Wednesday, June 10, 2015: I purchased a new phone at this Mission / Ruby T-Mobile store 14 days ago. I drove up from Pullman to Spokane, about a 1 hour 50 minute drive. The phone did not work when I tried calling from it in the parking lot outside the store, so I went back in. They gave me a new SIM card. Took that phone, with the new SIM card, home. It did not work - it got intermittent reception, both my and my caller's voices would cut in and out. I drove back to them in Spokane on Monday to get another phone, still within my 14 days Buyers Remorse exchange time. They told me they didn't have any other phones like this (LG G Stylo) and I would have to drive to another T-Mobile store in Spokane to get the last one there. So I did, and after testing it in the parking lot, drove back to this Mission and Ruby store to get this new phone looked at, but they were too busy for me. I drove back to Pullman. It took me a day to realize that when people tried to call me, there were two things that happened: no ring, no nothing, just silence OR it went straight to voice mail. Of course, I never got a ring, there were no messages in my voice mail if they left a message, and there was no record of a call. After half a morning today on the phone with T-Mobile, the "help" they gave me rendered my phone completely useless. I could make no calls out, no calls can come in, no date, texts, or anything. So I went online to T-Mobile's chat room for help, and after an hour on line with them, was told, "It seems that you need to Master Reset the phone, Char." I am not going to Master Reset a new phone I just got on Monday (today is Wednesday). So, using my husband's phone, who had to come home from work so I could use a phone, I called this Mission and Ruby T-Mobile store again and asked to speak to the manager. I told the person answering the phone there that I would be up to the store tomorrow to exchange this phone for a third new one. And that I wanted to talk to the manager. After I gave that message, I was told that the manager, conveniently, is not there. In fact, he is in a meeting that has no predictable end, and he cannot call me back. I asked to speak to the salesman that sold me the phone and what do you know, he isn't in either. No one can help me. So now I have a phone, out of which I can make no calls, send no texts, and receive no anything. read more
