My husband left work early so we could run by and see if we were eligible for any upgrades on our account. The guy was sitting at a table with a couple of people and it took him 10 minutes for him to acknowledge us and say someone would help us. About ten more minutes passes and than the couple leaves and he says he will go get someone to help us and proceeds to the back room. Absolutely horrible customer service! If he didn't want to help us, he should have said "hang on while I go grab someone to help these people, not make us sit around and wait and than get someone once he was done. I've been in the Mullan St. T-Mobile twice this month (August 2021) for two separate reasons, both trips I was fortunate to have a knowledgeable and very polite young man named Royce. He went way beyond what was required for "Good" customer service, he was great. He made me feel like he really cared weather he answered all my questions completely. My wife and I went in to T-Mobile for customer service. We went in without masks. The representative asked if we needed masks. We declined due to medical conditions. She replied stating that it did not matter and that in order to be in their store we had to wear a mask. Needless to say, she was very rude. We walked out. I came home and called customer service and reported the incident. The representative submitted a complaint and said that the authorized dealer had no business policing their customers and that this was not their view.
