None of the employees greeted us and yet we made eye contact with several of them. We proceeded to the back of the store where the dressing rooms were and asked one of the associates for help. He was a high-school-aged boy and didn't seem very eager to assist us. Throughout the process of trying on the suit, the associate didn't seem to care at all about asking how things were going, offer to get the stock shoes they typically give when trying on suits in-store, or seem at all helpful. My fiance and I will not be using Men's Wearhouse for our suits for our upcoming wedding, not because of the quality, but because of the lack of customer service all of their locations seem to possess.

We explained what color we wanted etc and the employee got his manager, Danielle, so she could give us more information about custom suits. The first thing she said to us in a condescending tone was "Why do you need a custom suits". We asked if my fiancé could try on different sizes to feel what was more suitable/comfortable for him. She handed us different sizes and did not show us where he the dressing rooms were. She then went to help another customer. My fiancé also tried to explain to her that the suit jacket did not fit properly. Then the manager went on to tell him that's how all suits fit (which is not true). We felt like she didn't want us to make a purchase or even be there. Her attitude was very cold towards us. We decided to just leave as she was not helpful at all. However, we did go to another store location in Burlington MA and was greeted with kindness and professionalism unlike the Peabody location.

So indeed I had to try on the 1/2 tan and 1/2 white jean pants. Perfect. She then told me about the sale rack which had a lot of nice things on it as well. So many on trend items whether it's dresses, t's, pants or shorts as well as the men's clothes - which are hip and functional. There are dressing rooms so take your time when picking out what you like. What I like best is that there aren't many of the same items so not everyone is walking around in the same clothes! He was friendly, informative, helpful and polite. He assisted me with the questions I had and represented Lululemon well ! All of the counters for all of the various beauty brands were attractively set up and well organized. On this particular visit to the store I was looking to replenish some Lancome skincare items and the saleslady was able to quickly find the items that I was asking for. I also saw an eyeshadow that looked good so I decided to buy that along with the couple of skincare items that I was purchasing. The beauty department was running a sale for 15% off their beauty products so I got a pretty decent deal on my items. The saleslady who waited on me was efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. I am happy with my products and I would definitely consider shopping at this location again.

I was in there just a couple of weeks ago and I shopped the Anniversary Sale that this chain was running and got some great buys on skincare and cosmetic products. The store was very well staffed and in fact there seemed to be extra staff on, I would imagine because where they were running their annual Anniversary Sale the store was a bit busier than normal plus it was on a Saturday evening which is when a lot of individuals and families seem to go out to shop. I took a look through their clothing department for ladies and I did see some very cute outfits and ladies separates such as jeans and tops. The store displays were attractively set up and the store was very clean including the rest rooms. The prices for clothing is a bit on the high side but the clothing looked to be of excellent quality and all of the items were all of the latest fashions. Everyone working there on the two occasions this past month that I visited the store seemed friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Carolyn in the cosmetics department. First, contrary to written policy, the manager said that I had to have the original tag (on a belt) and then said that they could not look up my purchases using my card history. Of course she was able to do so at my insistence, and then told me that it was not returnable due to not making the 120 day deadline. She was abusive to me, rude, and not looking to solve the problem. I called Capital One and voided the card, but you will never find me at Kohl's again after this unpleasant experience. If she had not lied to me and been so rude, I would have been happy to just purchase another belt. However, I will never be treated this way again.
