I will say the staff is very friendly. However, they care more about making a profit than fully explaining in detail the charges or warranty details. Too pushy when trying to sell items to where I would agree just to get them to leave me alone AND THEN the screen protector they sold me cracked in only FIVE days. I was very adamant on the fact that I did not want a screen protector as I just get them in bulk from Amazon since I go through them so fast. To which the employee's argument was their $40 protector will not crack like the cheaper Amazon ones, and if it does no problem theirs are under warranty. After the $40 screen protector cracked in less than a week, I went in to get it replaced and they said okay yea it is under warranty so when you buy another one, you get the next one 50% off. LIKE why didn't you explain the details of the warranty before I purchased. "Under warranty" i'm assuming you're replacing for free next time. After being sold my phone where they failed to mention all the additional charges getting added to my account, I decided not to go into that store anymore. If I have any questions or needs for Verizon I call the location in Melbourne and speak to Nick Yates. He is FANTASTIC. Told me in detail all the charges that come with a new device and more. And guess what I still ended up buying additional items BUT I knew EXACTLY how much they cost and what my bill was going to look like going forward. I has zero questions after and guess what, when my bill came the next month it was EXACTLY how much Nick told me. I understand people working on commissions or sales but to not fully disclose the amount of money I would be charged is ridiculous. DO NOT go to this store. I made a BIG purchase at this place and it was a huge dissapointment and waste of money. I'm considering taking legal actions because of this injustice that has been done to me. I switched 5 lines from AT&Te to this company about 4 months ago, I even got 5 new phones (1 for each line). I was promised $150 a month and nothing more and because I switched an additional promotion of a $200 gift card per line. As of today I have paid more than $1200 dollars only on hidden fees and the gift cards that I was promised have been denied. Also the phone service isn't even good. I went here again to solve the problem and they sent me away to talk to some phone operator that told me that I should come back to this store. This is a theft and an outrage. If I could give zero stars I would. I switched from t-mobile to Verizon and was told I'd get a device trade in promotion. I went into the store, sat with the sales rep who cleared out my t mobile device and took my perfectly good IPhone 12 Pro Max with her. My bill came and I was told I never traded in a phone. Cellular sales has done nothing to assist, I told the store manager to check the cameras as I was able to give him the exact day and time I was in to see I had a trade in. He proceeded to tell me the cameras didn't work. I'm not going to stop until I get what is deserved and will take this to the highest level I possibly can. I have made a report to Verizon as this location is a representation of them and they should be aware of the failed service they are giving it's customers. read more

I got a new phone a couple of months ago and Elijah was instrumental in making sure I got the promotion I was eligible for. However, I was billed for it. Avoid fake Verizon stores like this. They charge higher prices than Verizon and tack on additional fees after you sign. Poor equipment for setup of your phone. Ultimately I had to go find a real Verizon store to solve my phone issues to discover that Verizon doesn't charge these extra fees. They don't dress like Verizon. Don't make the same mistake I did. I'm so upset that Verizon would allow a fake Verizon store pose as Verizon and give a completely different experience as the real Verizon store. My only option was to return my phones and reorder through the proper Verizon to get the Verizon price. I went there to buy a new phone and when I got there they told me they didn't have it in the color I wanted. They told me that the next closest store that it was available at was on East colonial and we didn't want to drive that far. They told us that we could get it delivered to this store and pick it up when we can. We decided that was the best option and came back three days later to retrieve the phone. When we got there another lady told us that the phone was not there, but instead delivered to the store we previously informed them we wanted to AVOID going to. Went there to buy phones and switch over from ATT .Waited for 30 minutes for the manager to finish his personal conversation about las vegas vacation. I was told they did not know how to do my fios and wireless discount. I was also told I could not use my employee discount even though the flyer handed to my company said the plan has to be above 34.99 . Seems like alot of deception. I went to this store because I was having a problem with my phone. I was not able to receive verification texts or texts coming from a 5 digit number. I had already contacted customer support twice, one "chat" lasted for an hour with no resolution. I went to this store and was greeted by friendly staff and a very clean, organized store. I explained to Wireless Consultant, Sabir Walimohamed. He was able to figure out what was wrong with the phone and was able to quickly fix the problem. I walked out with a working phone and a very good customer service experience from Verizon. I recommend Verizon and this store. read more

Do not go to this store for your Verizon needs. They are crooks and will tell you one thing but your bill will never reflect that. They lie straight to your face. I've been dealing with Verizon straightening out my bill for 3 months now because this store feeds you what you want to hear in person but that'll never happen. I signed up for the iPhone promotion buy one get one free, but they never actually applied that promotion, and now the promotion is no longer valid. I've escalated this issue to corporate who is having to dig through my account and then contact this store. Just avoid this place so you won't have issues to deal with for months after your visit. Also, they have their own "processing fee" of $85 on top of the Verizon $35 activation fee that they don't mention that fee until AFTER you sign your contract. After my contract ends, I will be canceling Verizon after being a loyal customer for 22 years, and moving elsewhere, based on this horrible experience at this store. read more

I've been with Verizon for a little over two years. As a student, I tethered to my phone for Wi-Fi. When you exceed your 15 gig limit, the service slows down considerably. On the next billing cycle it's supposed to be back up for 15 gigs. Five months ago it stopped speeding up. I called you repeatedly, only to be told, alternately, that I had used it, or I was passed off to IT to spend countless hours trying to fix it. It was never fixed. I broke my phone screen on my 6s. I went into the store, against my better judgment; The sales rep and his trainee told me they could keep my bill at where it was, or less, IF I switched to a new plan, with a new phone and a Hum, and the Hum would ensure unlimited Wifi. He wrote out the expenses and a list, noting my insurance payment. I left with my bag of things, went home, unloaded, and went into work a 48 hour shift, after which I came home to find a been broken into, and the Hum stolen. I called in to report it only to be told it was not on my insurance. I flipped. A thinking person in your employee overnighted me another Hum without charge. I then spent five hours in one day, and one hour the next day trying to get that hooked up. I then called into customer retention to explain why I was leaving. Customer retention told me they could connect me to IT to get that fixed... Obviously not hearing my rage at wasting six hours already. I went into my veterans support group to unload and ask for some assistance; it was suggested that I reach out to a live human being in a store accessible to me. I did that; I was told there was nothing he could do except put me back on my old plan , as he didn't understand why they'd put me on a plan with slower WiFi...Really. So here I sit, once again, with Verizon wireless telling me that I could pay more money for service that I still haven't received in the last 5 months. VERIZON DOESN'T CARE- ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY TURN THEIR COLLECTIVE BACK. After countless calls, unknown hours doing their work for them trying to repair they are almost nonexistent service, paying for new equipment... Now I'm told I'll be charged $50 for them to put this crap back on their shelf. CALLING ALL VERIZON CUSTOMERS They obviously do not care about the individual-perhaps they'll care if a large number leave, consumer protection investigative reporters and a political office or two are involved. I realize it's a stressful time of year, and it's very busy for most, but is anyone else willing to join me and throw some weight behind this?
