But...when I hear what most people pay for internet...I am super happy that I have the ability to use Ptera.I can say that compared to the company we used prior, they are heads and tails better in service and connectivity. I have had a few issues, but all were able to be identified while on the phone with a tech, and often times solved. I do have high speed internet at my office, and I can say that the very old laptop I use at home, is only very slightly slower when accessing the internet than the new computer I use in the office.

From their business description, "Perfect for gaming or watching videos online" = total joke. If you enjoy watching 5 to10 sec snippets of a video at a time, this is the internet service for you.
