I don't even know how this place is still open. They set up my account and put thousand of extras services. They put a business account to get a higher commission, since they made up the business name, I don't have any access to the account. Don't buy or upgrade any phone in this store. They lied to me 1. They said the accessories were free if I upgrade iPhone.(I paid tax) But ATT charged these items as a installment ($12.50 per month for one year. total $150) - they didn't say anything about this and I didn't agree. 2. They offer 2 apple watches only $5 per month for 36months. $5 include plan, equipment fee. but that was wrong, one is $10(Plan) + $15(Equipment installment fee for 36month), the another one is $10(plan) 3. They added new numbers in my account surreptitiously. In the first bill, ATT changed these numbers. I solved this issue after call ATT. Don't buy anything in this store or upgrade your phone. They must have gotten new staff because Gabriel was super helpful! I got in, got a new phone, and he helped me transfer everything over smoothly and even installed the screen protector himself. Since I bought a couple of accessories, he let me know I could get another one free, so he ended up saving me some money too. I will definitely be coming back next time I need something. read more

They add an unauthorized phone line AND service plan on your bill - fraud!

I came in to get my phone and number ported over from another phone company. This took two hours, which was a lot longer than I expected. When my bill came a week later, I was being charged triple what I should have been. It turns out that the clerk had added a second line to my account by accident, as well as charging me for two devices. I went back to the store (twice, actually) to get it fixed, but although the clerk promised to fix it, the bill never changed. I finally had to call customer service to get it straightened out, which took another half hour. It just seems like the process should be smoother than this. read more

Literally not one person in the store knows what they are doing! Associates asking the manager every 3 seconds how to do something. They sold my Mom a charging cable for her iPhone 8 that was meant for a new Mac labtop ... online transactions are making more sense now read more

Man I hate writing bad reviews but this was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I don't want to go into detail but I honestly feel I'm getting ripped off. I'll be filing complaints for sure. -everything was broken -store was gross with trash on counters -completely Mismanaged location -long wait times (min 1+ hours) -horrible staff. I'm sorry to write such a bad review when the product that they are dealing with is so good. Since I entered the store, I could already tell what I was going to encounter. No one said: "hello", or "hold on for your turn please", or anything of this sort. After waiting for about 25 minutes I was attended; there were 3 people ahead of me. The person that toke care of me was called Mike. He had small idea of phones and processes. Got confused with information of my contact. Gave me wrong information about the contract. I've been charged for 1 week of not using the phone (thanks Mike!). He didn't want to send the shipping destination after setting it up, as it were something that computers now a days aren't capable of doing. This toke place 1 month ago, but I still remember with clarity. Message to the manager/owner of the store: In my opinion, you are hurting the image of AT&T. By having such an operational method, and offering such poor service you aren't helping anyone. The sales guy did the following: 1) deactivated the wrong SIM card on a family plan 2) lied to me about whether or not the Apple store charges the MA tax retail price for the iphone at its store (they do not, so I overpaid by $40) 3) sold me a faulty iphone (he opened the box and I question whether it was new) and then when I called to get a phone whose battery did not die within 24 hrs, told me there was a $35 re-stocking fee 4) was arguing with his coworker and checking his own phone while assisting 5) changed from his uniform into his street clothes while my phone was updating 6) filled out his own customer satisfaction questionnaire with all 10's right in front of me. There were so many warning signs to run, but it was the end of the day, and I was exhausted. I had to go the apple store to get a new phone and everything fixed. Never use this place to get a phone. Go to an accredited AT&T (corporate store) or Apple to get an iphone. read more

There is nothing on the shelves except for cases for antiquated phones. The store is motionless. Silent. Dirty. Depressing. It might be the saddest store I have ever been inside. On a positive note, this does appear to be its first two star rating. read more

I went in to activate a line for a device I had already purchased. Everything seemed fine, except it turns out the representative had enrolled me in the "protection plan" without asking. I only found out about this when I got an email from the insurance company several days later. I will never return to this store. read more

This is by far the most awful AT&T store I have ever been to. I walked in there (mind you it's a tiny whole retail location) and neither of the 2 employees had the courtesy to greet me. I'm certainly not high maintenance, but when someone comes into your business, you should always say hello - it's the polite thing to do. I waited in line for 25 minutes while the manager of the store and the male sales associate helped 2 people ahead of me. Not once did they acknowledge that they'd be right with me or apologize for the wait. Then I was finally helped, they told me that in order to transfer all my pictures, it would take 3 hours - I've never heard of it taking that long in my life. No wonder this place got such bad reviews, go to another AT&T store. You'll say yourself the hassle of dealing with rude, inept sales people! read more

I wish I had read the reviews of this store before stopping in to get my phone here. I would have gone to Apple instead. Customer rep took FOREVER to order me a new phone and the store never called me when it came in--I had to make the call to find out. Forget it. I went in to upgrade my phone. The sales rep. told me I wasn't eligible for an upgrade and wouldn't believe me when I told him that was ridiculous. So I went home and upgraded my phone online. This guy was useless and a waste of my precious time. read more
