Was having a super hard time finding a particular Marlin lever action. Randomly called one Double Eagle. He said he didn't have one, but to call the Francis store because they have to most stock. I called. Sure enough. New. Priced under MSRP! Literally could only find one in stock after scouring the internet for a few hours a day for couple weeks. Went down. Blown away. New and used, definitely the best selection in Spokane. Tons of accessories. Sharpshooters always has a line out the door. Nice people, but their stock is just ravaged. They're having to space guns super far apart to make it look full. SIG case is empty. Anyway, I was in/out with the gun (no 10 day waiting period on non-semi auto long guns) in 30-45, only because there was another purchase in front of me. Started with Mike, spent time browsing some guns and gear with Cassie, and ended the transaction with Kirk. Mike was helping me with some ideas for making my Glock easier to handle (triggers, etc). Cassie helped with holsters, was looking stuff up on the internet, informed me that they have a guy that makes custom kydex holsters. Then Kirk showed me his own holster that was made there. We talked shop for a few. Honestly, they made me wanna go back and buy more guns. Super cool outfit. Couldn't ask for better gun purchasing experience in these strange times. I'm sure if you're a pro or a novice, Double Eagle will get you suited and booted. read more

I went in there last week after 10 years or so. Rude Service in the sense of: toothless guy making "Gay" jks. I'm not, but I have empathy for that crowd of people. Then, noticing my disapproval and disappointment that in this day and age someone would be like that, changes his tune. All nice guy from then on. The plump and rude female help was no help. Same experience as 10 years ago. This place has awesome guns and weaponry, so if you can stomach the MAGA rhetoric, might find something. I remember looking for a clip for my pistol 10 years ago and I was led to a pile of gun clips and was told Good Luck. It's simple: Tread with caution coming into the business. read more

Wasted my time and was extremely rude and said I lied about me having my item appraised for the amount I asked for when I went to sell it.

Great guys, very knowledgeable about what they are selling. The guy i spoke to was able to answer every question i had and i was able to choose what weapon i wanted to purchase same day. Will be shopping there in the future for sure!. read more

Morally this place is a disgrace! The people running this shop are selfish and a rude to their neighbors. We came into town for a tournament located next door. This antagonistic pawn shop decided to tow a handful of cars parked in their side lot even though there was plenty of parking in the front of their building! 2 of the vehicles were handicap. Sadly I went into this pawnshop just prior to shop around. They had an opportunity to make money out of all the people coming into town and they instead soured everyone's opinion due to their tactlessness and aggression. Not to mention the handful of items I was interest in were over priced. If this is how they treat their neighbors I would never do business with a company such as them. Ironically their advertisements are on the back of the building facing the ice arena parking lot. So they're literally advertising to the patrons of the ice rink that they are having towed. Not smart! read more

Double Eagle Pawn - Pawn Shops Near Me - Spokane, Washington

Everyone here is literally the nicest person ever! Bryson and Taylor are my favorite! They always take care of me and I feel give me VERY fair pricing :) this is the only place I will go for Pawn and I live on south hill! Highly recommend!! Highly highly read more

Huge selection of products, but the prices are pretty high on several of them. I have seen several electronics items marked at new retail price for something that is very used. This place stays pretty busy, so you might have to wait a few minutes to be helped at the counter. read more

If I could give 0 stars, that would still be too many!! Now, don't get me wrong, I have had a couple okay experiences in the past. But, this last time was beyond horrible!! Maybe it all depends on who is working? I have had a few, limited, visits here and it has been ok. But this last time was beyond ridiculous!! I have NEVER, EVER, BEEN TREATED SO VERY RUDELY, NEVER IN MY ENTIRE 41 YEARS OF LIFE!! THIS PLACE ROYALLY SUCKS!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED INCREDIBLY HORRIBLY. DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

In the state of Washington everyone walks around with burners on their waist. It's the norm out here and I understand why. It seems like at any given moment a bear, mountain lion, deer, cougar, or any freaky animal you'd never see outside of a zoo in LA can roll up on you. Even the raccoons out here are killers so strap up. Double Eagle Pawn has everything you need to kill anything moving. Whether your a beginner or a war vet, this place is for you. The prices are extremely low too, I was confused about that part. When you can purchase guns you see in movies and call of duty for less than your car note is mind boggling. I know where to go if ever the zombie apocalypse arrive. 5 stars. read more

It's nice when they put on their used firearms you know needs this part and binds when you try to pump it. They forgot to mention that it binds because the shotgun doesn't have a bolt in it so it's basically useless. You would think they would check as to why it's non functioning and fix it. read more

We stopped in here because we were told they have good deals. That's a bunch of bogus. They are selling a Nintendo switch lite for $220 when they retail for $200. What a joke. We tried to get the price down and only $20 is what we would get off. Sorry I'll go buy it brand new. Also a yeti cooler that stinks and beat to hell for only $50 off retail price. Please go else where but if you want a good laugh stop on in. read more

This is the best gun shop in spokane proper. The customer service is what we remember form years ago. Thanks. read more

Please note: the following review is for the Double Eagle Pawn located on Francis. The one on Sprague is much better, in my opinion. The Francis location was absolutely the most ridiculous BS experience I've ever endured at a pawn shop. Their customer service was a joke. I highly DO NOT recommend this location if you are trying to pawn something. By far the worst at everything. I would give negative stars if I could. Do Not Go To The Francis Location. Beyond rude, absolutely 0 knowledge of anything!! I cannot believe this company employs such unbelievable and terrible employees. read more

Blatantly lied to my face about their layaway program. Told me that they upda the layaway terms and keep the first 20% of you need to cancel to order. But then hand you a receipt that says no returns and no refunds. BLATANTLY LIED TO MY FACE. Last time I ever do any business here. read more

I WISH THERE WERE MORE STARS TO CHECK. CARLIE IS ONE GIANT STAR!!! I have been shopping at Double Eagle since IT was just a little store on Sprague that Sean started 20+ years ago and the Double Eagle store in Deer Park. I didn't even know about the Deer Park store until about six years ago. I have purchase many items for myself, family and friends. I also buy some items for resale. Through those years I have done quite a bit of haggling with Sean and his employees. I have come to think of them as friends. I would say they are SUPERB people and Very Knowledgeable. Today I had a problem, and Carlie went the Extra Mile to help me resolve it. Carlie took time away from what she was doing and listened to me in an understanding way and came up with solutions that resolved the matter. I have never considered writing a review for anyone else, but Carlie has consistently been Warm and Respectful in terms of how she has treated me. I say this because, Carlie seems to AUTHENTICALLY CARE about Double Eagle customers and THE DOUBLE EAGLE BUSINESS!!! In a time when people don't want to work, Carlie WORKS HARD even with the hard headed, with a GRACIOUSNESS that is RARE, RARE, RARE, VERY RARE!!! In Deed. WHAT A STAR, WHAT A JOY! BIG THANKS..... CARLIE & DOUBLE EAGLE read more

Customer service in the gun section of the store needs improvement. The workers I've encountered previous times are still snarky. Will be doing business else where when it comes to purchasing my firearms! read more

I bought a Browning A5 through Gunbroker.com from Double Eagle. Owner stated the gun was in perfect like new condition and worked as it should. Upon receiving this gun from my FFL dealer, the gun was inoperable and had to be brought to a gunsmith for repairs. You would think after spending $2000 on a gun, it would work properly read more

Have been a good customer for some years now, both making purchases and have pawned and returned for items a few times in the past between paychecks. Went in to get a loan until payday on a brand new, in the box multitool and the guy at the desk implied that it was stolen because I didn't have a receipt, going on to say that had it been used they would have done a loan. Seriously? The place I bought it from, Lowes doesn't even require me to have a receipt should I need to go back and use the warranty because their customer information is all digital. He could have called Lowes if he was so concerned about theft. Instead, he just denied the loan and implied that I stole it. Didn't offer to check into anything other than asking another guy who didn't even turn around to look at me or his coworker and waved him and I off like he was brushing dirt from his shoulder. I guess he was too busy buying a few used tools from the scabby tweaker which probably actually were stolen, but hey they were used... Bewilderingly unprofessional and rude. Not to mention the reverse logic of taking a used tool over an unused tool in terms of resale value, though I would have been back for it on Friday either way. I will not be going back and will direct any and all whom I speak with on the subject to take their business elsewhere as well. I went across the street to Pawn 1 and they simply had me verify my identification and checked the SKU# on the tool using an online database to make sure it was not a stolen item, and we did business. They understand how to be courteous and professional, and will therefore be getting any future business from myself as well as any referrals for friends, family and coworker from here on out. Double Eagle can stick to their tweakers peddling old used tools from sketchy origins. Apparently Pawn 1 is better suited, and has a greater desire to work with the working class. read more

They were very professional and very fun to deal with. Spent more money there than I intended of course because I kept buying stuff. They have great deals to offer and a wide variety of selections read more

Recently the service in the gun room has turned to crap. Good luck getting any help from the sales staff. until a couple months ago the service was always pretty good, now sales staff stand around the computer making snarky comments about stuff online. I wanted to buy either a DD M4V7 or a BCM rifle but could not pry them away to help, ended up going to sharp shooters, which also sucks but at least they will sell you stuff. read more

I pawned my TV with them and when I got it back it was broke and their only solution was they would sale me another TV which is very suspicious they refuse to do anything accept give me every reason why I could of broke my TV that was working when I brought it to them I would strongly recommend frequenting another company with similar services before you find yourself on the wrong end of a business deal with a company who doesn't care for its customers read more

Be careful what you ask for. Make sure they are giving you the correct item. The staff may be employees, but some of them don't know what they are selling. They won't tell you they are out of something, they will say "We have these though" because it might be the same brand but they never bothered to check the model. You can say 220 and they will hear 320. How "two" sounds like "three" is beyond me. Don't be in a hurry and don't trust the knowledge of the employees. Check everything because all sales are final. Glad it was just a small item I got. Acceptable loss. read more

I would give this place zero stars if possible, complete price gouging. They purchase items for a cheap price and sell it for 5x more

I want to like the this place because the selection for firearms is top notch. However, I have never dealt with a less friendly, almost as if your questions annoyed them, type of staff. The employees in the firearms department are mostly disinterested in helping you and they do not listen to your needs. An inexperienced employee sold me parts to build an illegal firearm, which luckily I found out in time to avoid a visit from the ATF. What a bunch of knuckleheads. Save your money for the Deer Park location. That store is full of helpful and kind employees that are knowledgeable and want you to spend your money properly. read more

I had a great shopping experience with Sarah at Double Eagle pawn, I bought a long board that was 60 dollars but I only had 57 dollars on me and she dropped the price. I know that doesn't seem like a lot but, it was really nice and cool. She deserves a raise, or some kind of an award. Thank you. read more

So, I had an awful experience at sharp shooters where I went to go pick up my fire arm to own ,but they told me they sold it to another gentleman. I was furious none the less still had to get a refund. I asked for cash because a paid with cash they said sorry we don't have that much in our till. So naturally I had to take the refund on my card. The moral of this story is never ever go to sharp shooters they will sell their sold inventory if you dont pick it up in time.at I was Furious. I was one week late from picking it up. Also due to The Corona virus. This is where the story changes Drastically. I went to double Eagle pawn on Francis and met a incredible gentlemen name shawn. ( I hope that's how you spell your name bro) So I went there to look at a new AR15 and to buy an AR10. After selecting very carefully what I wanted came up with Both Diamondback AR10 and AR15. He was very honest about the build the quality the price he said this gun is a very quality rifle But when we ran my card for the remaining amount of the AR10 it would not go through. My bank had frozen my account due to some weird THI NG With my bank. I fought at that location of double Eagle pawn for least 45 minutes, They told me that I had to get and take a picture of the original receipt from sharpshooters Which I did not have. So what shawn did was amazing. He split 2 of a my payments into each rifle and made it work. A shady day became a really amazing experience for me. THANK YOU! DEP! You killed it!!!! read more

Have bought several guns from this store in the past. Went in with a friend of mine (ex military) and he was helping me find a more advanced weapon. After looking at several I selected my weapon of choice. We took it to the counter and then went to grab some ammo for the new gun as well as my others. Took the boxes up to the counter and the big bald goon working behind the counter looks me in the eye and says I don't believe this is for you and refuses to sell it to me. Now I have to admit I'm more than a little insulted. I explain that I am a return customer he can look me up, but no he doesn't care. Excuse me but what an ass!! I am an American citizen. I am a mother and a grandmother and I have the right to protect my family. I also have enough brains to enlist the help of a more knowledgeable trusted friend when I am learning about new methods of protection. I realize that I also have the prerogative to spend my money where I choose. That being said I will not be spending another penny here ever. (it's not like they make really great deals anyway) and if you are a woman looking for a place to purchase weaponry....there are lots of other choices in town. Just sayin read more

Their unwillingness to barter or come down on a price railroad you it's uncalled for I would not recommend this place

I only have a few interests that draw me to the dank that is pawn, and double eagle certainly covers most bases in that equation. If I were a gun or tool guy, I think I'd be set. I would propose that the DubEag doesn't have very appealing prices except on DVDs....which they even manage to ruin with outrageous box set prices. read more

Amazing customer service. Called in and asked if they had a product. Someone promptly answered the phone and assisted me. I was able to run and get the item with no issues and great service. read more

I would give this place a negative 5 stars if I could, world worst pawnshop. 1 The shrink wrap everything so you can't see insides condition. I once asked if a game came with both discs and he did not want to open it up. He looks up the game and sees its price $15 under and completly lies to me says it does only have one disc and then he refuses to sell it. I know it was a lie because it was written all over his face and in his voice and just the way the scenario went down you could easily tell. I was far more mad about the customer service than not getting the game, you just don't do that to customer when its a mistake you made and $15 is really not that much conisder how cheap they buy things for. Its the only pawshop I have spent 5 minutes in because there games and electronics are so over priced. I once talked with another customer and the first thing he says to me is "they want top dollar for all their stuff". They also never negtioate prices, I don't see how they stay in buisness. read more

Never used the pawn but their gun sales are some of the best prices around. Every gun I have bought from them has been the cheapest in town and most of what I want is in stock. I will continue to shop here read more

Went in with a friend wasn't even looking for anything but saw a really nice skateboard that retails normally for 200$, the price on it said 60$ and I asked if they could do 40$. He didn't even argue and said that's fine. MADE MY DAY!! Highly recommend this place read more

Always helpful and friendly service! Merchandise is priced accurately and in good condition. Smiles and thumbs up all round!

I came in last minute to pick something up and Shawn and Bryson took care of me like it was first thing in the morning. This place sucks, if I could give them minus five stars I would. Went to pick up my pc from them and the guy refused to give me a receipt..so he told me 'Your merchandise is your receipt.' Well he can put it where the sun doesn't shine, I'll never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been a customer for years. A few weeks ago I bought a computer they said was NOT 'as is'. I got home and it didn't work, can't type, won't download anything, etc etc. I called and was told by whoever was in charge to bring it in, they could do store credit. I just tried to return it today and an 'owner' came out, rude as hell, started to grill me 'when did it start doing this' (it never worked) "well then WHY didn't you return it sooner" (bec i don't drive and only get into town once a month, the guy I talked to last week said that wouldn't be a problem). Then he ignored me, and went to help someone who had come in 5 mins after me. As I have a driver I'm paying waiting, I complained and he told me to take the broken piece of shit computer they sold me, and get out of his store. Needless to say, they've lost a long time customer, and I'm warning everyone else NOT to buy anything used from this store. They put it out broken, and don't want you as a customer anymore when you complain. Unfortunately I can't give it zero stars. read more
