosphere and because of this the store has lost a lot of loyal customers.

They also did the 10 hr service and replaced my blades. I didn't asked for the blades to be replaced nor did they ask me. After 8.5 hrs there's no way the blades needed replaced. Probably sharpened but not replaced. I asked for my old blades I was told they didn't have them. I reported all this to the manager Brad and he acted like he couldn't care less. "We have one blade but the scrap guy took the other two". Spoke to him about the lack of communication and he again acted like he didn't care. I originally paid for the blades because I figured I'd have a spare set even though they didn't need it otherwise I wouldn't have paid. Now I'll need to purchase a second set. Hopefully the Brooksville location is better even though its the same owners. Don't expect any communication from the Bushnell location. You've been warned.

I made 2 purchases since November 2022 online, with delivery and I cannot express my gratitude for the items I bought just by looking at pictures on their facebook. One was a washing machine, and todays purchase was a full size set of mattresses. This is a Thrift store with delivery service for large items. Many thrift stores have pickup service for donated items but No delivery for items bought. I have trust issues but not when I puchase here. Highly recommend! A++++

I took a video of the entire landscape spot and the lady refused to replace the two plants with two other others I had to purchase them the price went up a dollar each plant. I asked her to please bring it down to the original price which she did however, I would think that a place so nice with such beautiful stuff inside for our holidays would make good for two plants that I bought less than a week ago and spent $15 even if you go to HOME DEPOT and Lowe's they make good for your plant and so it has left a very bad taste in my mouth for the store.

I've done my share of thrift store shopping in the area and this store has an excellent array of…read moreitems that are always clean and well displayed. there are areas separated very nicely with crystal, bedding, all clothing is hung nicely and never shoved in or wrinkled, the shoes are all matched and ready to be tried on, the furniture is in good condition and they even have an entirely separate room just for Christmas! Now, this comes with a bit of a higher price. The care they take on the items takes a lot of time and that demands more workers for more hours - so the price must be higher - and people need to understand that. It is nice going into a thrift store and not coming out feeling like you need to wash your hands after looking at the dishes - and I appreciate that because I often go from one store to another - so I'm willing to pay $1 more for something - but, I do understand that it's not possible for some. That being said, the workers here are amazing and so helpful. I have asked all kinds of questions and they are always open and honest about my questions. I got a couple of cookbooks on my last trip and was very happy with my purchases. The trip before I found an old lamb cake mold for $1 and I had no idea how to use it and she said she didn't either but was curious about it, too! She said if it worked for Easter to let her know - so I'll post my successful pic here for her! It's been a great place to shop!
