Even though I gave them my name and they had it written on a paper slip attached to the thing) When I was upset about it and told him he should've asked their name to confirm it was really the person who put it on hold, he angrily told me "it's not MY FAULT!!" Which seemed like he was telling me it was my fault. Sorry but I don't see how you selling something that was put on hold for someone else is anyone's but your fault. It was a young ish dude with glasses and a tattoo on his ear. Don't know his name. After being treated like that, I'll definitely never go back. Only redeeming quality was that another employee was very apologetic even though he wasn't the one who made the mistake. Very disappointing for many reasons.

Tons of accessories. Sharpshooters always has a line out the door. Nice people, but their stock is just ravaged. They're having to space guns super far apart to make it look full. SIG case is empty. Anyway, I was in/out with the gun (no 10 day waiting period on non-semi auto long guns) in 30-45, only because there was another purchase in front of me. Started with Mike, spent time browsing some guns and gear with Cassie, and ended the transaction with Kirk. Mike was helping me with some ideas for making my Glock easier to handle (triggers, etc). Cassie helped with holsters, was looking stuff up on the internet, informed me that they have a guy that makes custom kydex holsters. Then Kirk showed me his own holster that was made there. We talked shop for a few. Honestly, they made me wanna go back and buy more guns. Super cool outfit. Couldn't ask for better gun purchasing experience in these strange times. I asked them why can't they exchange the chain for a real one? They have other chains that are the same length and all that, it should have been real easy to simply exchange for the fake one they sold me. I still have not gotten the exchange. I took this bike to a bike shop that day and was told it was unsafe and would cost hundreds of dollars to make it safely rideable. Pawn 1's website shows this bike can be returned withing 14 days, but when I called LESS THAN 24 HOURS later I was told it was a "sporting item" and therefore could not be returned. When I asked about this they said that was for shipping, when every bike clearly states "pick up only" on their site. Absolute false advertisement of an unsafe item and false advertisement of return policies.
