We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. Their attitude and customer service were so impressive that we actually canceled our phone upgrades with Spectrum and decided we'll be going back to Mr. Phone Pro to purchase our new phones instead. If you need a repair or are thinking about a new phone, start here first. Great prices, fast service, and amazing people. Support small businesses, you won't regret it!

He also fixed the charging port on my iPhone 13 Pro max, which I've owned for years. I'm very grateful that I found him because other companies quoted 2x times more $$

They never called me even once to let me know the battery had arrived. I went in on three occasions over the course of 2 1/2 months to be told it had not been ordered or was still not in. I walked in again to request my money back and they said they had the battery and had been calling an incorrect number for me (I had given my number to them 3 times at this point). The man replaced the battery as I waited and it did not work. I had been able to use it before I took it in and now it won't charge at all. He wanted me to leave it with them for a few days. No way would I trust them to keep it. I have never been so disappointed with a business as with this one. Beware.

I was encouraged to go kill time in the rest of Walmart store. After about 45 minutes, I came back to his shop in Lake Wales, FL,( shop is in Walmart, near the cashier check out areas by front of store, near food section) He then tells me, he does He then told me, he was sorry but he didn't have my part in stock.( If he had been upfront about the part, I would not have let him have my phone. He then says, my phone will be fixed tomorrow and he'll get a part from another location. [ He was just stringing me along, and also had want the phone unlocked, and I wasn't wanting him to have access to my data , but he did.] I returned several days in a row, only for him to tell me, he didn't have the parts and to come back tomorrow for to be fixed, but it wasn't. He sent me an email on my other phone asking if I wanted to continue with the service, and I told him, I was leaving in a few days, because I didn't live in Florida . * If you live in Florida, the delay might not be an issue, but as someone on a schedule it just adds to the hassle. I was originally quoted a price of $123. When I went pick it up, ge said he wanted cash, not a credit card. He said, " he wouldn't charge me taxes, " and I replied " I have no problem paying Florida taxes " Then he said, he only would take cash & when I don't have cash, he told me to go over to Walmart customer service and use their ATM. The fee to use the ATM was about $3.50. If he had wanted cash before, he should have said that, originally. He saying, that he wasn't going to charge me Florida makes he question, if his business is legitimate or just " fly by night. "

Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. They were chit-chatting about anime and washing machines and ignoring me like the cast of Clerks. I paid that day. They were supposed to call me when the battery came in. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted. A week later, I email them again, requesting a refund. I get a quick response with lots of apologies. Says he'll refund and replace the battery for free if I come into the store. I'm not worried about the battery, just want a refund. Ask for the funds to be refunded to my card. Ghosted. 6 days later (we're now well into December, btw), I go to the store today to get my refund in person. "Open" sign is lit up. Door is locked. Lights are out. Their closing hour on the door is 7pm. It's 5:30. I email them again and finally get my refund, without me having to come into the store. Go elsewhere

This is apparently a known occurrence. And it does stop...eventually. They could have, nay SHOULD have warned me. However my greatest complaint is that less than 90 days later the phone began to swell in the area of the battery. The glass screen became pushed out so badly that it began to distort images. I became so concerned by it that I ended up replacing the phone altogether just a few months after Batteries Plus had "repaired" it.
