DO NOT SHOP at Verizon especially this store! Ordered two iPhones for pickup, promised 1 hour pickup. Showed up and they canceled my order because the colors were held for future customers. Contacted Verizon they were dumbfounded as to why they didn't honor it especially since the store claimed they canceled it when it wasn't actually canceled. This is apparently a very common thing according to Reddit. Stores refuse to give out pickup orders because they don't make a $$. Im no longer adding lines, now I'm taking my 4 lines and the 2 I was adding for what feels like almost a decade to ATT all thanks to this store and this experience. The hilarious part is that they straight up claimed I didn't come pick it up. I drove an hr just to get to this store, then an hr to get home. Wasted gas and Toll money. Compete joke. The worst part is that Verizon customer service did nothing about what they did to me and said that they have to go create a new order for pickup somewhere else. I had account issues for months because my account was hacked and had fraudulent orders placed. I had to go through hoops and ladders just to get this one order finalized, just for this crap to happen. Worst part is that the store representative said he couldn't change the color out, couldn't reorder it and told me to call customer service since he already canceled the order when it actually didn't cancel until 3pm the next day. All they did was push me out the door because it was a pickup order. Unfortunately if it doesn't directly make them $$ they couldn't give 2 poops about you. Go look at the Better Business Bureau complaints, go read Verizon on Reddit. This company has gone from being top to a zero. read more

Started out working with Jeff and was very happy growing my new business. As time went on I added several iPads for our growing team, going from 4 to 15. We ordered 3 iPads for a new office which were never delivered and yet still charged, along with the monthly billing for the missing devices. Talked to the store manager Javier who was supposed to also help with getting things straightened out but nothing. I've stopped in multiple times for answers and months later still have no resolution. My last attempt, I was told by Jeff that his manager doesn't give him time to make calls to assist with this problem. That's not how you treat people who you who have been faithfully working with you! How much more unprofessional can it get with that type of excuse. I find their actions disguising and not worthy of serving this community with respect and integrity! I will be filling a complaint with the Bbb and hope that this location makes some much needed changes. Looking at the negative reviews, I see a pattern that unfortunately we have become another victim to. We will never do business with Verizon wireless again and along with everyone I personally know, I want to leave you all with this warning! Stay away from this fraudulent store! The worst customer service ever Stephen made us really feel uncomfortable we had a 12:00 appointment we were next door having lunch at Friendly's we rushed to get over there we were there about 12:45 and during that time he took three walk-ins while we were there and didn't even talk to us and then when he did talk to us he went over to plans that were completely different from what we talked to on the phone with the representative he discourages so much not to sign up he was alone he had a terrible attitude and made us feel like as new customers we were bundling everything with another company we were switching over to Verizon he basically talked us out of it that's how bad he was Steven really scared us away from Verizon he was alone in the store no other support there he was busy but he kept seeing other people while we were sitting right there right next to us terrible experience will not use Verizon probably ever again it wouldn't recommend it what a terrible way to treat customers especially new customers you have all these tv ads trying to create new business and then you go to the store and Steven chases you out of there it really was a horrible experience read more

I walked into the store and no one was on the floor. The employee was on FaceTime in the back and came out and saw me waiting. Then proceeded into the back on his video chat. Not one acknowledgment or "We'll be right with you." I walked out of the store. read more

Tonight I went to this location about 30-45 minutes before close and was worried that I would inconvenience them after shattering my phone and wanting to upgrade. We had the pleasure of working the Alexander who was helpful and genuine with helping get me set up, ensuring that I had everything I needed and even applying my screen protector (he made it look so easy!). He and the other guy working, I'm not sure of his name, we're both two of the most pleasant people and I would highly recommend this location for any Verizon users. read more

HORRIBLE experience with this Authorized Retailer, and beware of what looks like some jinky behavior on Victra's part. I'm a 15 year Verizon customer. My daughter bought an iPhone 8 there after her old one was stolen. (she's on the Disney intern program). After selling it to her, we found later that it wasn't activated, she had to go back then next day to get it to work. Given there is a 14 day return/exchange policy with Verizon, a week later my daughter wanted to upgrade it to the Plus model a couple of day's later. When she went to the store to upgrade it, she was told to leave, as they were too busy and about to close. She was made to feel humiliated and left. I called the store personally and confirmed that the phone could be exchanged/upgraded. Then when she went in on the 14th day, she was then told that this store counted the sale to be as of midnight and this was actually 15 days and not eligible for the exchange/upgrade. I then got on the phone with Verizon's support, and conference called in the Victra Sales person. Verizon management also told this sales rep that the 14 day should be honored and that they should exchange the phone. "Conveniently" the stores manager was unavailable. After a frustrating discussion about fuzzy math, Verizon decided to give up as well. To Verizon's credit, they took care of the matter themselves. apologizing for the experience, and exchanged/upgraded the phone for me. We went to a real Verizon store and the took care of the matter originally. read more

Well, I'll start by saying I went to this location with some trepidation based on the reviews I had read. I wound up having possibly my best cell phone store experience ever and I was in and out in just under an hour. Marwin was fairly new but very knowledgeable of the products and programs and even pointed out that now that I was 55 there was an unlimited data plan that would only cost $1 more per month than what I was currently paying for a 6GB limit plan. Darwin, not to be confused with Marwin was the manager and made sure everything went through without any problems. While having to spend money on a new phone is not what anyone wants to do, I truly appreciate the assistance and guidance I received tonight, it made the pill a little less hard to swallow. read more

I founded out when I downloaded the Verizon app, they didn't want to take my phone as trade in. Since I had to send the phone by mail". I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael at this location twice in the last month. He's personable, knowledgeable and honest. He carefully explained all the different options that were available and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He didn't try to pressure me into an expensive unlimited data plan that I really don't need and got me a great deal on iPhones for me and my sister.
