Please give that man a raise! I generally truly and intensely dislike shoe shopping, especially as shoes tend to hurt my feet, which have multiple issues. However, I was in and out of the Nike Factory Store in less than ten minutes, and my experience was phenomenal. I came in, went to the back where shoes are sold, and Stephen approached me, asking if I needed any help finding a pair of shoes. I explained that I had severe arthritis (knees, ankles and feet), coupled with pronation, on-and-off plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Stephen went right for a specific pair of running shoes (only $75!) and said they would be the best in terms of comfort and support for my feet and joints. Stephen was right. They are perfect. Best, most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever purchased. I didn't want to take them off but I was wearing a dress and they didn't quite match. Stephen even rang me up right then and there. The laptop was brought to Easy Fix in Allston, MA for virus removal.  The representative specifically explained the laptop will go out to Framingham, MA for service, with a completion of three to four days. I called the business approximately one week later after not hearing from Easy Fix with an update. The representative stated they needed more time because the laptop is old.  From week two to three, I called a couple of times and went in person to inquire about a status. The representative recommended an upgrade to the laptop in which I agreed with the understanding documents on the hard drive were transferred to a pen drive, and a pen drive was dropped off at the business store.  I called on the fifth week to inquire about the status; the representative indicated that due to the laptop being old, it was not possible to upgrade, and the intended upgrade to the laptop took a very long time, not possible to upgrade. I said I understand but would like to pick up the laptop in Framingham. The representative stated the location in Framingham is not a place I could walk in and pick up the laptop.  At the end of fifth week, I was able to pick up the laptop at Easy Fix in Allston, MA. Unfortunately, at the opening of the laptop, the following two screens continuously populate; the first screen "preparing for automatic repair," followed by the second screen "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.  We'll restart for you."  I powered off and, on the laptop several times, and the same two screens went into play again.  Additionally, the laptop was dropped on surface, there are cracks and pieces broken off.  Also, extremely visible, the laptop was opened where the hard drive is stored. I called Easy Fix to notify about the issue and provided photos; the business has not responded. When picking up the laptop, I paid for the service and walked away from Easy Fix with the understanding an upgrade was not possible. I didn't expect the laptop to be non-functional. Prior to handing the laptop to Easy Fix, the laptop was functional, I was able to access business and personal emails, internet, create and complete Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and type letters.

Not once but twice when I have had a problem getting a price adjustment or finding something wrong with an item, they have quickly and apologetically set it straight, even though I hadn't bought either of those items at their store. They are chatty without being overwhelming, and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The store itself is not as large as the one downtown, but is probably equal in size to the Cambridge location. It has a comfortable feel, and the sale room is nicely separated, which is good for when mayhem hits it. They do not, however, carry the full line of shoes, so just keep that in mind for your shopping. As a past Anthro employee, I can say that I truly appreciate the overall experience each store offers. Of all the Anthros is the area, I think this particular store's staff is the most welcoming, least pretentious, and the most enthusiastic. Even though Dedham isn't exactly close to my house, I will continue to plan little out of the way jaunts just to visit this store.

Before booking, I was quoted approximately $480-$560 to move a single couch from Chicago to Madison at a rate of $160 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Their website advertised that the hourly rate included the truck, movers, gas, tolls, mileage, insurance, and furniture protection. Based on those representations, I reasonably believed transportation-related costs were already factored into the quoted estimate. Imagine my surprise when my final invoice came to $960 -- approximately 71% higher than the estimate. The invoice included 3.5 hours of labor and an additional 2.5 hours of travel time, adding $400 to the final bill. My issue is not simply that the move cost more than expected. My issue is that the estimate, website advertising, and billing structure did not align. The website repeatedly states that transportation costs are included, while elsewhere disclosing that travel time is billed separately. Important pricing information appears buried deeper in the website rather than alongside the headline pricing. I also found multiple hourly rates listed throughout the website, making it difficult to determine what pricing actually applied. Had I known the move would cost nearly $1,000 rather than the quoted $480-$560, I would have obtained quotes from other moving companies before booking. To make matters worse, after filing a claim, I was informed by the claims administrator that the review process can take up to 120 days and that no status updates would be provided during that time due to call volume. As a customer, being told to wait up to four months without any updates does not inspire confidence that concerns will be addressed promptly or transparently. The movers themselves were polite but unprofessional. The pricing transparency, billing practices, and claims process left me extremely distressed as this was a gift for my mother and I had saved up for it. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get detailed written clarification regarding travel-time charges and total expected costs before booking.
