The manager Brian helped us out and was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the question we had. It was a wonderful experience.

Ryan helped us tonight and she was excellent to work with. I would come back to this store because of Ryan.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Hookah was dirty, disheveled and clearly…read moreintoxicated. My boyfriend had called earlier this week to add myself and my daughter to his plan, she didn't even ask why were there or what we needed. When we started to tell her what we were trying to do we were interrupted and asked for a SIM card number? She offered absolutely no help and when we suggested ways she could help us she made excuses of why that won't work. We tried explaining to her that the last name was under my boyfriends middle name by mistake when she was struggling to pull up our account but she cut him off and kept talking about How she couldn't find our account and still never asked why we were there in the first place. I finally got irritated and we left.

Cody the assistant manager is a joke. The district Manager no better. Both refused to help me with…read moremy situation the Cody HIMSELF caused. Less than a month ago, my phone was toast, so I went into the store due to them being the only ones that had a iphone13 max. Cody stated that if I were to add a line & get the 13max I would save $700 on the phone along with saving $40 a month due to adding the new line. A week ago on Wednesday I got the bill and it went from $250 to $397. Obviously that was not what Cody stated y bill would look like or that I signed up for. Come to find out after a call to corporate t-mobile, Cody put me on a whole different plan, did not meet the promo requirements that were required, and didn't even bother to call and let me know and he reaped the benefits from my sale and "plan promotion." So, I called the store and spoke to Cody. Cody refused to talk to me over the phone and stated he would only discuss things with me instore. So I ask for the District managers information (which t-mobile customer service told me to get, and it is something they can absolutely give out.) Cody stated he would NOT give out that information to me. Then I asked for Cody to have the district Manager give me a call. Which Cody did not even ask for my information and stated "yeah I have caller ID I can see who calls." Come to find out, Cody did not give his boss my information or notify the boss of my situation per his coworker (assuming that was because Cody didn't want to have to own up to his mistake.) His coworker contacted the district manager instead. I had waited over a week with no communication or response from any manager or employee. I called today and spoke to Cody who said the district manager will call me by 10am. Again, I received nothing. I ended up messaging the coworker who stated that the District Manager is refusing to talk to me and how sorry they were for my situation. I called corporate T-Mobile who were finally able to fix the mess up that was caused by Cody. This place is horrible! Keep in mind they are not part of corporate so if you have any issues, you have to go to the store to get it resolved & good Luck with getting that done! I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this store due to their lack of professionalism and willingness to help people out when they themselves make the mistake. P.S. to the "store owner" who will comment on this post. Don't waist your breath or finger mussels typing a apology comment that you don't mean. I have seen what you have said to others and it's obviously not sincere or there would be changes with the management and the store.

I apparently had a SSD card go bad I was told at first it was a mechanical drive, I told them to go ahead and replace the bad card, I had three of them after all. When they got back to me later it was confirmed the SSD card went bad which was really bad because that card had the windows operating system on it. It was implied that all of my disk drives were bad and needed to be replaced I told them to do what was necessary. The SSD was replaced and they pulled both of my hard drives and added another SSD for no apparent reason because my mechanical drives were just fine, worse they were going to dispose of them without transferring my files!! I could have lost years of files for NO reason. I made them give me my drives (thankfully) because they saved nothing that was on my computer. When I got home and realized how bad it was (and still is windows 11 sucks) I reinstalled both drives yanked one of their replacements. Since then I have wasted 10 hours trying to restore my computer and my files. NOT happy!! I know from past experience that it will take 2 months to find and fix all of the bugs and have all of my files running again. Why in the Hell were my functional drive pulled and not synced up with the new SSD drive? I am frustrated and dreading the hours more work that lays ahead.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called last Friday about a phone screen repair - was told they…read morecould fix it that day for $155. We live on the South Hill and it was quite a drive, but dude said he could fix it that day and I needed it for work on Monday, so we drove out. Waited 45 mins just for him to tell me he couldn't have it fixed until Tuesday (which is what places closer to us quoted - for a lower cost). If we had known, we wouldn't have driven out and would have gone with someone closer (and cheaper). It was finally fixed this afternoon (Tuesday December 2nd) and they ended up charging us more - $168.95 due to "sales tax". I'm tempted to call my bank and have them adjust it. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION…read more Brought my husband's iPhone SE 2020 in for a screen replacement. The repair took longer than quoted, and parts were missing. When we left, the home button and speaker--both fully functional before--were broken. He took our info, and promised a call that never came. After two days with no update, I returned. The same technician refused to help, was dismissive, and took no responsibility. No apology, and no effort to fix problems they clearly caused. Prices seemed arbitrary and inconsistent. Two weeks later and still no call. We took it in to a different cell phone repair place and they told me that the reason that my speaker and home button no longer worked was because those components are attached the back of the screen on that generation of phone and removing it as carelessly as he did (with scissors) would guarantee that those wouldn't function when placed back together and a fun fact to boot: he actually took my OEM home button that HE broke and replaced it with a none OEM part and THAT is why there is always a white home button on my screen that will never leave because that's what happens when you don't replace it with an apple part. That is theft and when we went in and asked him about that he told us we needed to reset up the fingerprint and it will be fine. So the "technician" broke my phone even more so, broke and then stole my original apple hone button and then never said a word about it then lied when asked about it. ALSO: Checking google reviews, most positive ones look fake or from friends, with consistent patterns of negative, similar experiences from real customers. Our phone went in with a cracked screen and came out with multiple new issues, which the business refused to resolve. Strongly advise others to avoid this shop--there's a real risk of further damage and zero accountability. I plan to report them to consumer protection agencies and leave reviews on all platforms to warn others.
