The phone was not damaged at all in fact I'm leaving this review on the very device they claimed was broken and I assure you the phone is mint. When I requested to have the device returned to me it seems that it struck a cord and the literally threw just the phone in a box and mailed it to me but not before I had to figure out how to pay UPS to return it to me. I did not receive the original box from Samsung back nor did I receive the charger or any other literature that was inside the box. These people will not respond to me by email or phone and are simply ignoring me. So beware this place isn't worth the hassle.

She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! I spilled an energy drink onto my Macbook Pro keyboard and immediately brought it into the shop for a cleaning and diagnostic. They took me as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon, and my laptop was ready the next day to be picked up, back to running perfectly and cleaned! I realized the Touch ID button wasn't function so I brought it back again and they were able to fix it for me super quickly and for no extra cost. Overall the cleaning and repair was $149 which was absolutely a fair price for the speed and efficiency of the work they did. Also, the employees inside are friendly and ready to answer any questions, especially when I was stressed and worried about my laptop. Great service and absolutely recommend for anyone in the area!

I initially went in for a diagnostic and trialed two options for fixing my phone to no avail. They offered me a refund for the repairs that did not end up solving my issue and let me know that they could proceed to take another step, but that it could end up bricking my phone if it did not work. I opted to err on the side of caution since my phone still functioned and decided to pursue another option that Pan Pan suggested based on my insurance/warranty. I was able to get a replacement phone quickly after he assisted me with the paperwork involved so I'm grateful for his excellent service and knowledge of the repairs/insurance. Overall it ended up being cheaper than the cost of the repairs too.

Got my screen replaced in 20 minutes as a walk in, which was great. Two reasons however for giving…read morea 2 stars: - The new screen is a lot less bright than the original, and it's also more reflective. It is very difficult to see anything under a bright sun. The colors are also a lot less vibrant with this new screen. The screen is also not as responsive. I now type a lot slower and have to correct a lot more. I was not warned about all this in advance. - I got quoted and charged $70 for a iPhone SE 2nd generation screen, while "$40 screen replacement" was advertised online and storefront. Wish I hadn't gone here and just paid an extra 50$ to get it at the Apple store instead.
